I don't appreciate creating an entire resume just to be told it was all for nothing unless i sign up for an AUTO RESUBSCRIBE SERVICE that I have to cancel personally when you obviously know I just wanted to build a resume for FREE like it said I could. The only reason I'm on this at all is because I spent so much on this thing and its not worth retyping. But really guys... not cool

If you do their 14 trial and don't change to a yearly subscription $39.80 they auto renew you at $39.80/month! Yes $39.80/month! They won't work with you at all! Very unprofessional

We offer an Annual subscription for $7.95 per month which is a 1-year commitment that requires an upfront payment of $95.40 and is the best value for full access to your resumes for the entire year. The other option is our 14 day access that auto-renews at $39.80 on the 15th day billed every four weeks if not cancelled. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings if service is no longer needed.
A monthly subscription makes it easy for our customers to customize the resume and cover letter for each position for which they are applying, and also to avoid interruption on the service. Customers can cancel at any time.

It sounded as a wonderful web site but before choosing it said that this was a FREE resume builder. Then when I finished my resume it would let me print it or download it unless I paid That is what I call FAUSE advertising. Then it made me put in my credit at different intervals to get my work. Please make sure my account is cancled and that I don't get charged twice. Thanks it really is a good resume formats though just need some work else where and the online help is ALWSOME
