I heard of this brand, heard of their clothes and it seems to be quite fashionable. I recently decided to quickly get acquainted with new collections to understand whether these clothes really suited modern trends in fashion and yeah it was like that. I filled the cart with some trousers, t-shirts and other stuff and issued an order. It was delivered with a slight delays, but I received apologizes for the delay and that is ok. So, I can advise to shop here if one needs stylish apparel.
After finally deciding what I wanted to buy, I went to checkout and tried placing an order AT LEAST 20 TIMES, but it doesn't work… just keeps rerouting to the main page. How are they going to make money when they won't allow potential customers to place orders?
This is the first time I've ever ordered from them and their shipping process is awful! And no one answers when you attempt to contact them. It's been 5 days and it's crickets. I'm in eastern US so there's no excuse for this bs. Never again.
Returns are supposedly free but they never send the qr codes and then when they do answer an email they give you an address to mail it back on your own dime. You never get a live person on the phone or in the chat. There sizing is always off. Stay away from this store; I plan to moving forward
I purchased Mango boots from Superbalist in May, 1 month later (unfortunately after 30 day refund period) the shoes started growing mould. Such poor quality for something so expensive.

1. Take care of your sizes: my clothes size is XS - I have received a huge t-shirt and a huge long sleeve shirt. Horrible!
2. My shoes size is 37 - I've received 2 pairs of shoes and both of them are too small.
3. A customer service is disgusting! They sent only a message with a number. And what?! How long should I wait?! I need to send all your items back and no one responses.

I have been shopping online for many years, this is the first time I encounter such a terrible customer service. They do not answer to emails, their phone service almost never pick up, and when they do they offer absolutely no help at all.
If you find yourself in the unfortunate position to have to change an item that you received, or god forbid, to return it for a refund, you will find yourself mentally and emotionally destroyed by those people.
Trust me you are better of throwing away the goods and admitting your loss right away.

Mango's customer service is just awful! In these days when there are brands and sites offering the best customer service experience we have mango here with the literal worst. You will get NO help from anyone at mango regarding any issue. My package was lost and the best they could do is give me the number of the delivery company to call and maybe they can help. I am never ordering from them again. Better off ordering from Nordstrom, Macys or Asos if you like their clothes.
I paid cash on delivery and got severely conned by the company. Never gave my refund they just said they were investigating. I called spent a lot of money on the phone. The local tried to intervene they said they felt sorry for me. But i never got my money back. Theres no return policy. Please don't get conned. They removed themselves on trust pilot so no one can see. Everyone who has returned got conned. Its going to happen to you if you order there. Stick to a store if you really need to buy from them. Or pay on card at least you can do a chargeback. I had to accept my losses (lost £400) one months rent where i am. The company have financial issues the last i heard

Terrible customer service. They take forever on returns and refunds. They have had the merchandise Since 12/29/22 and I have yet to receive my refund. Very poor response. I won't be buying from here again. Make sure you know it will fit and you don't need to return it otherwise good luck getting your money back.
This company keeps changes the window dressing so that they can keep defrauding customers. I ordered 3 shirts 5 months ago and have only received 2. Both shirts were the wrong size and awful quality. One looked nothing like what I ordered. The cost to send it back is more than the shirts are worth. I have just lost that money. Beware of these so called GOOD DEALS!
I have been waiting for my order for over two weeks. I specifically ordered prior to Black Friday so as not to be stuck in the busy period. In the meantime the order still shows as 'being prepared' and I got a notification that an item has since gotten out-of-stock!
The customer care team does not reply or gives generic answers. The phones are not answered.

I ordered 4 pairs of pants and a pair of boots. Only ended up keeping one pair of pants (the rest seemed like good quality but were too big for me). It had been a few weeks since I returned the rest of the items but hadn't gotten any type of confirmation back yet or refund to my account. I had gone online to find many bad reviews of the website and was worried that I may be out $235! After emailing them, they responded back very quickly and just needed the tracking number of the package, the reference number for my purchase, and what items I had returned. Very happy with my pair of pants and excellent customer service! Maybe don't buy as many items as I did at once though just in case ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I wish I could give it zero stars. HORRIBLE service. Took the company 5 days after online order to ship. Provided no tracking. I had no idea (with an upcoming event) when it would arrive. Box finally arrived to my surprise. Flimsy box totally destroyed and open on ends. $250 spent on 2 dresses not even wrapped or protected in plastic or wrapping, just stuffed in a box and literally hanging out of the box which equals dirty dresses. Called customer service (USA) would do NOTHING. Refused to transfer me to discuss the situation with a manager. I will never buy from them again! Do yourself a favor and stay AWAY from MANGO!
Purchased few items online and decided to return some of them. Went to the website to request home pick up (as they do not offer return in store in Indonesia) and that's when the nightmare begins! Response time is very slow, and when they do, it's almost as if the different CS personnel each time do not even read your email or your previous communication with them. Then finally, after 1 week they said they have contacted the transport company and they will contact me shortly to arrange pick up. 10 days later, still nothing! And when I contacted them again, they ask for order reference numbers all over again, as if my back and forth communication with them never happened before. Stupid! Just read the email chain!
It took them forever to deliver my orders. When hey finally arrived, they were so small! Their sizing is inconsistent. The suits (black & navy both size 6) were extra small meanwhile the shirts (also size 6) were too big. I had to return them. I definitely won't be patronizing them in the future.

I ordered a coat on the 21st, received an email 5 days later to tell me it was out of stock. 1 How does it take 5 days to tell me that? 2 how is it for sale online if it's out of stock? When I emailed customer service they said ' We wish to inform you that we are not in a position to guarantee the availability of articles and sizes' in this day and age they don't have a live stock system? Then they proceeded to ignore my second email and responded to the 3rd saying ' We regret not having fulfilled your expectations.' what an absolute waste of time and effort! Would never even consider ordering from Mango again despite being a well known high street brand.
I used to like the brand and I ordered a dress. The dress arrived in a very poor condition, they didn't even bother to fold it before sending it. Without trying it, I sent it back on May 15 and since then I have been waiting for my refund.
I have contacted customer service several times -emails and calls-, sent them proofs but nothing happened, no updates from them. Never ordering again, it's a waste of time and money.
I ordered a product back in December. It did not fit so I returned it was at the beginning of January and I still have not received my refund. I keep calling and chasing them up and all I get is, that my case it's being escalated and they will contact me via email. I never hear from them. Can anyone help me to resolve this? I ordered my sweater an skirt on Tuesday, November 22 and for some reason, the address is not correct. Right after the order placement, I contacted them about the wrong address and contacted with shipping company. There was no option to edit the address on the website. I got an email later saying they transferred the request to other departments. Though everything was resolved then today I received a notification saying that the order left the warehouse and the address is incorrect. Nothing can be done. Honestly, I do not know how they work together that make a request made right after the order cannot be corrected. They don't have any communication between Mango and shipping company. However, this will be the last time I will do business with them since it is very inconvenient if something happened.

Horrible shopping experience. Shipping was a nightmare and their Customer "service" is lousy. When I finally got my pants and shirts, I sent them back and they only refunded me the pants!?!? They just ignored my complaint and I had to block the transaction through Visa. I would advise against purchasing with Mango. Clothes were pretty crappy quality to boot.
It is now almost a month and i did not get the refund in my bank account since i returned my three items. Each time i send an email, they say we are checking your request. Moreover, the return label mentions two options one for return and one for exchange. However, after returning them for exchange, they said no this option is not available and that i need to make new order for the three items and later they will refund me. Since then no refund is received. Very bad service
Despite consulting Mango's size charts, the ordered clothes were too big. So we decided to return them - big mistake with this company. We had to pay an enormous shipping charge to send the package back. Then we wait for weeks (almost a month) to receive the refund but we never do. We e-mail them, and only receive a template response. Then suddenly a package arrives from them, asking for another enormous shipping charge to be paid by us. Why? No explanation. No email, no contact from Mango at all. So the courier is expecting their money, but we have no idea what we're paying for. Most likely the very clothes we returned a month ago.
So now what? 200 bucks paid for nothing and no refund or feedback from Mango at all.
It truly doesn't get much worse than this. Stay away!

Ordered a couple of items from this website and 2 weeks later, instead of getting a message regarding my order being shipped, I get a message saying one of the item "became unavailable". I double checked on their website and the item was available (in my size as well) but the only difference is. It is listed for the full price. A few days later, I get another notification that another item was unavailable. I reached out to the company and they didn't even bother providing a proper response/explanation but a gave me a bunch of "templated response". Complete waste of my time shopping with this company and half the things I ordered was somehow "unavailable". This is not how you run a business.
Horrible experience, shady company, incompetent CS. It just baffles me why they would list items they can't honor the price on.

Had a problem with a delivery from Mango, tried 8 times to get resolved and received ZERO response from them. Awful, awful, awful. I have no idea how they get away with it. Seems borderline illegal to just not reply to someone who has ordered from their website. Oh, and the clothes are cheap quality anyway.
