I heard of this brand, heard of their clothes and it seems to be quite fashionable. I recently decided to quickly get acquainted with new collections to understand whether these clothes really suited modern trends in fashion and yeah it was like that. I filled the cart with some trousers, t-shirts and other stuff and issued an order. It was delivered with a slight delays, but I received apologizes for the delay and that is ok. So, I can advise to shop here if one needs stylish apparel.
After finally deciding what I wanted to buy, I went to checkout and tried placing an order AT LEAST 20 TIMES, but it doesn't work… just keeps rerouting to the main page. How are they going to make money when they won't allow potential customers to place orders?
Can't modify your order even one second after it's put through. You have to wait for MANGO to take 2 weeks to ship your order to you and the return it and then re order it.
Worst delivery experience too. Chose redelivery and instead DHL left my parcel at a location 50 minutes away from me. Took half a day off work to pick up an order that I have to refund anyway.
The system in not secure and customer support is terrible. Someone created an account with my email address. This means that email confirmation is not required here. Also this means that I can see personal other person data. It's been a week when I wrote multiple emails about this situation to support and I still didn't hear any response yet. This means that customer support is slow and ignorant.
Mango don't give you a full amount of your return if that's the case, the service is poor, they don't provide you with all information, they just say NO,,,and give you and store credit with the amount they want. Sorry I was a customer not only here, in London too. Do never buy from this store...

I love shopping for clothes at Mango retail stores. But at times, the stores are crowded and there are long waiting queues. I decided to try the online shopping of Mango. I ordered women's and men's clothing. The order placing is smooth however there is a long wait before the final products are delivered as the products for online shopping are supposedly shipped from Barcelona. So after around 10-11 days of placing the order we got the clothes and merchandise delivered. The garments were all very neatly packed and tucked in hangers. It was a better experience to buy online as the clothes were all neat and steamed ironed, unlike the returned/ tried on clothes you get from stores. The clothes were a great fit in size. Returns and exchanges were convenient as you can get returns / exchanges done from any retail store near to you as well or simply send them back by courier.
It was a great experience and I will shop online on mango again.

So I have been trying to put in an order for 4 days! When I hit order it loops back to the website. I have tried to send in inquiries and later angry cries for help via email, but that does not work. Once you fill in your info, the top "what is this regarding" blanks out, when you try to fill it again, the rest blanks out! Not being one to give up I try their phone system: *******664. I have tried EVERY option and you just do not get anyone on the phone. I don't have an order they can trace to my phone... NO of course no, because I can't put in the order! And in the rabbit hole loop we continue.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My order was allegedly sent to the incorrect address, Mango says it was delivered but I confirmed with USPS and the leasing office of my prior address and it was never provided for delivery to that address or actually delivered. Mango refuses to take responsibility for shipping my items to an address I didn't request and has said I am free to reorder the items, at my cost, but they are keeping my money and refuse to do anything to rectify the situation. There is absolutely zero customer service, I continue to get the same automated emails stating the same thing regardless of the documentation and information I send them which refutes the allegations they make.
Mango is stealing my money, and likely the money of other customers, and has absolutely no concern in the world about it.
I had mailed on your customer care service 4 days ago... but no reply from your side... i have made payment for a bag. I received mail for the payment... but order is not placed. How this is even possible. And when i open my account on ur website, they are not showing anything in my purchased section. But my payment is already done. Either rply to my mail. Even though I love the Mango brand, the online shopping experience is abominable! It takes about two weeks for the item to ship and another two weeks for the item to arrive.
Will never shop at Mango.com ever again.
I ordered my jacket on Friday, Nov 25 and for some reason, the address is not correct. Right after the order placement, I contacted them about the wrong address. There was no option to edit the address on the website. I got an email later saying they transferred the request to other departments. Though everything was resolved then today I received a notification saying that the order left the warehouse and the address is incorrect. I called them twice and got the answer that they submitted the cancellation request but cannot guarantee the cancelation. Nothing can be done. Honestly, I do not know how they work together that make a request made right after the order cannot be corrected. Now I have to track the order and if it is gone I lost money. It is very risky for the customer this way. I ordered from them before and the quality is not bad. However, this will be the last time I will do business with them since it is very inconvenient if something happened.

I've just know about this brand recently. But I have to say that I LOVE IT so much. I'm sure that the MATERIAL will not make u disappointed. The material is worth the price. Every time I come, I'm satisfied. Before I used to go shopping at Zara, H&M, and f21, the material becomes worse after second and third time I do the laundry. It's very annoying me. Then I figure out this brand, although the price is higher than Zara a little bit, but it's worth. I don't know ab that bad refund service bc I don't buy online. So, I'm very surprised when reading 1 star reviews. However, I love the style in mango, it's not too girly, easy to wear, basic, and chic. The size is fit me well. I'm skinny, sometimes small size in other stores don't fit me, but I can find beautiful pants here and it fits me well. Very happy, super happy.
The HR does not seem to be anxious when employees are not receiving salaries on time. The HR also won't check email regularly. Delaying salaries can also be a breach of contract. Do be more mindful because people might have families to feed or endless bills to pay.

I'm really disappointed with Mango. Is this how they do business. What about the precious time I've lost from the time this order was placed, until I was informed. I received an email my order was cancelled without giving any reasons for the same!
They did not even feel the need to put in a courtesy call to the customer before you decided to cancel my order request.
My package should have been delivered more than 10 days ago and the costumer service is not responding to my emails. I wish I have visited this site before making any orders from them... I just hope that I will get this things eventually!
I honestly almost didn't buy from Mango after seeing all the bad reviews. Still, I ordered myself a sweater and a pair of jeans and a pair of jeans for my husband as well. My order arrived well packaged within 3 days or less, all the way from Europe to the west coast of the US. The clothes fit well and looked just like the pictures. You can't beat the prices- on sale I got each pair of jeans for about $30 each, which is about F21 priced- but much higher quality. Mango has great products and very fair pricing, deserves much better reviews.
I bought $300 worth of clothing. Mango shipped it to my old address when I added my new address as a delivery address. When I called customer service, they mentioned that Mango had to wait for the package to be delivered back to the warehouse and they would refund me the money. And I have to order the same item again (Wow, what a great use of my time). What if the package never makes it to the warehouse? Will I not get my money back for their mistakes? Their customer service/ process is horrible. Never ordering from Mango again.
The website does not have the functionality to delete addresses that are no longer valid. The customer service mentioned I have to submit a form. LOL! Why? Are you going to do a background check and delete my old addresses?
My parcel was lost by courier. But every time I was trying to get in touch with Mango, i would get automated message saying that parcel has been delivered to the customer, ignoring all the information that is provided in the email. Tried calling them, - no answer.
Never ever buy anything in this site. My order no is BW775O and I have returned few items in it, but still didn't get the refund yet. Despite of many follow ups and emails to them, I didn't get any response from them.
Because of the horrible reviews I never buy online, I only go to real Mango stores. They used to have cool clothing but recently I experienced that the quality got way down... and the employees used to be nice and more friendly. If the situation stays the same, I will not return to be their customer.

The website is good, however it is impossible to comunicate with their customer service. I am waiting for a refund and it has been more than 2 months. They never reply to emails and when you call they just say they are taking care of it.

Placed an an order online and wished to cancel straight away. Called their Customer Services before confirmation of the order had come through to cancel - was told nothing could be done at the time and they would call me the following day - no call, called through again, told that this was the wrong information, nothing could be done and was hung up on. I called again, requesting to speak to a supervisor, was told the supervisor had refused stating they would say the same thing and I would have to receive the order before sending back - they have not even billed me yet nor has the order been shipped! I cant understand why I cannot cancel said order as this contract has not been completed under e-commerce laws. Why should I be billed £100+ in the interim for an order that I have requested to be cancelled! Lastly, I was told that on any other week that I would be able to cancel, but as they are busy due to black Friday - this is their policy!
I bought something in October last year, wanted to return 2 pants. They sent me the return label a month after I requested it. And after they sent an email confirmation for the return, I am waiting for the refund in my bank account, it's been a month now! Nothing! When I call the customer service they are very useless so I don't know what to do to get my money back!
All purchases I have made from Mango (In stores in England and abroad and also online) Have been great, the quality is good and the prices are fair. Shipping times have been fast in my experiences and I have never had a problem with customer services.
The Sales at Mango stores are really worth looking out for, bargains are to be had.
More good reviews are needed to be posted on here as most reviews are from people with bad experiences, who quite rightly vent their frustrations in a review.

I feel this Company and its products are great.
Mango offer a returns policy for international shipping should you wish to return your purchased item. They offer free returns. This however, is not strictly true. They will collect the product free of charge, but your refund is only a percentage of what you paid for the item. So beware of their claim that you can return the item free of charge.
