I heard of this brand, heard of their clothes and it seems to be quite fashionable. I recently decided to quickly get acquainted with new collections to understand whether these clothes really suited modern trends in fashion and yeah it was like that. I filled the cart with some trousers, t-shirts and other stuff and issued an order. It was delivered with a slight delays, but I received apologizes for the delay and that is ok. So, I can advise to shop here if one needs stylish apparel.
After finally deciding what I wanted to buy, I went to checkout and tried placing an order AT LEAST 20 TIMES, but it doesn't work… just keeps rerouting to the main page. How are they going to make money when they won't allow potential customers to place orders?
I ordered a scarf on Nov 28, order confirmed, paid. No updates since then! Started a query with customer service 2 weeks ago to cancel this and get a refund. No reaction. Case nr *******. Order nr CV0YNY. Later, I chased them on Instagram, finally they answered but nothing helpful; they still decline to cancel the order and refund, even though they still haven't shipped it and it's unknown when that may happen. It's a nightmare to deal with.

I ordered about $200 worth of clothing from MANGO, it's been well over 2 months now and my order still hasn't come. I've called customer service multiple times but they are rude and very unhelpful. MANGO has terrible customer service. This is my first and last time ordering from them.
Site states Payment can't be processed even though I've tried 3 cards. I called the customer service centre who are adamant it's my card that is the problem. However, I called the bank and there is no issue. How do I resolve this?
I like MANGO clothing; during sales, the prices correspond to the quality. But since these are online stores, seeing and trying the items is possible after receiving them, so returning some things increases. However, the return policy is terrible since the returning price does not fix, so that returning items do not make any sense. Perhaps this is the brand's goal - to earn as much as possible, regardless of the customers' convenience.
I waited for almost a month just to find out that the shipment was lost. The courier claimed it was delivered, but our Ring doorbell footage proved that was a lie. Mango's customer service stopped responding to my refund request. This actually happened to me back in 2016, but I thought Mango's eCommerce might have improved since. I was wrong. I don't know how this is acceptable in today's eCommerce. Mango's online store is destined to vanish just like the service it provides.

I had ordered from them in oct 13 and its already 21 and they even have shipped it yet. This experience alone is by far the worst online shopping site that I have came across and they won't even reply even if you contact the customer service. Very unprofessional and better to stay away from this garbage.
I need to agree with the people here. Wish I had read the comments before purchasing. My problem is, that it showed one price when you viewed the item and at checkout I was charged double. Tried contacting customer sercice via email and they're playing it dumb. Thinking it's mango, it will be simple but no it's not. Never purchasing from them again. Very disappointing for such a name brand they should be ashamed of themselves.

First time buyer here, placed an order before I chanced upon this site. I got scared reading the reviews here coz most had a not so good experience. I got worried after 2 days coz status keeps showing " in preparation" so I emailed mango and luckily they responded. It was hard to track the package as well, "item not found" but thankfully, it arrived on the 8th day-buyer from Singapore
I have ordered a pair of jeans and dungaree on 17th July. Order no BVA1RR I'm still waiting for them. Sent emails so many times they replied once asking me to click on this click on that and nothing worked. Pathetic service. Mango people where is my order?
I love Mango and I'm a huge fan, but the problem is that Mango are for adults or teens. Why can't there be one for kids? I know there is online but I mean for kids face to face, not just online. I mean, what about children's rights? I hope that if you take my advice, the reviews will increase.

I hate it when I feel thwarted... I've been trying to leave a product review on the Mango site and can I find a review button to press I'm feeling totally peeved. I ordered a Violeta by Mango coat. It was beige suede with waterfall revers and was unlined. It cost £179.99p. It arrived yesterday and it's awful. No style, big baggy sleeves, it hangs like a rag, a mark on the lapel. I ordered a medium and its way too big for me. I usually shop at Zara and I'll be shopping there in future. It isn't worth £179.99p and that's my main peeve, do they think I'm an idiot! It's already been returned and I was so looking forward to slagging them off on the review site on Mango. Grrr! Hmmm I think I feel a little bit better. Don't buy this coat unless you have exceptionally fat arms or wear very thick sweaters. Thankyou... rant over.
I placed the order 6/30/22 and today is 7/19/22. Never received the ordered. Called 3 times regarding to this, nobody knows where the package is, and nobody asked to place another other until the very last time but everything is sold out.
I purchased two ladies bags from mango.I got a mail saying delivered left at front door, unfortunately there was nothing there. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing but I didn't I got worried and decided to now check the reviews I got more worried after reading all the bad things customers have been going through. I called customer service and spoke to a gentleman whose name I have forgotten. He was so helpful and very polite to me and promised to send me another one. True to his words I got my items today. I think the problem they are having with people not getting their items is with the courier services they are using.
I wish that I could award a zero. Mango processed the order to my previous address and have not refunded or resent the order. Nor have they replied to the numerous emails I have sent them. They are disinterested, avoiding and unnecessarily curt on the phone.

Received a faulty leather jacket (over £100), rang customer services who were disinterested and condescending. Wouldn't even take off the courier charge as a goodwill gesture. Was told there was one in stock in central London, laughable as I live nowhere near. First and last order.
Not only you wait for a long time for your order, it may also not show up at all. After numerous phone calls to the customer service, they finally refunded the order I never received. After a month and a half I get the order in the mail and then decided to keep it. Sure enough I get an email saying they either need me to send it back or pay for it. Fair enough. What is not fair is that even after taking the time to call them and try to make that payment over the phone they say you can not do it over the phone. You need to go to the bank and do this transaction and take a picture of it and send it to us. So here I'm given a whole set off new responsibilities for something I should not waste even another minute on. There are companies out there who go through the same problems with shipping/lost packages etc and they at least have enough customer service to not put you through anymore inconvenience and they just charge your card. This is ridiculous! NO MORE MANGO!

Firstly, they took forever to ship my parcel... 5 days after I had placed the order. Secondly, the 3 out of the 4 items I had purchased were of poor quality. One item I had ordered... a gold-toned ring advertised as shiny yellow gold on their website actually turned out to be a dull, dark brass color. Complete false advertising. And another item I had ordered... a croc iPhone case doesn't even fit my iPhone 5 properly! The croc 'iPhone' case is more like a business card case! Pathetic advertising of low-quality meh products... UPDATE: ok so after that bad experience I had over a year ago, I spotted 2 items on mango.com that I absolutely had to have so I decided to order from them to give them a chance at redemption. And boy am I glad I did. My parcel was shipped promptly this time. And everything arrived neatly packaged and safe & sound. I'm a happy camper! Mango.com you have redeemed urself! I will be a return shopper! Two thumbs up! :O)
Mango's customer service is just terrible! During for 2 weeks they told me that my order was processed. Turns out the clothes weren't in stock at all. Logistics, before listing goods on the site, it is worth checking whether they are in stock! I lost time during the general discounts, waiting for a product that is not available. I will never use Mango Online again.
Yes... ordered on July 8 and despite some follow-ups, the product did not arrive here until August 27th. And only two of my three items arrived when I contacted them at the site they said 'don't worry we'll refund for the other'. These are summer items that have now arrived at the end of summer and the one thing I actually most wanted didn't even come. I will never make the mistake of ordering from this site again.
I was at a mango store in Malaga early Sat morning and parted with quite a substantial sum of money, there was no smile no Gracias, just an impersonal handing over of the receipt whilst the young lady carried on speaking Spanish to her friend. Very dissapointing a smile costs nothing!
Ordered came by courier, kept 3 items returned 8, with courier, no refund after a month and courier has proof of me givng it over. No idea what to do next except i have lost my hard earned money which i have little.
I originally rated them five stars. I've had two orders, and been satisfied as far as shipping time, quality of items. However, I returned one item that wasn't quite as pictured, and now MY money is in limbo. I have no refund and no dress and it's been over a month. Reading these reviews, who knows if I'll ever see that money again. Good luck to anyone who orders from these people.
Today 13th July 2019. Their website is malfunctioning as it told me 3 times that my purchase had failed when in fact it had not and took my money three times so something very amiss with the system of payment... a disaster. I complained by email about the website and a lady responded with 'sorry but you must sort it out online as it is all automated'. I responded and said I had not received any email to say I had bought anything so have no order number details for reference purposes, so how do I revert anything if I have no reference of any purchase? They need to get somebody who deals with the online business to sort this mess out. I said I would post a very bad commentary about their 'company online operation' and there don't care attitude towards customers if they didn't respond and compensate me which they haven't, hence this bad review!
Made a big order from their website. It was never delivered. Tried to contact them in every possible way- they just ignored me. Then one day I decided to call them the whole day if i needed to. After hours of waiting on the line they finally answered! A representative assured me that they are going to open a case and resend me my purchase. Guess what they never followed up and of course never sent anything. I tried calling again but now the call just drops every time. Scum bags! Never order anything from them. I had to dispute my purchase.
I've bought a pair of jean at Mango in the UK. After a 6 months of normal wear, there are already holes appearing. Plus, the original color of the jean lasted only 2 washes. I had to dye it to another color. Will never shop at Mango again. Expensive and crap quality.
