I ended up making more than one of the same purchase because the interface between the internet browser and app didn't makeup. I'm sure it was operator error on that. So imagine my absolute joy when they all showed up! Lol

Product itself is flawed. While your spraying your brush you hand will get drenched in make up while your spraying the brush. Lots of waste. Also I ordered light/medium, and it's way to light! It's more of an IVORY than a Light/medium.

The foundation & blush do not come out of the cans no matter how long I shake them (30 minutes each). At this point, I want a refund. When I call, I get put on hold for about 1 hour; or my call is accepted only to be cut off.
I had high hopes for this foundation. It gives a beautiful finish….not too dewy or matte …just right in between the two. But for some reason it made my face itch. It was also too messy to apply in my opinion. I sprayed as directed but it got all over my hand, brush and sink. I wish the same formula came in a regular dispenser! Sadly, I had to return. My return was very simple and their customer service deserves ten stars. Like any foundation, the shades are tricky so I suggest contacting their support team for help before you order.

Quick and informative. I was surprised to see an additional 50$+ charge on my bank account I was not expecting. It was easily remedied after one phone call to customer service. I used this product over 10 years ago and figured this new. System would be easier.
I called multiple times and never got any call back, I was directed to chat and no one available online to chat, then they said go to online Portal for returns which doesn't exist! This is a big scam, I will never but from this site again. This feedback will be posted for other customers to know how bad is your service. Also they charge for shipping to and back, we loose money on their poor quality products. Don't buy from their site

I purchased shipping only for a trial kit of just foundation, and I received other items I did not order. I tried them and called to get an authorization number to send some of items back. They noted what I did not want and said all of it was a gift. Also, I paid for shipping of about $7, and $70 ish dollars was taken out. I called them and they said it was just an authorization, but I received a text from my bank showing it went through. I am so very confused at this time. I did not sign up for a membership which they verified. Waiting to see what is going to happen now.
As far as the make-up goes, the foundation, primer, and setting spray is good for mature skin and does not settle in fine lines. I wished I would have gone a shade lighter but maybe it will work out bring I will get a little darker this summer. Did not care for the blush and the way it went on. Not sure if I care for the aerosol cans either due to the smell.

I have several issues first the concealer is very white for me and it makes me look very sick. I've had so many people come up to me and asked me if I was ill when I use this product. Second of all the product that you have to take my makeup off it smells like horrible chemicals. I need to return them. And then thirdly the oil for the primer is so oily that's causing my forehead to breakdown.
Your site needs to be easier to order for returning customers. Also on checking out you overcharged by $3.00 with no explanation what for!
Math that basic is easy $25.00 +15.00=40.00 NOT $43.00!

I had tc customer service because they had charged me 133.56 I believe on my bank account as I had already paid for the trial period upon that ending it was then charged, spoke with gentleman addressed was not told after trial ends amt will be so he was very kind said he would take off 78.00 for inconvenience and give it 3 to 7 days to go back in to my account, I will be back in touch with company if I do not see adjustment heard was very good product to try, cannot wait to receive and I trust this is a secure site
This product is not as good as I thought it would be. First of all, the products are a lot smaller in size than I thought they would be. The primer works well and I do use it. The foundation is a bit heavy for me and I don't think it provides any better coverage than drug store foundation. I was dissappointed also with the orange color of the blush. This product did not live up to my expectations. No "WOW" factor involved. I would rather use less expensive products and have my make-up look just as good.
Answer: NOT worth it! The airbrush is fine but the hassle of auto delivery which I didn't realize was part of it is expensive and not worth it! I canceled and still owe per the "agreement"! Very expensive after all this!
