This is misleading site. It says get your free download and resume but in order to get it you have to purchase.

Our website offers a basic access account completely free which allows you to download a plain text version, Laureen.
However, upon finishing the document, we also give the option of continuing with our premium features if you are satisfied with the end result. This gives you the ability to print, email or download your documents using our copyrighted templates, but these features are NOT listed within the Basic Access account.
In addition, we do offer a 100% money-back guarantee for our trial fee if you are not completely satisfied!
