I recently purchased a sectional couch from Living Spaces and it was an amazing experience. They have a wide variety of styles and colors and the pricing is reasonable especially for a sectional. Our couch is stylish and so comfortable and only took a month to get to us. I would highly recommend Living Spaces for your furniture needs!
To Improve? Shut the place down! They have a 2.1 rating. The fabrics on their furnitures are sub-standard cheap garbage. The foam & cushion fillers (hollow fill) are sub-standard. 3-6 months after normal use it shows significant wear. Many of the furnitures they sell are 3rd party contracted. Their customer service has no comment or concern about quality. Customer service knows nothing about the materials and fillers. Totally unaware and uneducated to talk about their own products. They will just tell you, "sorry there's nothing we can do." They hide behind a curtain. The 3rd party (3rd world) warranty is a total scam. DO NOT BUY IT! You will never get any satisfaction. The store makes promises that everything is covered for 5 years, but the 3rd party warranty company, not Living Spaces, will not fix or exchange anything and they just pocket your money. The warranty company complaint process works by online website complaint form, then your follow-up is with an out-source call in the Philippines. Regardless of your complaint, The girl tells you your claim is not covered under the terms of the warranty, when it clearly is covered under the terms. They are scammers & liars! Cannot be trusted! Nothing you can do. They have your money.
We booked an item and they said will be delivered in 2 days.
After that we started tracking the order and found they are going to delivery it wrong address. We called and they said sorry we have corrected address now and you will receive you product in 24th.
They again went to the wrong address to deliver it. Delivery guy calls us and says "we are here to delivery your stuff" we gave him correct address and he said will be there in 23mins. We kept waiting and he never showed up or picked up his phone after that
Then next days went physically to the store and same issue they had no idea when can they deliver. All stupid exercises

I have been a customer of Living Spaces for many years and have spent many thousands of dollars there. I recently bought an accent rug online and realized later it was too small. I never even removed the rug from the original packaging in which it was delivered. Living Spaces refused to take it back. Said it had been 11 days since it was delivered to my home. No returns after 7 days - not even for an item that had not even been unpacked. Horrible customer service. Stupid business practice. Lost a long time customer over a $200 rug that had never been removed from it's original packaging. Will never shop there again. Too bad for Living Spaces.
I bought a couch from here. The estimated delivery was 6 weeks, but it took 10 weeks just to get a confirmation, and almost 12 weeks (3 months!) for them to actually deliver the couch. Every single time I called to ask, I was on the call queue for over an hour, and the service reps never gave me any useful information, just to keep waiting.
Terrible experience, and absolutely no care from the service staff.

Furniture looks awesome and is affordable. But HORRIBLE quality. It will fall apart after a year. Customer service told me to buy a whole new couch because one cushion was ripping at the seams. Unless you plan on replacing your furniture every year DON'T buy from this business!
I'll cut to the chase, avoid this company! I will for the rest of my life. We were in the process of building a house and naturally you have to order fixtures in advance and then coordinate the installation of those with several subcontractors. When we realized that the lights we bought ($150 each x4) we're not going to work I reached out to the company and they said because we were outside of the 7 day return policy there was nothing they could do. 7 days! This is 2022. We are on the tail end of a pandemic. Tell me what other company on the planet has a seven day return policy. The organization clearly has no desire to compete against very reputable companies. I spoke to one sales representative and then a manager. They had no desire to do anything to help me nor acknowledge any understanding but was advised I should have read the return policy. Good grief. Get with the program Living Spaces, otherwise you won't be around very long. You sure won't see another dollar of mine.
I called in Monday to review and get assistance on a broken stand but to not get a link that was supposed to be sent. Spoke with a rep who was not very helpful and placed me on hold for more than two hours please review the picture. Told him I was disability and it was hard to hit buttons. The time was longer

We bought a sectional sofa and the sofas were defective. No lumbar support. We asked them for an exchange and they refused. The sales person told us at the time of purchase we could get an insurance policy that would cover everything and anything. Not true
I paid cash for merchandise I never received. I cancelled prior to delivery and they will not give me back my money. I paid several hundred in cash. Since the March cancellation, I have been told it will be mailed. It is now June and no refund check... beware... very unethical practices.
Ordered three pieces of furniture on Sept 28 and it was supposed to ship after two weeks. After 6 weeks I cancelled my order because no one could tell me when it would come. They would just transfer you to people outside of their company to talk about the delivery. Even before the delivery people called to set a date, I cancelled my order but was told I would still have to pay restocking fee. It is now December and I still don't have this credit on my credit card. I called again today and was told it might take another 10 days.
At the time of purchase, we were told that if we did not use the warranty after 5 years, we would receive the money back. We now learned not only we would only be receiving the refund as a store credit but we will have to make a purchase for double the amount in order to use the credit! No where is this noted within the materials provided when purchased.
I ordered a Sinclair media center fir a client in September. The movers for living spaces pointed out they heard broken glass in the boxes. This thing must have fallen off the truck. It was destroyed. I contacted them in Sept. They told me they'd get back to me within a week. It's Nov 17. I have an outraged client. I called again. No answer except they will get back to me? Seriously? I will need to refund a very expensive item to my client. I can't run a business like this. (And they shouldn't) shame on you living spaces. I have ordered from you for years with no damage but when there's a problem, You drop the ball.

I bought my daughter a trundle bed at Living Spaces in April of 2019. Over time the bed frame center support pole became bent causing the slats to pop off and the mattress to warp (dipping in the center). We also had issues with the trundle and some of the screws coming off. Honestly, I can't even describe it well... the part that covers the trundle kept coming off. We kept fixing it repeatedly for months. Finally, earlier this month (since we are in quarantine) I took the time to call in the "carefree" 5-year warranty I purchased. I sent in pictures and a video to show what was happening. My claim was denied. In my humble opinion, the quality of the bed frame and the slats are what caused the issue. I'm disappointed and upset because the quality of the piece I bought was poor and the warranty I paid for was just a waste of my money. I will now have to buy my daughter a new bed.
First I my sectional came missing two cushions. They were not on the truck. Had to wait a week for exchange because I live in a "restricted area" according to them. Secondly, the next week they came to pick up the sectional and had no replacement on the truck. Had to wait another week. Finally, today I check my email, it shows that they are doing another pick up! I call customer service to confirm the new delivery. The rep seems hesitant to transfer me to a supervisor. Ugh. Never again. Hope I get my sectional today.
Huge issue after I bought sofa in Frisco Texas. Not until I got delivery have some shady business practices come to light. Living Spaces farms out FGO Ligistics to deliver but they use Need it Now Delivery. Sent shady guys who spoke not a lick of English broke items on wall and tile floor. Threw sofa out back of truck. Damaged corners. Do not assume Living Spaces delivers they don't. Ask beforehand to make sure - you don't know if you are safe in your home. Shady company

Yes I should have paid more attention to their fine print that says "6-8" weeks for delivery. On week 6 they still couldn't tell me where the product was and give me any idea when it would be delivered. Asked "At 8 weeks can I expect a full refund if the item didn't arrive"? The answer was: "You'd have to speak to the manager". OK "Karen", this is where our business ends. Zero accountability and zero customer services. Avoid.
This company engages in fraudulent business practices. I ordered an a drum stool online from LS on 7/9/21. When it arrived it was in defective condition. I called LS within 7 days to arrange a return and refund. I had to wait on the phone over 45 min to speak to someone. I sent pictures of the damage, and the return was approved. I specifically declined a store credit and was told the full amount would be credited to our account. The company was supposed to pick up the item on 8/4/21 but never did. I did not receive a refund and submitted a dispute to AmEx. The company responded to the dispute claiming we agreed on an "even exchange." The item allegedly being exchanged was a side table that just happened to cost the same amount. We didn't request this item, don't want it and refuse to accept delivery of it. We also resubmitted the dispute to AmEx, as the claim that we ordered a side table was made merely to prevent the refund that they already authorized.

I purchased a sectional online August 5th. My delivery window was from 8/18-8/27. It is 9/8 today and I have not heard a word from them. I have called each day and no one answers the phone. This has to be the worse online purchase that I have dealt with. I wouldn't be as upset if someone answered the phone but I only get a stupid song that plays continuously. After calling every day and waiting more then 1 hr on the phone to speak to someone I give up! Called my bank and disputed this purchase. You were fast to withdrawal $1500 from my account but cannot even email or answer customers calls not to mention my delivery window is now 11 days passed. I will never order from your site again! So disgusted

Janet had incorrect shipping destination, corrected that mistake, new destination had number & symbols as a zip code, my order summary had a left chaise, their summary the following day per email indicated right chaise, had to correct it, incorrect chaise with 2 cushions instead of one was delivered. I specifically said I wanted 1 cushion when ordering. No one will take responsibility. Filed with BBB. Filed personnel complaint against sale's lady Janet. Come on LS do the right thing. Also, my bed frame had termites within 1 week.

DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from living spaces! Primarily because their customer service is very unhelpful. Also, a word to the wise, if you do order anything from Living Spaces, be aware that you only have SEVEN days to return or exchange!
The bed we that we waited 3 months for was ordered incorrectly as a California King, instead of a standard king. We waited 14 days to put it together, because we had to finish painting, only to realize it was the incorrect size bed. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do because it was "past the 7 day window for returns". Absolutely pitiful customer service. Will not be ordering anything from this company again.

Well 1st I want to just say that I am not here reviewing an item... because it was never shipped out to me. I spent 12 weeks waiting for a "special order"...
My initial purchase was expected to be received within 6-8 weeks... after the 8th week I called and called to ask about the status of my order... and got the same response..."please call back next week, it's still in production " or " someone will call you back"...
I have never purchased anything from living spaces... and probably never will. I am very big on excellent client services ( I did retail for a long time).

Wish I would of took the time to check reviews first but all of the bad reviews are true. I would of rather purchases my couch from Costco. Yes I got the special order and color I wanted which took over 3 months to get and with two months after barely sitting on the couch the cushions seams were pulling apart all over and even have holes what a freaking shame. Past four months especially during Covid couldn't get a hold of no one from customer service or warranty and literally the one year coverage will expire soon. Let's see if this will even get resolved. I have even filed online but playing phone tag just to get a live person. I warn u don't waste ur money here u would think ur getting quality but ur not.

I went to Living Spaces in Frisco, Tx on 3/21 at 11:30 am, and was denied service because I didn't have a mask on and I claimed medical Exemption. Spoke with the manager and explained my exception. He still refused me service and said it's store policy. I have news for this company. Your policy doesn't supersede my Constitutional Rights, or the Americans with disabilities Act, and for companies to think they have these rights need to be stopped. I will be contacting an attorney. The store is thousands of square feet and not busy. I could maintain more than 6ft at all times in the store. These draconian measures are unacceptable to those with medical conditions that cannot wear a face diaper on a virus with near 0% death risk. Enough is enough. I stayed home and did my part for a year. Gov Abbott put out strict guidance on these order, and said you cannot enforce policy over law. Period no exemptions for the business the consumer has these rights!

Quite simply: They use a delivery service that is so lame that no words can describe it. You will have a fine experience right until your delivery day. Then you won't get your furniture. Then you will try to find out what happened (which will take forever because you can't reach the store directly, only the call center) and they will apologize, and give you excuses, and schedule it for the next available date (which will be 2-3 days after)... and then you won't get it again. And so on. You are lucky if you will get your stuff a week after the first delivery. Outrageous. Don't say I didn't warn you.
BEWARE... This is the worst online experience ever! I ordered a bed frame over a month ago (they advertise a 2 day delivery) I have been sleeping on the floor ever since. The delivery company XPO has scheduled a delivery 3 times already, each time they dont show up and dont call. I have 2 messages to Living Spaces manager, they were to get back to me within 24 hrs, that was last week... still no call. I'm not sure at this point if I will be getting my bed. I will be disputing charges if I do not hear from them.
The worse customer service ever. They only want to take your money. Paid over £40.000 for a kitchen, cabinet door broke after only few months, breakfast bar wood lifted up after 4 months. Still waiting for repair after 2 years. No phone number, no full address for customer service. Reply to e-mails after 3-4 weeks and each time with some worthless excuses. Please please don't buy anything from Livingspace, yes the design is nice but do you really want to pay so much for something that do not have any warranty, worse customer service, oh no none exiting customer service. They made so much mistake with the design and each time they were blaming each other and then charging me for it. DO NOT USE LIVINGSPACE
