The dress came on time and I gave them the correct measurements, but unfortunately it was a little too big. The customer service was amazing though. I got the dress for my sophomore prom and thankfully I have two more proms that will hopefully go well and I will be ordering again from this website. :)
Lulus used to be great and easy to buy from. I've literally been buying from them for 7 years now... however, my most recent experiences have been enough to make me never want to buy from there again. First of all, 90% of their items are CHEAP quality and are priced highly expensive. And it's only gotten worse over the years. Most of their casual clothing alone is priced between $50 - $90. Casual clothing! I'm talking about literally a tee shirt you can find at Target for $15. Two expensive dresses I bought from them, one was casual and one was formal; both of them ripped and fell apart on the first wear. You think you're getting good quality items based on the price, but you're not. I've seriously bought better quality clothing off of Amazon before. But, the thing that has recently turned me against them is their ridiculous return policy. First of all. Lulus sizing is constantly off. It's never been consistent for as long as I've been ordering from them. But, I am also someone who is in-between sizes. So I usually have to purchase an item in different sizes to see which one fits better. Which means that I end up returning the sizes that don't fit. However, Lulus now has a policy where if you return over a certain amount of money/certain amount of your orders within 6 months to a year, they will put your account on a "modified return policy". They are also supposed to warn you and inform you if they're going to do this to your account. They did NOT warn me, nor did they inform me that they did this to my account. I only found out that my account was placed on this policy because when I tried to return an item, it told me I could only receive store credit for it and that my account is also subject to being blocked from ordering from them anymore. When I complained about this, they told me that it should've been clear upon checkout, and that I should have seen it there. But nope! I checked out like I always have and everything was exactly as it always is. So let me see if I understand this correctly... they price all their items at unreasonably high amounts, their sizing inconsistently varies, and yet they expect you to get your size correct and expect you to like everything you order or else your account gets penalized for returning items back too much. How is this fair to people who fluctuate in sizing and are not always consistent in clothing? Do they expect all of their customers to look like the models on their website? Do they expect people to like how every single thing looks on them? Maybe if the items were actually worth their prices, people wouldn't have to return so much. I mean really... who wants to pay hundreds of dollars for clothing that's not even gonna last long? It's just very unfair. This is an ONLINE clothing store. It's not like customers can just come in and try on clothes to see if they fit. I have never experienced a store (online or an in-person) that has a policy like that. People should be able to purchase and return as much as they want without getting penalized. They clearly implemented this policy because they just care about how much money they're losing from returns. Oh and one more thing. They recently started charging restocking fees on every return. Most retail stores only charge restocking fees if you return an item that's damaged or has visibly been worn. Well now at Lulus, even if the tags are intact and it hasn't been worn or even opened, they will still charge you a restocking fee. And yes, I confirmed that with a customer service rep. She said it's a new fee that they are charging on any returns. Like really... Anything else y'all want to do to prevent customers from getting their money back? I will no longer be purchasing from here. I can't continue to buy from a place that doesn't value their customers. No customer should ever be penalized for needing to return items that don't fit them or that they don't like. I have loved Lulus for a very long time but, they have completely lost my loyalty. Time for me to find a new and better place to shop. I hope this helps to warn other customers.
As you know when you buy clothing online, you never know what you're going to get. I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the clothes ( No extra yarn hanging off, good material, and no defects) For the price point, I highly recommend.
Ordered 3 dresses that looked really cute online. It took several months and several emails to get them. Quality was very poor. Not worth the money I paid. I kept them because I probably would never get my money back. I wanted them for an occasion but because of the poor quality I can only use them to wear around the house. Will NEVER order from them again! Now I carefully read reviews before buying items
Mistakenly bought $150 gift card for Lulus (should've been lululemon) have contacted them 12 times to try to get a credit-they won't. Contacted Blackhawk (they service Lulus gift cards) they won't. Either could help me but they want to force me to spend my $ there. They're just too lazy to help. Would never shop here!
I love the clothing, but sucks paying so much for CND prices and I got charged a duty tax of $96 this time for 3 dresses. A USD of $196 cost me over $350 in the end! Yikes. Cute clothing though. Two dresses I have to return for quality (zipper, and one was very sheer) and one I can't because it's Final sale( really pretty but weird in the bust area. But usually everything is awesome.
My dress came in time as it was expected. It came new, never opened, never worn. I was a bit worried about sizing but I checked their size chart, measured myself and ordered "S", even though I usually wear "XS". This is the first time I ordered clothes on this website and will definitely recommend it!

Tried to get my bridesmaids dresses from here took two times longer than it normally does and I live in the united states. I specifically didn't want it to be signature required because I am never home to accept mail. They don't even give you an option to just have your mail dropped off. Because it came so late it really screwed me. I do NOT recommend this company at all!

Orders placed with standard ground shipping do take an estimated 4-10 business days to deliver, depending on several factors from the shipping carrier such as the volume of packages they're processing, the route the package takes, weather conditions, etc. It looks as though your package was out for delivery on the 4th business day in transit, but the shipping carrier was unable to deliver it as addressed.

I order from Lulus.com more than from anywhere else. They have the cutest clothing and are always offering email coupons and discounts. People consistently compliment anything I buy from Lulus. Returns are free, making ordering something pretty risk-free. I have made a few returns and they were quick and easy. They also have great customer service if you have questions.
To be honest, I had a not so great experience with customer service over a misunderstanding on a return refund, but I totally amend my previous review! A service rep contacted me after seeing my review and not only got my refund, but went beyond and above to give me a discount, which I think is even more than I deserve. Will definitely be ordering again now that I know how much care they give their customers.

My to go to, most amazing, and honest company to shop online with. Their customer service is top notch, and clothes are of great quality. I recommend them to everyone I can. I've never been disappointed in anything I've bought, and always receive compliments when I wear my clothes and shoes as well!
It's my first time shopping at Lulu's and I'm very happy and impressed with the quality and the accuracy of the size. I'll definitely recommend it to everyone I know and it has become my favourite online clothing shop. All of their styles are trendy and classy. The only downside is they only order limited qty for each size so you need to be quick!

I ordered express shipping for my wedding shower and the box never showed up. I was devastated, so I contacted them for a refund. They basically said I have to start an investigation with UPS which could take 8 days then they would consider a refund. What I ordered was not super cheap so it was really challenging to figure out a back up plan. I ended up having to where the same dress I wore to my engagement party. Here I am 15 days later with no refund. I do NOT recommend, I will not shop here ever again.

AMAZING! Everytime i order from Lulus.com I get my purchases on time and they are exactly what i ordered. I love their clothes it's sometime a bit over my budget but it is worth check out and shopping there i love them.
I love and adore this site. So many cute items and at a decent price for us CND. I had to stop buying from them though because the duties are so much! It's too bad. I order three dress and had to pay over $90 duties. I did have to send 2 back(1 was on sale so I couldn't) and I did fill out the form for our government duty free and they did give me back $60 because I had to return them. It; s too bad! LULU can you please figure out a way to work with them. So much more business would be had here.
I have been ordering from Lulus for a while now and have ordered tons of clothing from them. I have never had a problem with returning clothing or exchanging. I recently received a pair of pants that tore the first time I wore them. I reached out to customer service unaware of what to expect and I must say aside from them responding quickly, they really wanted to make everyting right. Thank you so much Lulus! Started out as a loyal customer - NO MORE! I don't know who the incompetent people running this place are, but this is RIDICULOUS! Do NOT count on Lulu's to get your return right when you send something back. I returned a pair of leather sandals. Instead of crediting me the $138.00 I paid for them, they credited me $12 for the cheap, plastic pair they would not let me return (and I wanted to - ugh!). Then they argued with me and told me I was too stupid to know which sandals I returned. Then they gave me store credit (store credit? Really? So I can have the pleasure of a repeat experience with you?) for a partial amount instead of the FULL refund, because THEY screwed up! This loyal customer is GONE!

Clothing all looks really cheap and poorly made... fabric does not lay right on the body. Sizes are extremely disproportionate; you can be an xs in one dress, small in the next, and medium in the third, and they still may all look bad. Clothing does not form to body the right way, prepare to have to get everything altered. Pictures online with the models are very misrepresentative of the clothing. One good thing is the return process is easy, which is great because I had to return EVERYTHING!
Houston, TX has certainly grabbed on to this amazing site of stylish clothes, So simple and yet effective. I'm loving everything all the way to the basic designs so so in love with how you guys really take the time to put the shoes together so well with each set of different styles & accessories. Big thumbs up to you guys, and I cant wait to buy another set and not have to go in store and spent hours trying to put something together.

First time ordering from this site and paid extra to get my clothes shipped early since I was going on vacation and wanted the items for the trip (obviously). The package says delivered but it clearly wasn't. Contacted customer support and all they could do was open an investigation with UPS and have me wait 8 days and then maybe they could give a refund or send a replacement if the dispute is resolved... WHAT? I've never had such awful customer service. This has happened before and other companies will immediately send me a new package with the same items while they investigate.
Maybe you're a small company, but please 1) give me a refund for the shipping and 2) expedite a new order so I'm left a happy customer...

Their quality has gone down unfortunately. I have shopped on LuLus site for several years, but their material quality has gone down, and prices have gone up! Wrap dresses are always odd fitting, and only look good in the photos because they pin then in the photoshoot. I am going to take a break from an future orders till they get their stuff back in line!
