Employees never ever have a clue on nothing! So don't waste hour time. If you don't know what you need take an professional or hire them to do the foot work! And also don't send young women to work there because the MOD's and or managers on duty will sexual harrass the young women employees. And the store manager sweeps it under the rug! All if the above seen at the Kansas city Kansas location! Stay away!
I put in an online order so that I could avoid being in contact with too many people. I was emailed that it was ready, but when I arrived at Lowe's to pick it up.---What a FUSTERCLUCK! It is as if the company does not realize that we need to social distance at all. There is no curbside service, and the desk that used be available for pick ups right inside the door was gone. I was told that I needed to wait in the 30+ person line of people that were all standing FAR closer that 6 feet to one another. I turned around and walked out and will probably have to relinquish my order. As a devote customer and stock holder, I was shocked at the lack of foresight on the part of the Citrus Heights locations. There is a large area behind the store that could specifically be used as a curbside drive up pick up for customers that would allow for a much more sane and safe approach to a very possible deadly situation.
Lowe's burned us for a $1600 refrigerator. It's so bad they won't even take our complaint. They say we are to late and that is part of the complaint. Part of the dispute is when it was delivered. It doesn't work and they won't even answer the phone to take the complaint. Perfect way to end our house getting wiped out by the hurricane. Bob
I had two men at my house to deliver some appliances that i bought from Loews.
One of the men named George was so nice, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He even cleaned his shoes off before he came in my house. He had to squeeze the appliances in a small room which he did with no problem. He made me feel very comfortable. I will buy from Loews again because the delivery men are excellent! They were very careful not to scratch anything, they were GREAT! Thank you Loews!
Purchased a dishwasher May 12, was told it would be delivered today June 14,2020 had to call store took 15 minutes to talk to someone and was told it is coming tomorrow. When I complained about the fact on the website it even says June 14, the woman in appliances who took my call said "Oh Well" imagine that for customer service, never again
Oftentimes, the Home Depot or Amazon are cheaper. If I'm in a hurry I may use lowes.com to make the purchase and pick up in store. However, about half the time I do this the store doesn't actually have the item in stock.
Ordered a GE 21.3 cubic foot freezer from Lowe's on 8/19, on 9/1 I got a call that the freezer would be delivered between 930 and 130 on 9/2. It did not come and I was told it was not put on the truck. And when I went over to Lowe's I was told that it was being shipped on 9/12. But my receipt said delivery date was 9/2. Then they delivered a crushed freezer on 9/10. Then told me they had none in stock and could not order one. When I pressed the store manager he told me he would call me on 9/12 by noon, but had someone who knew nothing about the situation call me at 330. Then I found out that on 9/11 they had put a refund back on my Lowe's card" Because i had paid the Lowe's card off on 9/8" which now they tell me I cannot get my money back for 3 weeks. Needless to say I will never step foot in a Lowe's store in my life.
I Special ordered products over a month ago. Still dont have the products. Call customer care and stay on hold for 55 mins to over an hour. Manager was supposed to call over a week ago and still nothing. Never shopping here again. Lowes customer service is horrible.
I have been a loyal Lowes customer for many years. I own numerous rental properties and have spent 10's of thousands of dollars in appliances and kitchen remodels over the years. For appliance delivery they give a 4 hour window for delivery and call you 2 hours AFTER the delivery window to tell you they are running late. You'll spend your entire day waiting for a delivery that may come or may NOT come and needs to be rescheduled! This has happen numerous times and calls to corporate fall on deaf ears! Going forward my appliance purchases will be with Home Depot or Queen City Appliance!
I went to Lows to look at a washer/dryer, and there was a guy with a Lowes uniform saying they have a program where the price of appliances would be very little - just had to attend a meeting. Turns out they signed me up for a solar panel estimate!
I keep getting calls (5 today) trying to schedule a meeting to talk to me about solar and I keep telling them I didn't talk to anyone about solar and I don't want solar. Later, I got an email about an installation appointment from Lowes, called them to ask what it was about. Yup, solar panels. I said cancel I'm not interested. She said hold on and then got a solar sales guy on the phone. I told them to F**k off I don't want solar. I'm sure they'll be hassling me again.
