I love their products! They are eco-friendly, vegan, and cruelty-free. The people who work there are always so friendly and helpful. I use their sea spray hair mist every day, their ocean salt face and body scrub once a week, and the bath bombs are just so fun! Just make sure you don't get a glittery bath bomb, or you'll be scrubbing the tub for days. Sadly, I can't go in the store because of my allergy to almonds, and many of their products contain almonds. It makes me nauseous going in there and breathing it in. Other than that, I've had great experience with Lush.
I love how their company is trying to be eco-friendly with the minimal packaging and that their products are cruelty free. If you vote with your dollar I think that lush is a good place to shop since their products are awesome and work really well too!
Online app or website is much easier and faster. We all sometimes too busy and have so much thing to do. You guys should just only order it online and wait at home. Within a few days, the items got on hand.

Your skin is your biggest organ so the fact you can eat most of their products is amazing. I will say customer service isn't always so great though and shipping products can result in a lot of breakage, i. E. for their bath bombs. I think you're better off going in person but the products themselves are great, in my book.

Great products and customer products. Most of my friends who are fans of this product have not been disappointed by any lush products ever. I think I'm beginning to love the bath bombs and the moisturizing bath products.

I love the products, but I hate going in store. Normally I love communicating with reps in store, but Lush reps make the experience not very enjoyable. I feel harassed in store. If asking for help, the reps only try to upsell you and follow you around the store. I like help, but this is way too much. I now prefer to shop LushCosmetics online. I am only speaking for Canadian stores!
