So I bought an IPad for my son's 18th Birthday via ONBUY.Com this business took my money and I never got my IPAD for 6 months I have chased the company and had an open case with ONBUY all the do is ignore the situation and they have basically robbed me. I am truly disgusted they do not even update or respond, they do everything to avoid contact, don't risk spending a penny here

Great price couple of hiccups but dealt with quickly and efficiently by Melanie the first one was that my item wasn't sent by the expedited delivery method I had requested but I emailed Melanie and she sent it out to me by special delivery on the same day as I had emailed her and it arrived the next day by around 10am she also processed a refund of the postage which I have already received. The only other niggle was that it came with an American plug and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the description but after my initial omg moment a tech savvy friend said that it's ok so one very happy customer. I'd also like to say that Melanie was great at keeping in touch and courteous so thank you Melanie you really made a little boy truly happy with his gift from Santa. I know some people have written in their reviews that they have had bad experiences but from working in a customer facing environment I know that you will only get back what you give and being rude to someone or giving them attitude will not make them want to help you bear in mind they only work for the company they are not the company
