Went online to check availability of an idem.
Idem in stock left the job site 50 miles round trip. Arrive at Lowes checked Isle location no product. Asked associate for help did not have a clue. Got two other employees involved both said we don't stock it I showed the idem on my phone they told me our inventory is not accurate we are under staffed and over worked.
This is the Conway location. I shop here ONLY because it's the closest store. It never used to be like this. I would give it a lower score if I could.
Omg, fix your slow as molasses website! Its beyond ridiculous that it takes several minutes for a page to load! It's not the connection on my end - I have no issues navigating Home Depots site. I'll shop there since they seems to have a better business sense
I'm trying to get information about an item and this company does not post prices on their website.
I called customer service, waited more than 10 minutes and then hung up.
I don't understand why Lowes makes a potential sell so difficult when most companies are making it easier for the customer.
First of all, I like Home Depot. So, why am I here? Simply, I really like Lowe's too. In some ways, I must like them a bit better. I've many of the same praises for both e.g. great service, great products, helpful employees...
However, reviewing my most recent substantial purchases (new washer/dryer, vinyl fencing, pressure washer...), I got them at Lowe's. Hmmm, makes you wonder. That says something...
That being the case, the Lowe's stores seem brighter/more appealing than HD. As for me, I don't really care one way or the other. However, my wife definitely likes Lowe's better for those types of reasons... thus, the previously mentioned purchases. What can I say? If she's happy... well, I'm happy 8^)
I enjoy shopping at Lowe's. The customer service is great and associates come to help when you need them with very little wait. A store like this survives off of the knowledgeable associates that enjoy helping customers. If they did not know anything about home repairs or building then the store would never survive. Keep up the good work in caring for the customer!
Please all my fellow military families - do NOT shop or order online from Lowes! They do not care about their customers. Ordered online two weeks ago - no one knows where items are or when they will be delivered! Even though you pay Lowes your hard earned money, they say "oh, sorry- this product is shipped from an outside vendor, so we don't have any tracking information for the item... basically the attitude is "we have your money, so figure it out for yourself" AND don't even think about calling their customer service department... unless you literally have an hour to wait on hold! JUst to honestly get no help at all!
A family member fell at their assisted living and while in the hospital I needed to get an ADA height toilet installed in their suite. I could never have delivered this item myself. The lowe's team went above and beyond. They called me ahead of time to get all the faculty details. Called again when they were 20 mins. Out so I could flag the facility and called again when they were outside so the facilities director could meet them to off load. This item is critical to my family member returning to their assisted living. Lowe's made this so easy and was very empathetic to our situation. We are very grateful for their help and understanding.
We began our "death march" with Lowe's on February 4,2022, and as of today (November 21,2022), the project is still not completed... with no completion date in sight.
Lowe's is fine if all you need is to buy something off-the-shelf, but I would urge customers to steer=clear of anything involving installation and third-party suppliers; even something as simple as installing window blinds.
Once they get your money (in our case over-$1,000), you're out-of-luck... it's just an endless series of excuse-after-excuse, but the problem never (in our case) never gets solved.
And don't even waste your time trying to navigate through their multiple layers of "Customer Service" reps... the right-hand has no idea of what the left-hand is doing.
Going-on ten months, and our project STILL has not been completed.
This is our first & last time that we'll ever use Lowe's for an in-home project
I would like to thank the store Manager, Terrence, for his excellent customer service at the 400 Bayonne Crossing Way location on Saturday, September 16th. He was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. More associates should have patience with their customers like he does.
We purchased a grill and patio table.
Thank you!
Ordered new Top of the line refrigerator. Shows up dented..., cold air leaks out. So, 6 week until a replacement is available. They offered $100.00 off, to live with it (Felt like a slap in the face) How many hours of complaing is this gonna take to get what I paid for?
Answer: They aren't a s cam but their incompetency will make you pay extra for shopping with them
Answer: Same here and Lowes is no help! All they tell me is there is a delay, sorry
Answer: The price will be less but you will overpay with your time
Answer: If you contract with Lowe's, Lowe's is the general contractor. You signed the contract with Lowe's, not with his subcontracted retailer or installer. Lowe's will try to push the responsibility downstream and require you to take it up with him, but in the end, Lowe's is responsible.
Lowe's has a rating of 1.6 stars from 1,188 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Lowe's most frequently mention customer service, home depot and next day. Lowe's ranks 3180th among Home Improvement sites.
