Received a package from m&m and was left at the front door,I live on a main road and never got home for several hours after the package was left let's guess what happened to it?will not use m&m again
They have refused to refund my return as it did not meet their standards. However I was not informed of these 'standards' and when I sent an email saying why can't this clothing be returned? They said it doesn't match their T&C's which state that hygiene strips shouldn't be removed.
I was not informed about this when purchasing or returning the said clothing, and when placing the order/creating the account, I was not obliged to the T&Cs. Plus the size chart is very confusing and its much smaller than the UK size chart. Be careful of what you buy, as you might not be able to return any.

Do not use this company. "No Quibble Returns" what a joke. I sent back a parcel, and they refuse to refund me as the item of clothing has been tried on. They claim it's "been worn".
I have purchased many items over the years and this is the first item I have sent back. It's disgusting that they are refusing the refund!
Was looking around for some New Balance trainers at a decent price, found some from MandMdirect saying they were half price, when I received them (which was quite quickly) and they look bad compared to other NB shoes I've seen people wearing. I bought them for work and I don't expect they'll last a week, they already look like they're about to fall apart, I would advise not to buy from them, imagine everything is a knockoff!
What a con this company is i joined spent £9.99 so i could have as many deliveries at any cost for a year for free i did 4 orders for just under £300 in 3 days but when i went to order a £34.99 coat they said my bank was blocking i phoned my bank they said they were not got in touch with their customer service again they said sorry asked for my last 4 dgits on card so could get it unblocked they then sent me really weird email saying i had gone over my score and i would have to wait 30 days to order again they also said was for my security? Bunch of morons ive never heard of a company banning you for a month because you spend too much.
I ordered from MandM 3 weeks ago. The courier they chose has never tried to deliver - the site still says "with us". MandM has done nothing despite saying they would. I've had no follow up from them and Ive given up hope of seeing the shoes I ordered. Never again.
Ordered Wednesday, late, for next day delivery (Friday)
Courier decided that Monday is next day. Contacted customer service and they were not interested.

The wrong item was delivered
The wrong item was delivered. I can't get a refund until I return the item they sent incorrectly. They won't send the correct order I have to reorder. There's a whole page of instructions for the return of the item I didn't order. I posted the orderI incorrecly recieved value 23 euro and requested a refund of 155.65. Awful customer service.
Compensation offered 1 month free delivery. Would anyone in their right mind reorder. All 7 Items unavailable and to date no refund to my account.

I have ordered over £100 stuff from this company since 30th of December 2022, it has not yet arrived and today is the 7th of January.
How I wish I read the reviews before buying from MandM direct. Hopefully my stuff will arrive next week.
I cannot comment yet on their products but their delivery system is very bad.
Sent order back worth £100. Only refunded me £74. Will not be using these again no way of contacting by phone - disgusting epecially in a cost of living crisis
I ordered 2 jackets and they are both fake, you can see by the labels and the quality off them don't use as $#*! items, you can see there not genuine, and the rip in hood that I fixed myself
I ordered items for Christmas and they sent it out for delivery 21st, 22nd, 23rd December and they never arrived. It is Christmas eve and I'm still sat waiting. If you email or do the online chat they are useless and unprofessional. Never had such a bad experience with online shopping. Make sure you use paypal so you can get your money back like I have.
I was due a delivery last week. When I got home from work there was a not in my letterbox to say that the parcel had been left behind the bin.
I emailed CS immediately sending them the note. After several emails back and forth and an 'investigation' with the couriers (who admitted they had left the parcel outside) I was supposed to be sent a letter of denial within 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. It's now Sunday so I will imagine it will be next week at this stage.
This is getting to be an absolute joke now. I have spent thousands on your website over the years and never had an issue but this has put me off purchasing again.
A few weeks before Christmas and I'm down over €100 and nothing to show for it! My purchase was from you and not DPD. You hired them to deliver the goods so your issue is with them.
I should have been issued with a refund as soon as you got the delivery note that was left in my letter box stating that the driver left it behind a bin (on a public road!) I'm fuming.
I ordered an XL grey gilet and paid ten pounds for the yearly delivery. What did I get the next day? A pink, medium T -shirt. Absolutely useless! And then they expect you to print out a postage label and take it to a shop when it's their mistake? No thanks. I didn't want to bother with mail order as it is. This has definitely put me off making any future online purchases. I'd rather just go to town
