Mamma Mia Covers

I purchased a velvet cover for their July 4th sale and the bronze color was 50% off. I have 2 reclining chairs so decided to buy 2 covers. I didn't look closely at the email confirmation. When only 1 cover arrived, I looked back at the email and saw that I paid full-price for 1! I'm very sure I wouldn't have bought 1 for $140. But I tried out the cover. The color bronze actually looked light purple. And the cover itself made my chairs look old-fashioned, not modern at all. Looked terrible. Immediately, I put it back in the bag and started the return process. You have 7 days to return it. I remembered a review stating that they will find any reason to not give a full refund. But I decided to give them a chance since it was half off, or so I thought. It took 2 weeks to hear back. They first attempted to get me to exchange the cover, and said they could help me pick out another color if I send a photo of my living room furniture. When I declined saying that the cover didn't work for me, the next day they email that I'm only getting 50% refunded due to "excessive hair and is no longer in sellable condition." They sent me a photo of the box which cost $15 to use their label and a photo of the cover with ONE hair on it. I don't believe it. I'm sure they will remove the one hair they planted and resell the cover. I should have listened to other reviewers. I replied that I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and I did. At least there will be a record of this company and their dishonest tactics in case any other consumers report this company. It is not worth the hassle. I would give zero stars if I could. They don't deserve 1 star.

Product is not as advertised. I bought the love seat with chaise, it was difficult to put on and did not fit into the angles like advertised. The fabric arrived snagged, the connection strings are a joke and the cover did not fit down the backside of the couch. I thoroughly vacuumed my couch prior to attempting to fit the cover just in case I needed to return. Sure enough, nothing went right so I boxed it back up with all the part and pieces. The company found 3 dog hairs and stated the cover was "covered in dog hair". In addition they took pictures of damage that are factory sewing issues and blamed me for the damage. They offer refunds based on the quality of product once returned, due to their bogus claims will only offer refund of 50%. I will never waste my time on this company. Their customer service is the worst!

Excellent Cover. Great Customer Service. College kids love the cover and made a VERY old well used couch look new. Customer Service took care of the girls when the silly girls tossed out the cardboard inserts when they didn't read instructions! They guys next door with the exact same apartment said how did you get your place to look so nice. See photo!

I originally was overjoyed with my purchase earlier this year. I even posted positive reviews which I've now revised after my experience with the company. I spent close to $500 to put slip covers of my living room furniture and this was a sale price not full price. For that amount of money I would've expected the slip covers to hold up at least a year I only got a little over four months. I reached out to the company and I was offered a $25 coupon on my next purchase and told following:

Please take into consideration that the product will deteriorate in a short amount of time.

We were ready to throw out the armchair and search for new just because the fabric was worn away. But this cover has saved us $$$! It fits perfectly all around the armchair. Everyone that has come to our house comments how good it looks and feels! Really a lifesaver! With using the added items to hold it in place there's no need to adjust it or keep tucking it in, it stays put! SO glad I made the purchase!

I ordered a 3 seat sofa cover because my current sofa has a damaged cushion. Once I received the Mamma Mia cover the quality was not as it appeared online and it was too small. Then when I returned it, they only refunded me 50% due to "damage"? I literally tried to put it on my sofa as shown in the video and it didn't fit! Would never recommend using this company.

Bought my SECOND slipcover from this company and I absolutely love it!
The fabric is thick and heavy. Amazing, heavy, glossy material. It fits my oversized sofa perfectly, stays in place and doesn't slip off (even though I have a leather sofa).

I had a question about installation and contacted customer service, they responded almost instantly and were extremely helpful. This company is the find of the year for me! Will definitely buy more.

I have never regretted anything more than the purchase of this slipcover. I got one from the microfibra collection. I had it for four months. My cat was mysteriously lame on one leg after 2 months. She recovered. Then she was not weight-bearing on the other leg last week so I had to take her to the ER. They suspected a blood clot due to shifting lameness. $1500 worth of xrays and bloodwork showed nothing so they said at her age (5) it is most likely soft tissue injury. A couple nights later I realized that when she got her claws stuck in the cover (something I had seen before) she could have trouble getting unstuck, and likely sprained her legs in the process. I threw it out. Didn't feel like a loss with all the snags all over the fabric from her claws, and the color that was fading quickly in the sun and laundry. Terrible fabric. My friend took this photo a month after my purchase, while he was caring for her, and I missed seeing it - ironically didn't see it until after I had figured out how dangerous it is.

Took a long time to decide to purchase this cover. The price seemed a bit high but it has great reviews and appeared to provide the full coverage I wanted. This is an excellent buy. The material looks like it might be course ruffling but it is incredibly soft. I like it better than the leather couch service. Installation is a tad tricky but it only takes a few moments of wrestling it before you have that ah-ha moment and then it just effortless comes together. I suggest putting Uber the legs of the couch also. This cover stretches to infinity.

I bought this cover for our living room sofa that has cat damage. It fits well, stays on without adjustment fairly well, and looks good. The color matches what was shown in the picture. I have been using it for about a month, and although the fabric seems thin, our three cats have not damaged it with their claws. It was a good purchase for the price.

Love this loveseat slip cover, or went on very easy and it just gave life back to my off white sofa, that needed a facelift. It does not move when you sit on it. I'm no longer shy about having people over to my home.

I very seldom write a review but I am really impressed by this couch cover. I've searched the entire internet and couldn't find anything for our oversized leather couch. I can't believe this thing fits! It was worth every penny. Our couch is now protected from kids and our cat and it can fit in our washer machine. We did run out of the cardboard tuck pieces but we improvised and made our own, we also tucked some bottom pieces under the legs of the couch. Me and my husband put it on together and it's definitely a two person chore. If you have an oversized couch, definitely check this product out.

Completly not as described. I purchased an item that suppose to fit large couch. Attached pic show how long this thing and how much it covers. Not even close to what was advertised. Also terrible quility and does not stay on (tried it on the chair) Emailed company multiple times asking to return. Even contacted them on Facebook. They do not show they are address on the site and customer service is terrible. Just want to send this back and get my money back but I guess I am screwed because there is no way to return it

It took a moment to put on but it really was much better looking than I expected. Couch is about 192" did not know how it would fit and it fits without looking Stretched out. It has some very interesting texture to it overall very pleased

I love this cover! It fits my gigantic sectional with no trouble and looks fantastic! The sofa underneath is covered with microfiber fabric which caused a lot of static electricity. This cover solves this problem without getting my new sofa reupholstered. I needed more straps to tighten the fit and customer service responded immediately and positively! I am so impressed.

We love this cover! It protects our love seat and sofa from getting dirty and most importantly from our cat's scratching! We got the love seat cover 1st and the same day we received it we ordered the sofa and chair cover too. It's pricey, but worth every dollar if you care about your furniture

I love this coverup! I bought this coverup since the leather on my sofa was coming off. I didn't want to buy a new sofa at the moment since there wasn't anything structural wrong with it. I glad I bought this cover-up. This was money well spent. You won't regret it!

All my family was surprised with this cover when they saw new chair. It made our interior much better. Cotton fabric with amazing quality. Ps. Very easy to wash in the machine.

I tried so many couch covers before finding these. These are the BEST! We have 3 hairy dogs to share the furniture with and these covers are hands down saving our leather furniture!

This loveseat cover is all I wanted! Fits amazing, washable. It was fairly easy to put on. It stays in place well comparing to how often I had to tuck in the previous slipcover I had.
