SCAMMERS...Don't book ticket from them...On cancellation, they will say, its not refundable. On date change, their portal says Fare difference " Zero" when you click to pay date change charges as per portal Rs *******/-. Then it shown error and ask to talk to them. Then scam starts, The customer care executive will say, the fair difference is *******/- ( approx). If you counter, he will says fair is dynamic keep on changing. Then he will say, sir, now minimum chages coming as fair differnce as Rs *******/- plus date change airline charges as Rs *******/- total is Rs *******/- ( U turn). On asking what is new ticket charges, he will say Rs *******/-. If check on air line website, the same flight ticket is available for Rs *******/- On Itenary sent by make my ticket for reservation, nowhere,its written non refundable...They will say our system is showing non refundable. Don't use Make my trip for any kind of bookings...They are pathetic in service and money grabbers...

Refund of tickets

I cancelled my flight tickets on 10th Dec for 21 st Dec 2024 and still my 48 K was held back my Make my trip on context that Air India is not refunding the money. I followed up atleast 25 times on emails where Suraj one of the MMT associates confirmed the refund of 48 K will be done if I furnish my medical certificates. After sharing the same, there was only follow-ups and nothing else. Its disheartening when you see giant aggregators not focusing on customer service and refund for their retails users.

Fraudulent app

I had a really disappointing experience with their holiday planning services. I went on a 3-day trip to Goa, and it was one of the worst services I've encountered. The sales representative, Sonali Dey, was unhelpful and provided an itinerary that had both South and North Goa covered in just one day. I requested a split itinerary, but she kept giving excuses and claimed it wasn't possible. Eventually, a local coordinator had to step in and divide the itinerary properly.

On the second day, I was only scheduled to visit one beach, and it turned out to be one where swimming was prohibited. When I asked why, they claimed they weren't aware, though the driver later confirmed he knew about it. Additionally, they failed to communicate timings correctly. I received calls from different people, each giving me different schedules. I even ended up arriving at the cruise 2 hours early because the driver said they called me early due to traffic, though it was unclear why.

On the final day, I was only able to visit one beach, which turned out to be one of the dirtiest in Goa. The drivers were also a major issue—the first one was dozing off at the airport, and the others drove very slowly, never exceeding 30 km/h, even on empty roads.

Honestly, it's better to plan your trip by watching YouTube videos and doing your own research than rely on this service. It was an awful experience overall.

Makemytrip's services are of Worst quality. Customer care number never attended. It gets disconnected automatically even if you try for 100 times. I had a problem with refund. The Bus operator(Naveen Travels-Durg) cancelled bus from his end and did not refunded. Ticket was booked from Makemy trip.com...tried for getting refund...Makemy trip did not responded. I will recommend customers to delete app of makemytrip from their phone & never do any transaction with it

I booked an air ticket through MakeMyTrip for a flight from Abu Dhabi to Almaty on February 15,2025 Booking Id: AN7ACU*******432, but after making the payment, the system changed my return flight to February 21,2025, instead of my intended date. This wasn't the first issue—before this, I had booked a February 15,2025 flight from Abu Dhabi to Almaty, and although the app showed the ticket as confirmed, I was unable to download it due to an error. To make matters worse, the next day, I received a call from MakeMyTrip, informing me that my flight had been canceled due to a technical issue. Their server is not stable, and this has caused major inconvenience. If you're looking for a hassle-free booking experience, don't use them—you might end up frustrated like I did!

A very bad site. Disregarding customers' time. Changing a ticket took more than a week and the trip was lost. In exchange for the site putting an additional amount on the ticket, I did not receive the ticket. After many calls and procrastination by customer service, they asked to pay an additional amount as well. An unprofessional and bad site by all standards of the word. *******

Worst experiance

Worst experience once you book the tickets they won't reply even the don't care about customers reply so i request to every one that please don't waste your money there are many good options instead of make my trip. Once I booked ticket from Sharjah to New Delhi the booked from Abu Dhabi and told me that its from your side so I contact with airline told me that problem is from make mytrip.com so discuss with them I shared the proof from airline but unfortunately they reject to check it, when I asked mytip.com to show me the proof that I booked ticket from Abu Dhabi not Sharjah they told me it's our privacy we cannot share anything with you. You can check the attachment that I received from makemytrip.com you will laugh…. Hahhahahahahha.

The worst service!

MakeMy Trip is the worst site as they list hotels which are dangerous to health of the customers as these hotels are infested with mould and very dirty. The bathrooms are unuseable. Made a complaint to the customer service and they came back with an insult offer of Rs. 200 for next booking.
Told them will never use them.

They are frauds. My ticket was never refunded even though they sent me email that i am eligible for a refund. They close the complaint tickets without resolution. All around a $#*! show honestly. Dont let them fraud you as well

Very bad tour organised

We had booked with them for vietnam,we had a horrible experience,they put source and when in trouble no one from mmt is responsible.
They had not paid my cruise tickets which I ended spending another $100
They just take the money first nd even the hotels they booked was very average for what they charged me for the trip.
Think twice or research and do it your self my suggestion.

Never book a holiday package with Makemytrip

Their customer helpline is horrible. It says, contact your relationship officer. Only email address of the relationship office is given and they don't respond. For any time-sensitive help, you are completely out of luck. They had mentioned it is easy to change travel dates. But then there is only button to "Change Date" which if you press, says someone will contact you. And no one contacts you for sure. The relationship officer also gave two general customer care number which in turn asks you to contact the relationship officer. It is a very terrible service. Never book a holiday package on Makemytrip.

The worst company I have ever booked with. They are elusive and don't care about customers. They are thieves. I should have received a refund from Jordanian airlines which confirmed me that they processed the refund but 3 months now and I haven't received my refund. But I will not leave them. I raised complaints against them to consumer rights authority in Dubai and I will follow up with them till I get my money. Be careful don't book with this company even if they give the cheapest price.

I would give zero stars if possible. They cancelled my first booking. Then booked a ticket and didn't update my account or send an email. So I booked another one. Later, I found that I have been billed twice. When I asked about that, they claimed they did everything instantly and didn't accept their fault and I had to cancel the ticket and pay the cancellation cost. Never go there. Never ever.

Worst application Make my trip

This is the worst app i have used, i booked a ticket and then i stayed more then 10 days requesting to change the date. Sending emails, called them to India waist many calls, and i was just receiving emails that they tried to call but cannot reach me…
Customer care never answer the calls, and once answered took the details and after start drama, we cannot hear you we will be disconnecting the line in few seconds… very useless app, unhelpful, and unprofessional…

Booked a full trip, the hotel owners gave worst of rooms, the taxis were late, drivers were arrogant, for every small thing u had to call customer service, who will call first vendor then second and so on, wasting so much of time plus starting the day with spoilt mood everyday. The site seeing never includes most important points... Just an eye wash.
