Bunch of liars. Never return my money back as promised. When i call they hang up on me several times, and promise somebody will cal me back about refund. They never did. Don't even think of doing business with them.

Is there a way to give 0 stars. I am embarrassed to say that i have fallen prey to these guys. Such scumbags and i just dont have words to elaborate.

Please do your research before you jump into conclusions, if you have the money to spend please do find the ones which you think are expensive. Its just a waste of time begging and running behind these fools to get your work done. You are better off learning how to design a website yourself.

I wish nothing but hell breaking loose on these goons

While their initial logo samples were great when it came to revisions they let me down. I asked for only a few basic revisions, to change the color of two words to one particular color and make them larger, and also change the color of a different word to a different particular color. I have had to call them on two separate occasions and also live chatted with them on three and my design is still not complete. I'm hoping the sixth time is the charm. I will say that I only payed $172 for this logo and compared to other design sites is dirt cheap. So if you don't mind the extra hassle than save yourself some money otherwise... go elsewhere.

I would say that logo design pros is a company that has very well trained professionals in their rank who can always come up with ideas that deliver good results. I can say that because I have worked with them twice so far, once for the revamp of my logo and later on for a website. Got good response and result from them both times.

Logo Design Pros and its team have proved once again that they are the best. I have completed two projects from them so far, and I must say that they’ve delivered beyond my expectations. This time my package had a logo design, stationery design and a 5 page website that includes web hosting as well. I was not only impressed with the initial samples of logo and website, but the stationery set was amazing as well! All in all, I had not faced any difficulty throughout the process. My account manager kept me informed about the status of my order and delivered everything on time. Very good experience!

A week overdue from delivering a logo package and no response to the multiple contacts I have made. The number no longer works and the live chat has been offline for the last 4 days so there could be a problem with the business. Anyone got any ideas how to contact these guys to deliver what I have purchased?

Logodesignpros screwed over our church. Their design work was horrible and when we tried to get our refund, they said they would (in 12 different emails and phone calls) but they never followed through. They are downright crooks.

Logo Design Pros turned out the best. I was hesitant while ordering my service but I am much satisfied with my logo and website. They are reliable and mean what they claim on their website. You will not disappoint and will come to them again. 5/5 from me.

The team at LDP is a pro; they studied my consultation business and designed a website, pixel to pixel, right according to my requirements. My clients can post reservation on the website and discuss their ideas with me. A case study section showcases my previous work and encourages new clients to consult. In a nutshell, I am doing much better and my clients are happier than ever, which I owe to Logo Design Pros.

They start off being nice to suck you into a contract. Then once you've made your payment, they play games. Their web designers are inexperienced and have to correct simple designs and concepts many times before the get it right. If you are a versed client who knows what you want, then they make excuses, waste your time and give you a sub-standard work. Reps like Lloyd and Harris need customer service refreshers. Their lead project manager CHRIS Reid is a liar and so arrogant. Sadly the owner never seem to be bothered by all of this. It amazes me that they are still in business.

I can't believe it, but I just received an email from logodesignpros with a buisness offer. This is after 2 years of getting ripped off by them and never hearing from them again. So, now they're back.

Herold P--I ordered and paid for two logos and a web package. I received the initial logos and requested revisions which were made quickly. I was satisfied and thought things would be great, but shortly after the communication stopped and I've been waiting for business website for three weeks and haven't heard anything.

I do not know anyone that works for the company other than the gentlemen that worked on my project three years ago. They created my logo, facebook banner, and twitter banner. They were very professional and met all of my deadlines. I had a positive experience and often receive compliments about my logo. They are well trained and very polite. I will be contacting them shortly for another project.

Logo Design Pros proved to be quite a good company. They created a beautiful, clean, simple website. They even helped us with social media designs and brochure designs as well. It’s a fine company for getting designs at an affordable price.

So far my experience has been pretty bad. I have sent emails and got no reply from my 'account manager'. When questioned he said that he had replied. When I spoke to him on the phone he had the weirdest accent and when I asked where they were based he said 'Central London' and that he was from 'aussie'. Clearly an Indian. But wasn't bothered to embarrass him any further. I was told unlimited concepts and unlimited revisions but then when I asked for more concepts I was told I 'misheard'. My initial set of logos are actually not too bad. And there's one or two that might be appropriate. I've sent my amendments. But again no reply. So I shall wait and see what they come up with... if they ever get back to me. Wish I had read this site before committing. I Wont be recommending. I'll keep you all posted on the final logo!

Had my designs only a few days past what was promised. Although the designs were not overwhelming I did find one that was to our satisfaction. I believe they would have been better if I took a more hands on approach and offered more suggestions through their info form. The communication was good especially from the revision process through completion. I ordered the start up package so for the money it wasn't a bad deal.

It seems like I am not the only one who is overwhelmed with the service of Logo Design Pros. I have had a real bad experience with a company that runs design contest on website. I submitted my project there, and still wasn't able to get what i have been looking for. They claimed that they have world's best designers registered on their website, but the reality was against my expectation. What I got was few sketched logos which looked like someone designed them on paint. It was a nightmare, seriously!

I gave logo design pros a chance and now my after reviewing my final design samples; I must acknowledge that they are far better than any other company. Not only my request was processed within few hours but I received a very courteous response on all revisions I asked for. It was really very hard to pick which one was best. Logo Design Pros exceeded my expectations in almost half of the money I wasted on other companies.

I found Logo Design Pros really professional and efficient logo Design Company. So far my experience of working with them is great and my order is in the last phase. I approached them via a social media channel and found their rates best as compared to all the other companies over internet.

I contacted Logo Design Pros for creating a logo for our newly established NGO. Initially we provided an idea of how our logo should look like but after initial samples, we realized that the idea didn’t work. Honestly, we were confused with what to do just when our account manager recommended us a few concepts after consulting his team. We loved how creatively he managed to give us what we wanted. I spoke their customer support to explain my concept, they forwarded me to a designer, and this person was very good at his job. He listened intently and sent me a few initial samples within next few hours. I was worried that I will not be able to convey my idea but was surprised to see that they picked it up. The first samples were not exactly what I needed but were close and after a few revisions, I had the logo I wanted. My overall experience with the company was satisfying.
