There is a Large selection of toys and equipment for pets, reasonable prices, safe and fast delivery, especially now in times of the pandemic. I only have words of praise. We ordered a multifunctional molar bite toy, and my dog is as enthusiastic as I am. Quality guaranteed and we will surely continue our cooperation and we can't wait to order something new from you. This is the worst company total scam. I tried to talk to the customer service they were so rude and they apparently shipped my items when I first bought it but when I look its still in China. I told the person on the email all of this a they were defensive and plain mean. Don't buy from here their company is complete crap. They reached out to me and they gave me my money back
I ordered a matching sweater with my dog and the order never came in. I sent an email about it explaining the situation it took them almost a week to reply and thats only because I sent the message again. I kept asking about my order for almost 2 month and no one helped me they ignored my claim. They kept ignoring my claim and never help me get my sweaters nor did they refund my money. Worse store ever NEVER shopping here again. And I recommend no one shops here again, unless you want your money taken away. I would have gave it a zero stars if that was an option.
