Logo Design Pros turns out to be a pretty nice designing service. The charges aren't extremely high like many others I have been ripped off from and the designs I received were pretty decent too. There was a one-day delay in the delivery of the final design, but overall nice job – I would recommend them.

. My company hired logodesignpros for brochure design and we were already in too much pressure we needed those brochures quickly. I was afraid that I would be in trouble if I do not get the brochures delivered on time for printing. They did it on time, and I had one hour to prepare rest of the things. Quality was least of my concern at that time but it would be unfair I did not mention that the quality of the design was above my expectations.

TERRIBLE! Took DAYS for them to get back with a WRONG design every time! Looks like clip art some 3rd grader came up with. I complained and was guaranteed my money back via email from Chris Reid. Never came. Now I'm out $155.00. I am reporting them to every major review site as well as my bank and any place else I can turn to for help and warning to others.

I contacted logo design pros for creating a new logo design for my business as I never got good feedback about the first one which I had created myself with a tool. They helped me out of the situation as I did not want a completely different logo so my customers would know its the same company. They created a very nice logo for me which I approved as it was also related to my previous design and is a nice piece of design.

I had a logo designed by them in 2006. For 9 years I have been asking them to stop contacting me to no available. They call my cell phone, and email, each 3-4 times per year. I have begged them, asked politely, cussed them, you name it they don't care. I emailed and called them, every time it's some person in India with broken English who made promises they would stop. I am tired of this endless spam and would recommend you not do business with them on this issue alone.

I added them to my phone block list a few years ago, and my spam filters, but they occasionally change phone numbers and emails to get around it. Today, 9 years late... I received another spammy email.

I was a LogoJeez customer and they merged with LogoDesignPros and that is when my issues started. I have talked to 5 different support people and not one has returned my call with an answer to my issue. The customer support and attitude on this site is just about the worst I have experienced to-date. I canceled two jobs that I started with LogoJeez. If they they can't respond and send the CD's for work done, how can I believe they will make good on a new order? Heads-up Be careful with this company!
