I recently purchased a sectional couch from Living Spaces and it was an amazing experience. They have a wide variety of styles and colors and the pricing is reasonable especially for a sectional. Our couch is stylish and so comfortable and only took a month to get to us. I would highly recommend Living Spaces for your furniture needs!

To Improve? Shut the place down! They have a 2.1 rating. The fabrics on their furnitures are sub-standard cheap garbage. The foam & cushion fillers (hollow fill) are sub-standard. 3-6 months after normal use it shows significant wear. Many of the furnitures they sell are 3rd party contracted. Their customer service has no comment or concern about quality. Customer service knows nothing about the materials and fillers. Totally unaware and uneducated to talk about their own products. They will just tell you, "sorry there's nothing we can do." They hide behind a curtain. The 3rd party (3rd world) warranty is a total scam. DO NOT BUY IT! You will never get any satisfaction. The store makes promises that everything is covered for 5 years, but the 3rd party warranty company, not Living Spaces, will not fix or exchange anything and they just pocket your money. The warranty company complaint process works by online website complaint form, then your follow-up is with an out-source call in the Philippines. Regardless of your complaint, The girl tells you your claim is not covered under the terms of the warranty, when it clearly is covered under the terms. They are scammers & liars! Cannot be trusted! Nothing you can do. They have your money.

I recently bought New recliners, expecting for them to be New.
What I received was a very wrinklich recliners. I though it was because on the packaging, waited for 2 weeks and it got worse, very loosen fabric and moths traces.
Their technician did not mention this problems and they closed the claim.
Waiting for a refund from this dishonest store.
I won't recommend this expensive store to anybody.

Very expensive store for old furniture and traces of moth in the fabric.

For those who lie saying companies is good, but those companies actually is not good that want work, because at the end of the day, we All will find out is your lies, become the truth become what's True,, Means good products will show whether their products are good or bad means your sales will evenually go down by lying its good to buy. Hmmmm!

Do NOT order from this company! The chairs I ordered did not work out and they charged me a restocking fee PLUS a delivery pick up fee totaling 20% of my order price. Terrible customer service! Beware! I was a first and LAST customer!

I ordered 3 items for Christmas.@ of the items arrived but not the third. When I tried to find out about the 3rd, I was told the order had been delivered. Let the GREAT RUNAROUND commence. 10 days and at least 5 customer "service" agents later and I give up. Keep your item, keep MY money and I will never shop here again.

Ordered a couch and love set over a month a go just got the love set because the made they mad the wrong love set when the couch was delivered now I still waiting on the pillow they sent that were the wrong color. They have a great sales team and the worst customer service I have ever delt with

Ordered a sectional on 8/12/2020. I live in the middle of nowhere so expected delivery to take longer than most. My first estimated time of delivery was 9/3/2020 with a no show. My next estimated time of delivery was 9/15/2020 also received no call to set up delivery. Finally I receive a call one 9/25 to have my couch be delivered the morning of 9/28/2020 only to receive a text on that day from the delivery service that the sectional was damaged and had a large tear. After waiting this long I was over it and canceled the order due to the damaged item. It took over a month for refund and they shorted me over $120 of the price I purchased for. I will never shop there again regardless of how fairly priced their items are.

I bought a couch and bedroom set. I have bought 5 couches from them over the first 4 were great. My recent couch was delivered on time and friendly. Due to my work schedule and having recently moving into a new place I did not sit on the couch for the first week. It looked great. My wife (110lbs) sat on the chaise lounge and the cushion split in two, with a huge gaping 8" hole along the seam. Since it was the 8th day they would not return or refund. They required pictures uploaded to their sight. From the pictures, they determined that someone see it in person. It took 2 weeks to schedule someone to come see the couch in person. They ordered a new cover. 8 weeks later still waiting.

Tip for consumers:
Horrible automated customer service keeps disconnecting the call. Just press 5 to get to a live person. Still they try to make thing difficult so you will not do it. Lots of hoops.

Gross. I will never order from this company again. The couch pillows dont have enough stuffing in them they are all wrinkled. The recliner I got started to sag and wrinkle. The worst money I ever spent. They should go out of business. I will never order from them again worst 3,000 dollars I ever spent. Don't buy form this company. You will reget it.

I wish I had read other people's opinions before I bought from living space. I'm feeling very bad because of the time and cost and the bad feeling I have now. We bought furniture for living and and dining room from living space November 2023 (855 Broadway,Millbrae CA). We received a broken Dining table and chair, adamaged Coffee table and after a month, the fabric of the sofa is pilling out and looks like 100 years old Sofa!one part of the chaise is also the seam has been torn. After I sent The pictures to them they said that this is completely normal and that's what it is! I feel very sad and regretful about this purchase, especially now that I have read other people's opinions. I will share with everyone my opinion about living space. It has low quality furniture and terrible customer service, The 5 star reviews of the official Site for this Sofa is fake,how it's possible someone wrote a 5 star review for such a Junk Sofa! The model of Sofa is (Calais Vanilla 112" 2 Piece Sectional with Left Arm Facing Chaise).Don't buy from living space!

Ordered and waiting for sectional couch... however did receive 70" tv stand. Knobs on the front doors drilled misaligned! 2 emails to customer service and no response. Buyer beware

We purchased a leather sofa and paid $3,0000 one year ago, the leather is completely coming apart. We went there and were told the warranty expired one week ago and they cannot help us. We are now stuck with this horrible sofa. We should have known, if you need to buy an extended warranty, don't buy the product, they're already telling you it's not good quality. I cannot believe they will not stand behind their product. We will never shop Living Spaces again. We furnished most of our home through them, not a small purchase. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP LIVING SPACES< THEIR HORRIBLE!

I purchased a $1,800 outdoor table and one of the levelers was broken. I completed their survey and no one contacted me. I sent several emails that I constantly received the run around. They eventually sent me a replacement leveler and it didn't even fit and wasn't even the same quality of the originally one broken. Its had to believe this part was more than a dollar and yet their customer service department/parts department didn't try to make sure the customer was taken care of after a significant purchase.

Bought a night stand and dining table and paid for delivery fee, they only deliver nightstand and the person delivering doesn't know anything when asked where is the dining table, called living space number wait for 45mins, the answer is my table dining order has been cancelled? I mean how can this happen? I didnt approve any cancellation on my order and how living space cancelling customer's order without getting approval from them. And no text, email call or anything to let customer know?! The funnist part is they refund store credit and didn't let me know till I called. What a nightmare!

7 months since I purchased my living room and bedroom furniture and many times calling living spaces and email them all I get it's false promises on delivery dates,
Living spaces only delivered what they want, they don't care About the clients,

Don't ever buy at living spaces

I placed an order as a gift for someone on August 2,2023 with my credit card but the living spaces website did not process the correct shipping address; instead, it processed the address tied to my credit card rather than use the shipping address I had typed in.

When I contacted Living Spaces via their chat on August 2, no one replied so I called on August 3 and they said my delivery window was within 48 hours (August 5th) so they could not change the shipping address without charging me $59.

I tried to explain the situation and say that the website had produced the error (which they confirmed was true) but that they would still not be able to help me because of their Terms and Conditions. I had also tried contacting them before their 48-hour delivery window policy, but their team did not answer. (See screenshot proof below)

The man on the phone was extremely rude and said he had already spoken to the team and they didn't want to change the address unless I paid $59, so he hung up on me.

Horrible website and business practices, horrible experience and horrible customer service. Will not order from them ever again and I suggest no one else do either.

Worst experience EVER! They sold the first couch I paid in full for, the second couch was delivered to the wrong house then damaged before I got it, then during delivery the damaged my front door badly. NO INSURANCE FOR THE DELIVERY DAMAGE! Cheap flea market quality! Go elsewhere or just do without. This review could go on more if there was space, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!

This store has terrible customer service. I purchased two lovely Krista Eggplant Accent Chair chairs that arrived unassembled. When my husband and I tried to install the legs, we discovered that the hardware was not the correct size. I called the store and was told that they would not fix the chairs because we had treated the fabric. The fabric is perfect, but the chairs have no legs. I explained that these chairs cannot be used because the legs cannot be installed. The customer service lady said file a claim and I said for what incorrect parts.

Terrible customer service, My chairs legs can not be installed.

Do not sign up for the zero interest promotion of Living Spaces under Synchrony Bank. They will make you sign up for an automatic payment to avoid interest but they will give you a wrong amount that won't pay off the balance until the promotion expires. And you as a customer who expects that you will just stop receiving a bill after 18 months will later find out that you got billed more than $ 1,111 for the deferred interest charge because you have a few dollars remaining on your balance when the promotion expired. I escalated my issue with the customer service chat but she said she can no longer waive the interest charge. Synchrony Bank gave me a wrong automatic payment amount when I signed up for automatic payment for 18 months zero interest so they can charge their customers with more than a thousand dollars deferred interest charge. Fraud fraud fraud! Also Living Spaces delivered a defective lamp shade that I paid more than $ 160 and I went to the store to return it. I was told that they cannot replace it anymore because I went to the store a day after the few days grace period to return it. That's why there's very few customers in every Living Spaces store, very poor customer service and they offer zero interest payment that tricks the customers to be paying a lot in the end for deferred interest. Just like my friend who had a bad experience shopping at Living Spaces, I will not buy anything in this store again.

LIVING SPACES - WORST WORST WORST store and their delivery is SOOPER BAD. We bought a dining table, an expensive one. So far they made 3 delivery trips and yet the assembly of dining table is not done.
First time they delivered chairs saying they picked the wrong dining table. Second time they delivered the base of the table and said they dont have the table top in stock
Third time they delivered the table top but the entire hardware is missing. Look at the pics - this is how my current dining area is.
I have no idea when and how they can fix my dining table

All the chairs are not delivered yet.

Don't fall for the glitzy super stores they have. There is no guarantee to get the best service even when you spend 3 grand. Their customer service takes forever. I have spent over 10 hours just talking to them.

Never do anything about warranty. Don't allow returns. Never answer phone calls. I brought this bed and it was around $1K, they upscale me a warranty but wouldn't warranty it. I used it only 2-4 times and the mechanics of it don't work they make you make an online submission and deny everything. They don't even answer your questions about it. Don't buy their warranty, they said it is through 3rd party. No control over it. Other than that, it is fine.

Don't waste your money or time here! I bought a dresser that fell apart after having it for 18 months! And I tried to buy some simple sliders to replace the ones that came apart and no one could give me ANY direction... The quality and the service here is the ABSOLUTE WORST!

What kind of a company stands by their products so pitifully that they only allow a seven day return period? What this says to me is, "we don't want this crap back." Seven days is woefully short under any circumstances, but add in the constraints of a pandemic and the holidays (decent companies extend their return policy over the holidays) and you have a truly crappy return policy. We ordered a bed headboard that arrived while we were out of town. We realized the size didn't work, and simply wanted to exchange it—unopened and in the original packaging—for a different size, but because we had been out of town, we were already beyond the 7-day period. The customer "service" person gave us a categorical and catatonic "nope." She couldn't have cared less. So, do we have any options, I asked. "Nope," was the reply. So... we're stuck with it? "Yep" was the oh-so-helpful response. So, my advice: Shop elsewhere. And of you do purchase here, be ready to drop whatever you're doing and FLY to the store if you need to do a return or exchange. And regardless, they're going to ding you for a 10% restocking fee. How these people are even in business is beyond me.

I purchased four thousand dollars worth of living room furniture: sofa, chair sleeper and ottoman. "Custom made." Within 2 weeks or so I reported that the fabric is already sagging, the stitching around the cording is puckered and the seats feel gravely. Twice, techs were sent out. They both agreed with me about the poor quality. In each case I was told that LS would call me. They never did. I finally called, talked to a manager who told me "this is just customer preference" and does not come under your warranty. I then sent a letter to the CEO of LS, registered mail, so I know it was received. I have not received any acknowledgement of that letter or my concerns. Reading other reviews (especially about cheap fabric that pills) it is rather obvious that this company doesn't care about their reputation. It's beyond disappointing. The interaction I did have was rude and dismissive. I advise that no one buy, especially, "custom made". The fabrics are cheap and the workmanship is poor and this company does not care. It's a lot of money to pay for junk.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy custom made. The quality is different than what is shown in the store. Customer service is non-existent after the sale. (Check out the reviews with answers from the company on the Better Business Bureau site--the answers are dismissive and there seems to be a rehearsed speech about "this is to be expected", for instance re fabric pilling within just a few weeks of delivery.) I even sent a letter to the CEO, but got no reply.
