We are a family with a small children. When we got to Chennai Airport we booked a hotel room
At the counter on exit of the airport exit.
It had to be close to the airport due to we had to fly early in the morning the following day. We had to pay the taxi. When we got to the hotel we had to wait more than two hours for a room, finally the manager said us that they didn't agree whith the makemytrip commission policies and they wouldn't give us any room.
I told him that it wasn't my problem but we had to clear the reception and go out to the street. The agency employee send us a car wich took us to another hotel 1Km long from the hotel but it was a local guest house that didnt worth 3800 rupies we paid in advance so we called back the employee and asked him to refound us our money. He came to the hotel, gave our money back but told us that we had
To pay 400 rupees for the car wich transported us to the second hotel. We paid but we saw that the employee borrowed 200 rupees for him and gave the driver 200. On the booking conditions, "pick and drop from the Airport were included". The behave of that guy and the first hotel manager was unbelievable and heartless. We had to look for another hotel in a sullen district in Madras at night.

I am a MMT BLACK customer at Make my Trip India (which happens after you spend 2 lakh Indian rupees with MMT). This is just a title with no visible benefits of any sort. I have complained countless times to management about the lack of benefits, but they have absolutely refused to address this issue.
My wife and I just completed a tour of Rajasthan which we booked through MMT and there were lots of issues that I wanted to discuss with management. They got a junior staff member to call me, and she was more in a hurry to come off the phone than listening to me. She definitely gave me the impression that I was complaining unnecessarily about the issues on my trip and these are common problems in India that we should just accept quietly. HOW CAN BAD SERVICE EVER BE ACCEPTED QUIETLY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD,MUCH LESS INDIA?She subsequently offered me a compensation of 2000 INR for an expense exceeding 120,000 rupees. I refused and asked to speak to top management. They upped the compensation to 5000 rupees.I once again asked to speak to top management and they have refused continuously to date for me to speak to top management. It looks clear to me that the top management has instructed its junior staff to offer the customer 5000 rupees and close the matter and definitely are not interested in providing good customer service by getting in touch with the customer themselves and sorting out the matter. By calling me, hopefully, i can speak to someone mature, responsible, and understanding who's not in a hurry to come off the phone like the junior staff member did earlier. What is clearly clear is that the top management of MMT does not want to accept any responsibility of any sort when anything goes wrong, EVEN IF IT MEANS CALLING THE CUSTOMER AND SPEAKING TO THEM.
As long as they are minting money MMT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR RESPECT AND MAINTAINING A GOOD REPUTATION/IMAGE/STANDARD/PROFILE.SHAME ON THEM!
They don't refund the money at all.
They will simply move the issue to a resolved state...

Answer: I had a tough time getting back my refund as flight was cancelled. Flight cancellation hassle was due to airline which was a different story, but they surely did not help in refund. Finally got refund after 4 months. Cant comment on other aspects but getting Refund from them was painful and difficult, to say the least.

Answer: It is better you raise a request through make my trip website if you had any recent booking with them. Simply log on to their website - go to my trip section and then select the booking id and press on need help/connect. You can also write at CS-Head@makemytrip.com. They do connect pretty fast.
