A one week subscription was cool but a 26.00$ and 35.00$ charge was not authorized no integrity i had to cancel my card to stop the vultures from continuing to drain my account

Horrendous company DO NOT USE AT ALL i have been charged sine June and was only meant to be £1.95 i was speaking to a member of staff on chat and all he was interested in was saying have a nice day was rude and ended up cutting me of the chat NOT HAPPY AT ALL this company is ripping people of and is just a huge SCAM

We also send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.

Cancellation stops the auto-renewal. Once it’s cancelled, we send a cancellation confirmation email for your records. There are times that auto emails can get picked up as spam or junk mail. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder.

My rating is really a 0, i thought i was using a free service and it turned out be a scam
I was charged each month of 35 dollars and over a dollar in foreign transaction fee
Because i did not realize that you are automatically signed up for a fee each month
I will never recommend your service to anyone, and it is not good business to charge people
For service not even rendered
Also your disclaimers are very lengthy and for young people who are not aware of reading all your disclaimers and fine line prints, it is very confusing and not appropriate
I will never recommend your service to anyone or ever use it again
I have paid you over 400 dollars and never used your service beyond the first time
I used your service once mistakenly and then was billed every month for unused service
I was not aware this was happening until recently which was my fault since i did not understand
What bill was for

Tip for consumers:
please do not use this website
it is a scam and very overpriced and you area automatically charged a monthly fee without your aware of it and cannot cancel easily
there is a fee for usage and monthly fee unless cancelled right away
so do not do it since you may forget to cancel it and they are hoping there are a lot of people who will be scamed with that clause
poor service and poor business dealings

Even though they stole my money but i kinda fell in love with it until it froze on me with the words ''ADOBE FLASH PLAYER SETTINGS- resume.livecareer.com is requesting permission to store information in your computer,, and then i am given the options ALLOW OR DENY,,, but even when i click allow, nothing happens,, it froze and i have job applications to feel out right now. What scam artists. I signed up for 14 day access for $2.95. They just charged me $34.95 because in the fine print your "membership" (WHICH I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR) renews after 14 days.

My resume turned out fantastic, being titled a FREE printable resume is completely misleading as it cost me money to print it, disguised as a 2 week sign up. I swallowed the couple of dollars to print it which i believed to be approximately $3-$4AUD after conversion.
I have just checked my credit card statement and i have the following charges...
$2.71AUD and $1.34AUD (same day) plus 0.12AUD in international fees.

Then 2 weeks later, when my sign up should have lapsed, i was charged another $33.84AUD as well as another $1.02 in international fees!

So this one resume has cost me $40.01AUD already! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.
Clearly we have a different idea of what FREE means!

When I went into my 'account' just now i see that t is set to active with a monthly subscription. And i KNOW I did not select that option.
