If I could give zero stars I would! No customer service, no way to get in touch with anyone. We ordered the dress way in advance, they immediately took the payment but never shipped the dress and we are still trying to find a way to contact them and receive a refund.
I ordered a dress more than a month ago, got told by the post that it was in the country, never showed up to my house, emailed the post company and got told to email Lucy in The sky to launch an investigation and they never emailed me back which is absolutely shocking considering it was a formal dress that i needed and it didnt arrive in time and got no reply or communication from them, 1 out of 5 stars.

Lucy in the Sky is a terrible business that I will never order from again. To begin, their sizing is terrible. They make their sizes for girls that are size zeros; absolutely no size inclusivity. Furthermore, they have dresses that are made to order and it is not noted on their website- resulting in a significantly longer ship time than other dresses. Their dresses are also VERY see through. I chatted a customer service representative and she was no help at all in resolving the issue of shipping time. The woman in customer service even cancelled my entire order which was very unprofessional because she was not happy with my criticisms about the store and their customer service. I advise those reading this to not order from this store and support other shops instead.

Ordered 2 homecoming dresses on Sept. 12th and neither shipped on time. No answers to my emails. No communication. Had to get another dress and cancelled these 2. The only place I can find that fits my daughter. Now I spend extra to get alterations. Not happy about this!

I loved the dress sm tho the costumer service was very bad and i had no clue if id get my dress in time. Fedex and lucy in the sky both claimed to not be responsible with my package and i had no updates for 2 weeks.

My dress was see through and way to short even when i looked at the measurements. Also i ordered a dress last tuesday and it still hasn't even shipped yet and i have a dance on friday and i won't have a dress. When i contacted them they were very nice! Fast responses too.
I had to return my items since the sizing was really inaccurate. I sent my clothes back months ago and have sent countless emails but I have heard nothing. They've literally taken my money and my order and ran. I am never going to shop here again!
They are the worst to work with. I have ordered twice and both times the dress never shipped, I never got a refund, had to file with my credit card company to get my money back. They will say your dress will ship on such and such date, that will come and go, you will never hear anything about it shipping late. When you submit a help request they will reply saying sorry, your order is delayed to ship and will now be shipping at another date way in the future. They are such a bunch of liars. None of my daughter's friends got their dresses in time for hoco. Don't buy from them unless you want to waste your time and money.

Get my daughters new dress in time. I was hoping they could use store credit for my second purchase of $71. I realized I would still have to have store credit for one of the two dresses. They refused to reimburse me for one dress. So now I have $142 in store credit for a store I don't need anything from. Plus the sizing is way off and quality is not good. The dress shed all over when just tried on once. Do not waste your money or time on this company.

I bought to items and one was cancelled even before it was sent. The one we got it was right in the size and beautiful, but the cancellation have not been paid back. So, even though the clothes is nice, be careful not to lose your money.
Ordered a dress and it was taking too long to ship out so I cancelled the order on June 17th. I still have not received the refund and it's been almost a month (July 12th). I'm not sure why it takes so long to give refunds. It's bizarre. I order from Zara all the time and the refunds there come back the next day in my account!

I am in love with Lucy in the Sky, I'm more petite and I find that their Small sizes fit me perfectly. The Neia Ruffle Dress is all over instagram and so cute.
I placed my order August 6 and received my package on August 11 (I live in California). The shipping was fast and had no issues. The dresses I ordered are quality and have held up after numerous wears and washes. My only complaint is that Lucy in the Sky does not offer refunds, only store credit.
I reached out through email when I hadn't received tracking info 4 days after the initial email said my order would ship. I received an email back giving me a few options; I could cancel my order for a refund, I could order a dress that was on stock and they would add a $25 store credit to my account, or last I could wait for the dress I ordered to ship and they'd still give me $25 store credit. My daughter really liked the dress so we decided to wait. I responded with that answer and immediately received an email with the store credit. The dress actually ended up shopping 2 days later which I received tracking for and it arrived today. My daughter is very happy with it and plans on wearing it for homecoming.
I went through all the dresses (it took a loong time) because they are all so pretty, it was difficult to make a choice! I just received my "Maliyah Paisley Fit and Flare Dress in Blue" and it suits me so well, I'm happy! I'm tall (1m75), quite skinny with a small chest, and I worried a bit about the fit but it turns out to be so flattering! It is a very short cut so I better wear shorts under. I pre-ordered another dress, can't wait to receive it! (- a cute dress enthusiast from Belgium~)
I ordered a medium but it was definitely on the smaller side. The dress was cute, just did not fit. It was also extremely short. Looking at the dress on the model it looked short, but I am 5'1 and I did not think it would be an issue. On their website it mentioned emergency return/exchange if you need a dress by a certain date, but they just refunded my account so I won't be able to order a new dress in time. Overall, not a horrible experience. I recommend sizing up and ordering in advance from an event so you aren't stuck with store credit you can't use.
I think the delivery time, and online transaction overall is convenient enough, but the item certainly does not match the expectation from the website, not to say that it's bad though. The romper is cute in its own way, although different from the website.

I have ordered a few dresses from this website for my school dances, i had a great experience. I would definitely order more dresses from here in the future. They were fast and the dresses fit and were exactly what i was expecting, if not more.
The staff at Lucy in the Sky were extremely helpful when I reached out. I was trying to order dresses quickly for my bachelorette party and I hit a snag and they were able to effectively and quickly help me find a solution. They were all so kind and helpful!
I ordered 3 items two months before my trip. The items never arrived by expected date. I reached out to them and said the items will definitely ship within the next week. Only one item arrived within that week. When I reached out again, they said the other two items are on back order now and I was never notified until I emailed them. If I never reached out, they would have never shipped anything and just would have taken my money. Their excuse was that their sales are going up but they didn't have to lie about my items arriving when they're in fact on back order.
I ordered a dress last march that never came, after waiting 4 months i called and told them and they would not give me my money back, i wasted $80. Do NOT buy dresses from here. I seen on tiktok aswell peoples dresses aren't coming

Answer: Sorry but my experience, normally three weeks minimum. Sometimes longer. Don't rely on shipment date given at time of purchase either.
