I didn't see the small print. Lost at least 500 to 600 bucks being charged on my child support card. Child support does not send statements. Not happy but take some of the blame. Lesson learned. Wish the company would have emailed me to ask if I wanted to comtinu with the service as I wasn't using it. But THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THIER BIGGEST MONEY I'm guessing! Not happy at all.

We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings if service is no longer needed.
As a courtesy, I refunded the $39.80. You'll see it on your bank statement within 2-3 business days. I had created my account only an hour back to get myself a resume print. I don't want this subscription and when i try to cancel my subscription online under the settings tab the website doesn't allow me to cancel. Error / warning i get is that there is more than one subscription on this account. I have dropped the customer support an email regarding this.
Also my account was charged 4 times for the subscription as the first time when i tried making the payment i got http :// 502 bad gateway. I refreshed the page and payment was done multiple times.

Used their services once and I would never ever used it again. At the beginning I did not know that you had to pay to download a CV created on their website. I spent quite a lot of time doing my CV and at the end, when I tried to download my CV, they asked me to pay around 3 pounds. I had no choice but to pay because I have already spent a lot of time creating the CV. I filled in my bank account details, the money were taken from my account. After that, I have literally never logged in or accessed their website the following two weeks. After two weeks I realized they took 23 pounds from my bank account for a "subscription" I had no idea about! It must have been somewhere in the small print so everybody can get fooled! I was not angry at the beginning or anything as I knew I was going to get in touch with them, explain that I did not used their services and that I was not aware I was subscribing to anything. Guess what? I got in touch with them three times and they refused to refund my money every single time for the following foolish reason: " Requested refund after trial period". I repeat, "a trial period " in which their records were showing that I did not even log in into my accounts or access their website! I would recommend their services to no one! Never use their services!

I had opted to do my CV using their services for which I had to pay a nominal fee of $1.69 US, A month later they have debited my account in an unauthorized manner for RS 1500.
The catch is that OTP is not required for authorization on foreign websites, therefore they can use your details and schedule periodic debits without authorization and that is what they exactly did! DO NOT USE YOUR CARD ONLINE!

The following serves as a guide which may clarify any doubts you may have regarding your account. Debit attempts were due to a subscription of 14 days access and a monthly subscription after the 14 days access is over. When you select one of our 14 days enrollment, it provides all details on screen that after the 14th day it will auto enroll into the monthly service. It also explains, that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that, unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well.
Again, we are very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. In order for us to better assist you and look into this situation, we would need to request some information regarding your LiveCareer account. Is it possible to continue servicing your account by direct message?

I used LiveCareer once and paid the cheap fee to have my resume checked then I deleted my account and yesterday I went to buy groceries and found my visa debit declined and I knew I hadn't spent any money I get home and there's a $46.32 charge from LiveCareer I am very frustrated I deleted my account and I am a college student so I can't really afford this stuff happening to me I sent a message through the customer service panel on the website and nothing. As for your emails regarding renewal maybe you should check up on the fact that you're being marked as spam whenever you send them out I know personally i delete my junk folder daily so there's that as well all in all watch out for this company they'll do anything to weasel money out of you

The prices displayed are not correct because they will charge you much more. Within 2 weeks I was charged another $39 and was told that all of their "subscriptions are auto renewing. This is to ensure no interruption in your service." They charged a flat rate for the resume, two weeks later charged $39 and had another $39 scheduled in a couple weekd. TOTAL SCAM, THEY ARE SNEAKY AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!
