I recently purchased a sectional couch from Living Spaces and it was an amazing experience. They have a wide variety of styles and colors and the pricing is reasonable especially for a sectional. Our couch is stylish and so comfortable and only took a month to get to us. I would highly recommend Living Spaces for your furniture needs!
To Improve? Shut the place down! They have a 2.1 rating. The fabrics on their furnitures are sub-standard cheap garbage. The foam & cushion fillers (hollow fill) are sub-standard. 3-6 months after normal use it shows significant wear. Many of the furnitures they sell are 3rd party contracted. Their customer service has no comment or concern about quality. Customer service knows nothing about the materials and fillers. Totally unaware and uneducated to talk about their own products. They will just tell you, "sorry there's nothing we can do." They hide behind a curtain. The 3rd party (3rd world) warranty is a total scam. DO NOT BUY IT! You will never get any satisfaction. The store makes promises that everything is covered for 5 years, but the 3rd party warranty company, not Living Spaces, will not fix or exchange anything and they just pocket your money. The warranty company complaint process works by online website complaint form, then your follow-up is with an out-source call in the Philippines. Regardless of your complaint, The girl tells you your claim is not covered under the terms of the warranty, when it clearly is covered under the terms. They are scammers & liars! Cannot be trusted! Nothing you can do. They have your money.
If you special order anything and try to change it right after you place the order they won't do it even though the ship date is 8 weeks out. They claim that they start making the couch right after they receive the order and it takes 8 weeks to make it. Right... NOT! Shop somewhere else. Customer service stinks. Waited for almost 2 days for them to answer my calls. No one ever called. I gave up and will cancel through my bank. Living Spaces has so many problems they do not call you back. If they think you are canceling an order they avoid you at all costs. Bought the same sofa through Overtstock... very pleased with them!
They were quick, and clean in their delivery. They told us when they were 20 minutes away so we could be prepared. We rate the delivery team an 10. We absolutely love our new chair and our very satisfied with our purchase!
My gf and I went to check out outdoor furniture. Got all the way to the back of the store and was harassed about my mask. I have a medical condition so I really can't wear a mask and they literally kicked us out and were getting really close to us saying we can shop online. The whole point of a furniture store is to shop in person. This is why brick and mortar stores will die off soon. There was no one near us until this associate came up to us within like 3 feet of us and wouldn't leave us alone then followed us out of the store. Never will I recommend them again and I've told so many people to shop here over the years.
I wasn't going to post any reviews other than the one I placed on the item I purchased, but they removed it ("moderated" it) because it was too negative (even though I gave them three stars), so I'm going to make sure everyone knows about my experiences.
Firstly, I had to replace the couch I purchased TWICE because this company has zero quality control. The replacement they sent was in even worse condition than the first. Finally, after three months, I have the couch I paid for. I like it, and I can see myself keeping it for a long time, but this experience (and especially the review censorship) has ensured I will never purchase an item from this company again. In fact, I've told my friends and family who were considering purchasing the same couch I got NOT to do so. Steer well clear of this scam.

We ordered a special order sectional, ottoman, and chair July 3rd and were told it would be 6-7 weeks to receive. After 14 weeks, we finally got our sectional and ottoman... but no chair. Today it has been 18 weeks since our order was placed and was told that the chair is missing and needs to be reordered. I was told that they would give me a credit of $100 bringing the price down to $850 for the chair and it would be ELEVEN TO TWELVE WEEKS to receive it. No thank you! I'm disgusted at how poorly ran this business is. Hot garbage! Also, customer service is trash. I was told so many times "we will call you back" and just never got a response! Unacceptable.
Living Space Beware! Beware of Living Spaces marketing approach when it gets to selling warranty insurance by Care Free. Do not, do not ever buy this insurance; it's a total scam. They put it on my bill without asking and when I did, they said it was highly recommended because they would replace the furniture if it couldn't be repaired with no questions asked. I was convinced that the insurance was hassle free; well, it was not. My recent simple claim of broken stitches turned out to be a nightmare. These people were looking for thin hair flaws to reject any claim and that's exactly what they did to mine. Living Spaces lost my business. I'm not ever stepping my foot in any Living Spaces stores, ever again! Sayonara Living Spaces!

Although their sofas are a good price, I would highly recommend AGAINST ordering from them. If I could give them a negative rating, I would! They charge you a restocking fee if the furniture does not fit into your elevator or stairwell or door. They refuse to waive it and the costumer service is absolutely atrocious! Their practice is inhuman and greedy, they only want to take money from you and the quality is not great. The shipping takes a really long time and the APR on their credit cards are ridiculous. I absolutely despise this company and would not recommend their furniture to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE would be better than Living Spaces.
I will never order anything from this company again. I ordered my daughter a sectional sofa, she had a confirmed delivery date of today. Yesterday they texted her with her delivery window. This morning she gets a call from the delivery person saying that they cannot make the delivery because the sofa part of the sectional is on backorder and they will not have an ETA until the end of this month. So, I call to cancel and they say that I can't cancel for free. Only after asking for a manager and threatening to dispute the charge on my credit card did she magically refund my purchase. Complete incompetence and disregard for customer service.
I was purchasing drawers online and called living spaces to pay. The customer service told me that the delivery schedule is set and ready. I was waiting on that day stay home and waiting for the delivery unfortunately my drawers never showed up. I called living spaces and told me that the payment didn't go through and i have to call the synchrony bank. I was waiting for nothing living spaces didn't even notify me that the payment didn't go through. I was really disappointed with this Living Spaces..
I bought gel mattresses and they delivered regular mattresses. The old mattresses were already in the bags they provided and the room was ready for the new ones so I kept the incorrect ones just to avoid having to do everything all over again. Very disappointed.
They are great in store but any issues after are a nightmare to resolve. They have scheduled my delivery twice and were a no show twice. They do not contact you, they do not care. Getting ahold of someone to resolve concerns is impossible. Still waiting on my table bc I can't get ahold of anyone to see if they will actually deliver what I paid for. Absurb all around.
I have been waiting over two months for a refund for a sectional I returned. I have been given the run-around from customer service and have called multiple times to get this straightened out and still have not been refunded. Please save your time and money and do not order from here.
I love Living Spaces! I recently bought a living room set (sofa sleeper, love seat, and chair) for $915. A whole living room set for under $1000 is just crazy. Look for their "outlet" specials and they also offer free delivery and set up.
They lied about products to get a sale. I ordered 3 8x10 rug pads, they said would work on my flooring. They do not. They would ruin my flooring. They would not take them back. To bad for them, I have a two bedroom house to furnish. Do not trust them!
Scammmers! They can't deliver what they say. They tell you they no longer have the product you ordered and then try to sell you something else. Delivery your told a few days, then you get an email that says it will take a month. They make you wait days for your refund. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I don't have photos of my purchase because they delivered NOTHING for my $$ which that are keeping for a few days at least.

I was sold on a warranty for my sectional couch. Was charged around $350.00 to cover cleaning or deodorizing. I have submitted a claim various times trying to get service and instead they send me to their partner which is an additional charge. This is a scam! They charge you upfront for a warranty to cover your furniture - which you will never be able to use! DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!

I ordered a couch and a loveseat from Living Spaces. I waited 6 weeks and finally received my delivery. Once I unwrapped the couch, I noticed a hole in the material. I quickly called Living Spaces and was told I had to take pictures, upload them and wait. Once those were approved, I got a call telling me the they can have someone patch it or give me a discount to keep as is. Both unacceptable for my thousands of dollars spent on these couches. I agreed to have a technician come and repair it, but had to wait two days for them to schedule an appointment. They never called, so I called again and was told I had to wait another two days for a technician to call. Again no call. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to speak to someone, and just got hung up on. This company is really horrible, and I would not walk away from any purchase, I would RUN!
I recently bought a queen bed and it was worst than any furniture places I have ever bought from. The frame where it will hold the bed was so cheappp! I mean my daughter can bend and snap it into pieces. Even Ikea is wayyyy better than living spaces. They buy Amazon quality or less then display it and sell it. From that experience. We will never buy a furniture with them. So we bought bet set and dining set.

I bought a power sofa. It was comfortable and had so many good qualities. In 2 months the cushions bunched. Living spaces honored the warranty and replaced the sofa ( but I had to get rid of the old sofa).
I've had the sofa for 4 days and it is bunching. China does not put foam in cushions. Living spaces says they can't fix the problem, but they could replace the padding with foam.

So we ordered a bed frame, which we had to wait for 2-3 months to be delivered since we live in new york. The bedframe came defective and we asked for the frame to be replaced, they said it would take up to two other months, we really wanted a good one so we agreed to wait for another two months, two months go by, no frame in sight, we called them up again and they said the previous employee who had helped us process the exchange didn't confirm the delivery like how is that even possible! Their employees are very rude and wouldn't cooperate, hung up on us a few times, did not allow us to speak to a higher up and told us we now have to wait for another month! What a treatment for their customers! So disappointed' this company truly sucks!
I just had a recliner delivered IN A BOX. Not assembled at all. I had no idea. I paid over $1100 for this chair, and it was not assembled. I am furious. I am a senior citizen, and no one at the store told me this would happen. I usually buy Lazy Boy but decided to try Living Spaces. Never again! This sucks big time. I ordered a rug and it is just passed two weeks and at the first time that I vaccumed it, the rug material just poured out of the air. They have a terrible customer service! I called them and the man was so rude and he just rudely said I can't do anything.
I ordered a couch set and scheduled a time and day for delivery. They canceled on me 4 times then told me I was being unprofessional because I might have cursed when I called and said just cancel my order! They also proceeded to tell me that they would wave the fees….really! They cancel 4 times and they were really going to charge me cancellation fees. What about my time to constantly have to reschedule my time to intercept the couches that never showed up. Would not recommend!
