Logo Design Pros

Normally I do not believe in dealing with online companies, especially after hearing so many stories about scams and frauds, but I gave Logo Design Pros a try because of many positive reviews about them over internet. My order was a website design which they delivered within 5 days without compromising on quality. The design, development and everything was up to the mark and is much better than any other company could have done. I really really feel glad that I contacted them.

CROOKS AND LIARS! I wish I had read other peoples reviews before I forked over $250 to these guys.

At first they come off very professional and on the ball. Very polite.

Your first indication you have been taken is when they don't meet there deadlines... it gets worse from there.

2 or 3 days turns into 3 or 4 weeks... and you will be lied to every step of way when you call! Always some BS about how it was sent to you but a technical problem stopped you from getting it.

Its been a month and I still don't have anything.

I'm turning them into the better business bureau today... they need to be shut down!

With a limited budget, our team had to get our ecommerce website up without much delay. After browsing through numerous ecommerce web design services, we came across Logo Design Pros' ecommerce package, which was quite affordable for us. Not only do they give you an ecommerce design but other stuff such as logos, stationery designs, social media page designs too! This was the perfect combination and exactly what we were looking for! We didn't have to go different services for different designs. One place and we got it all. This was a huge project and as expected, there were several delays and interruptions, but we appreciate the commitment these guys had. The project manager did not disappoint me and kept me up to date with the progress. The only minor drawback was their timely execution. There were times when they did miss a deadline, but with the quality of work we received, it could be neglected. Over-all, Logo Design Pros was quite friendly and delivered me a good running website.

Dont let them fool you by their 80% discount! They take your money then run! I spent more than 4 months developing a project! What the heck! They have approach to make you accept whatever they deliver which is ignore what you ask for days. They claim they can do some work but actually they cant! I would not even give them a half star! Run run I personally refer anyone! Very bad experience with a company that dont care about its clients!

Having worked with two other design companies, I can say this without any doubt that Logo Design Pros exceeded my expectations by all means. Although I asked for a few revisions in the initial samples they sent but all those changes were implemented without any hassle. I sincerely appreciate the effort their creative team put in to make their client satisfied.

Hello, I am very happy with the quality of the products. One small comment though, it would've been great if you could deliver the project on our agreed deadline. I am sure that is possible if the design team pay attention to minor details in my order brief and revision comments. Anyway I'm delighted with the final results and will be looking forward to work with you guys again.

Slow to create. Poor customer service. Ironically, when I was totally frustrated with them, and they knew it, they had the audacity to call me on my cell phone and try to sell me a trademark product. This company is a train wreck. Search for another logo company (there are plenty) and use any one of those!

Received my initial sample within a day. That was super fast. I asked for few revisions and they listened to it very professionally and did the changes with very fast pace. Really liked the overall process. No hassle at all.

I have done business with many design companies as i myself belong to the same industry but these people are real professionals. I had a chance to meet the owner of this company last month in a corporate gathering and his vision tells how professionally they are ruling the industry.

I went to them as a customer an year back for a logo design and stationery sets, the ordered turned up within 2-3 days and that with the unbelievable quality. Now after almost a year, the offer the same quality designs with more affordability and offers.

I would really suggest, if any of you want to get some real high quality branding of your business, get to know them. Take a 10/10 recommendation from me!:)

I contacted logo design pros again for the glitch that appeared on my website last week. Although i have already closed my project with them but they listen to it and resolve it as soon as they can. Now, what else a client needs!

Firstly I am quite surprised after reading some of the latest reviews as I have had nothing but exceptional service from Logo Design Pros. I am going to write my personal experience here which has been fantastic. My web project was stuck in mid because I had a bad experience with a previous company. I wanted a feature rich website and that was not everyone's cup of tea. So, I initially went through design phase and had asked for several amendments and the design team fully complied to my requirements

The next phase was development, in which again I was very impressed. The way they dealt with my particular needs and never ending requests was brilliant. My website has to be integrated with Youtube so i wanted support to put all elements together. My account manager briefed me everything.

Keeping long story short, my website looks amazing, it runs great and in a month's time the website attracted ample traffic from search engines. My sincerest thanks to Logo Design Pros for that!

The last 2 order I placed at logo design pros went quite well, for which I give full credit to their support team. Through not directly in touch with my designer, my account manager kept me informed on every step and carefully listened to my feedback. My project was completed in due time and I'll definitely be using their animated video service for my next project.

My experience with Logo Design Pros was fabulous. At the beginning it was a bit complicated to work without meeting in person. However, my account manager did a good job communicating my ideas to the design team. The customer support, turnaround time and complete project execution was simply fantastic. LogoDesignPros never sent me the logo I paid for. Attempts to contact them on multiple occasions have been met with radio silence. I have had to register a dispute in an attempt to get my money back, but am hoping to help others avoid the same mistake. Do not give LogoDesignPros your money.

We just got a logo and stationary package done and we're definitely less than satisfied. When you want to revise the logo you have to type a description of exactly what you want and more than likely they won't get it right. We went thru 4 revisions and basically settled because they are so stupid. I even tried to call them 5 times to discuss what we wanted and they never pick up. Terrible support don't waste your money!

The reason to write my review here is that I got to know about Logo Design Pros from the same website. I seriously had a great time associating with them for designing and developing my salon website. I have been running this business for 3 years now, but my friend suggested me to take online appointments and reservations for my salon. Since, I had no idea where to get start so I contacted them to make me a glamorous website through which I can also sell my cosmetic products online. I left rest on their team since I was null in judging how it works.

After few conversations and discussions with my account manager on every step, I finally received my website and it is live now. They were quick in response and did a great job for me. Though the deadlines were tough from my side but the team delivered an awesome website.

Logo Design Pros team is really professional and knows exactly what their clients’ needs are. I have placed 3 orders with them which they have delivered on time. However, whenever i want to add, remove or upgrade something on my website, i simply write to my account manager and he always reply to my emails promptly. A very good team to work with!

I usually don't leave reviews for companies but Logo Design Pros made me do that. They truly deserve recognition and positive review for their quality work. I just loved how they kept me in loop about each proceeding in my order. I received exceptional logo design at a price that is really very affordable as compared to other companies. I originally used them in 2007 and they provided me with a logo. No problems, everything was great. Then in 2019, we were rebranding, so I decided to go back with them. The order included a revise logo and slogan, create a website, a marketing video, and created social media handles. I only received the logo and slogan. I had paid up front. Once we rolled out our new brand I had nothing, but a logo. Everything else was dropped. They had over 4 months head to get this job done. They fail me, my company, and our marketing efforts. I do not recommend this company.
