I heard of this brand, heard of their clothes and it seems to be quite fashionable. I recently decided to quickly get acquainted with new collections to understand whether these clothes really suited modern trends in fashion and yeah it was like that. I filled the cart with some trousers, t-shirts and other stuff and issued an order. It was delivered with a slight delays, but I received apologizes for the delay and that is ok. So, I can advise to shop here if one needs stylish apparel.
After finally deciding what I wanted to buy, I went to checkout and tried placing an order AT LEAST 20 TIMES, but it doesn't work… just keeps rerouting to the main page. How are they going to make money when they won't allow potential customers to place orders?
My order DE5WZZ was placed on Jan 05, for some reason, the address was not correct. Right after the order placement, I contacted them about the wrong address. There was no option to edit the address on the website. I got an email later saying they transferred the request to other departments. Though everything was resolved then today I received a notification saying that the order left the warehouse and the address is incorrect. I called them twice and got the answer that they submitted the cancellation request but cannot guarantee the cancelation. Nothing can be done. Honestly, I do not know how they work together that make a request made right after the order cannot be corrected. Now I have to track the order and if it is gone I lost money. It is very risky for the customer this way. However, this is the last time I ordered from them since it is very inconvenient if something happened. Hate you MANGO!
I ordered some articles on 16 January it is now 10th May haven't received my order. Have contacted them several times. First time they said the parcel had been delivered. It hadn't, then they said they'd resend it. Never came. Now I have a life so don't spend everyday writing to them. I've just sent another message calling them thieves. I'm a pensioner don't have money to throw away. I'm totally disgusted. Lesson learned...
First time buyer. I ordered a coat from MANGO on November 24, last tracking update was November 30, today is December 15 there are no any updates in tracking- package probably got lost. I called MANGO and asked them about replacement or cancellation of the order. They respond: NO Refund will be issued until they receive the package back. WHAT? I'm not the USPS, why the client need to be responsible for delivery problems? If USPS lost the package it's between them and MANGO. I will file charge back with my cc. NEWER will buy from this company again.

I wish I had seen this site before I ordered or the BBB which gives them an F rating. I wanted to exchange shoes I purchased online for size but they did not include a return label in package as their website states. I tried the "return label" button on the website for many days but it never worked. I called *******664 and was told they could not send me a return label and to keep trying. I am going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card and return the shoues to their address in NYC since they won't send a label. Obviously I will never buy from them again. Just FYI, they are a company in Spain so maybe they have different ways of doing business there. Or just taking advantage of customers.
Ordered a venus coat (xs)-beige from Spain and paid 2 799 zara for it. Order was placed online, 29 Aug, my card was debited and I received an email on 30 Aug advising my order will be received shortly (2-4 working days) to South Africa. Since the 30th of Aug I was unable to track my shipment as the link Mango sent has no tracking number (actually no order details. All I have is my order number... I called Aramex as the link given to me by Mango takes me to their site. Aramex is unable to asssit as I don't have a tracking number. I ordered the coat weeks in advance as I needed it for a special occasion and having read all the bad reviews... I just don't know anymore. I have since emailed Mango but still awaiting a response. HELP PLEASE!
This is the worst costumer service I ever had to deal with. Beware USA costumers, they shipping packages with the cheapest "on trac" company that loosing packages all the time. If your item is not delivered you will have to deal with "investigation department" that will do nothing. I had to call my self between both companies. I found my item, ask "on trac" to send it back to mango.com. Mango costumer service said: "Thank you we will return your money when we receive the package". They don't care about costumers at all. I think this company should have zero stars.
I bought a blouse from Mango after I saw a YouTuber recommend it. When I received the blouse, I washed it, which I always do before wearing. The buttonhole near the top of the blouse frayed terribly and I couldn't fix it. I got a return label. Over a month ago and sent it back. Crickets. I sent them a message. Crickets. It takes 12 days, they said. Crickets. I have not gotten a new blouse or a refund. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from this shoddy, ridiculous company again. I'd rate them a zero, if I could.

I used Apple Pay and they send my item to a different address than on my Apple Pay. I informed them of this and they told me to go to go to the address and try and get the item. Not only did they refuse to help me but that is so dangerous to send someone to a strangers home to ask for a package. They wouldn't work with me in any way. Don't use this company

Orders placed on January 8th and January 30th are still not SHIPPED even on February 25th. The customer support team is unhelpful at best, citing high order volumes but failing to respond to my requests asking for a refund. Even businesses like H&M and Zara have high order volumes but they don't take this long to ship out items.
EDIT: One of the items was finally shipped out and delivered but guess what? They sent the wrong size shoes. Had to return it immediately and the return was received in March. It's mid-April and I am still waiting for my refund. I have had to follow up twice with the customer service and I still have not received a response.
Mango offered no support per my purchase. Ordered sweater- tried to correct ship to address next day. Mango wld not help. Mango said IF sweater comes back to them, they will refund me. If it does not, no refund & no sweater.

OMG complete bloody awful experience with Mango. I Lived in the U. K and Mango was great. Living in the USA and ordering from here is a complete nightmare. Girls order from Zara they are Ten fold on these guys. The staff are sooooo rude. I even herd sniggles on the ph when struggling to place an order. I use 2 USA cards plus my husbands and to say it was our problemour cards didn't work. Right then I purchased from Zara with no problem. My issues where not resolved. All I can say is Zara is my hero and Mango is useless.
Well, I ordered a coat this winter a beige coat and a gold coat was delivered. The size y sent me what they had at the warehouse, because the beige coat was no longer available, so I kept it, because it was too much of a hassle.
Then recently ordered a long dress for the summer and some type of small beads and tassels.
The beads fall apart and a tassels fail, who knows where. I called the company and first before they refund my money, they have to inspect the item, although it came damaged I would have to pay for return postage. So I paid postage for the dress plys postage to return the dress. So, again I will have to keep this dress, because $. 9.95 for postage it was not worth it to package it, spend gas to go to the post office, so again I will have to keep this dress

While I occasionally appreciate Mango's clothing choices, their sizing often proves inaccurate. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their customer service and return process was appalling. Prior to an extended vacation, I invested in a few pricey items from their website, only to discover upon arrival that the sizing was significantly off. Amidst holiday preparations and being abroad, I missed the return window. In an attempt to rectify the situation, I reached out to their customer service, which proved to be a formidable challenge in itself. I proposed receiving store credit for the items, willing to cover the return shipping costs. However, they flatly rejected this suggestion. It's disheartening, considering the scale of their business empire and the significant amount I spent. I did not anticipate such dismissal after multiple attempts to address the issue.
Moreover, the absence of a phone number for contact and reliance solely on a chat option seems outdated for a company of this magnitude. This entire experience has left a bitter taste, especially with several hundred dollars' worth of clothing now sitting unused in my home.

In Egypt. The sizes in the branches are not available so you have to order it and pay extra fees for importing and delivery. I made my order online and it was mentioned on the website that orders above 1500LE are free of delivery fees, however, I paid an extra 400L LE for delivery. I tried to contact them by mail about this issue, and their answer was that I have to pay the 400 LE. I have a screenshot of the free delivery on their website and a screenshot of their reply. I gave up negotiation about this point, and I received the order and the item was used only two times, to find that the texture of the trousers is changed due to the friction between hips. I tried to call a hotline in Egypt and I found that they have no hotline for Egyptians. Tried to call the branched and the telephone numbers are always out of service. I called the international number and asked for someone to call in Arabic but I did not find
I've ordered an item that was on stock on Black Friday with discount, after 4 days they cancelled my order when the price went back to original for the reason that is not in stock anymore. Very poor customer service, they just closed my chat when I asked them how that was possible.

Bought item from Manchester store. Decided not to try on as more than15min wait for cubicle. I live 67 miles from nearest store. Called customer services to see if I could return to their online warehouse - not an option! Asked if I returned to Manchester Store via Special Delivery could I get a refund to card or a gift voucher as a refund - again NOT AN OPTION! Very poor policy! I will not be purchasing from Mango in store in future.
I bought two shirts from them on the 2nd of September. For some odd reason they shipped them separately. One came and the other has still not come and it's been over 2 weeks.
I ordered trousers not long after and received an email saying it was shipped. Then I get an email saying they no longer have the item I ordered. Then why did you ship it? I asked for clarification and they left me a voicemail I couldn't understand. I still haven't gotten a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and it's only given me a headache.
In 2023 I think two weeks to get your delivery when it says 2-4 business days is completely unacceptable. I also ordered something with plenty in stock by the time it was shipped it run out of stock.
I ordered a pichial dress at mango online and the delivery was surprisingly fast, the quality was on point the only problem I has was when I chose small I thought it would fitbut it was bigger by 2 inches. Other than that the quality is perfct. I will have it altered thought to fit me.
I ordered to same items in different colours. So received 1 damaged item, asked for an exchange. In the two weeks long it took for me to receive the exchange the other similar item i bought was horrendous quality so i decided to not keep the exchanged one, returned it more than a month ago. Still no email from them to say they have received my return and are processing a refund, nor have i received a refund. Instead having to chase them up like i dont have other things to do! I purchased two pants on November 2022 in addition to other products in the same order. My usual size is M and the two pants were in size M. I did not bothered to check size by taking a trial if the items when it got delivered on November/December 2022. On top of that I was on vacation on December, so did not have the time to check and in my mind they were size M, so it should be fine. But when I get to wear the pants a few days back February 2023, it occurred to me that one of the pant is fitting and one is not even thought they both are of same size. By this time the return window of 30 days is closed and I reached Mango customer service by email. They are just instructing me to generate the return code from the website even though I am explaining on repeat that the return option will not show up for me as the return has been ended. They will responding the same over and over again and will not help me. Please beware of the size of the Mango clothing items. Make sure you check and trial them if you order anything from them within the return window because the size doesn't match as they describe it on their website. I am attaching my email conversion with Mango to proof how they treated me even though I had been a long term customer of them. I will keep in mind never to purchase from this website as I did not receive proper help and assistance as I expected. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered a coat back in February 2018. When I received the coat, it was filthy, shopworn, and still had the security tag attached. I called customer service immediately, and they told me to send it back and that they would refund the shipping charge because they were unable to provide a return label. I felt that was a barely sufficient response for their lack of quality control, and for my trouble of having to deal with the unusable item they sent me. However, I mailed back the coat, paying $18.90 for return shipping. I enclosed the original receipt in the package, and was smart enough to take a picture of it. I received the refund for the coat, but not for the $18.90 shipping. I emailed customer service with a copy of the receipt, on February 22. After numerous emails and phone calls with various employees, including Andrea Salazar, Simon Tait, and Richard H, I have still not received my refund as of today, April 26. I have heard every story as to why they have been unable to give me my $18.90, including them claiming that they sent the refund to my bank account and my bank (with whom I've had the same account for over 10 years) didn't process it. And this was after sending Simon a voided check to confirm my routing numbers. This has been insane, and I believe they are trying to give me the runaround until I get tired and let it go. But, instead I'll just post to their Facebook page. Beware of shopping here, folks!
I must say shopping on the Mango.com website was the worst experience I have had online in ages. I made numerous attempts to buy a jacket from their site. After being assure each time the jacket would arrive on time, it never did. 2 orders had to be cancelled because of incompetence and 1 was delivered after I was told it was cancelled because it was going to arrive after I left the city. Then one final attempt to have it ordered and delivered failed when it left the warehouse late and the expedited shipping I paid (1-3 day delivery) turned out to take ten days! Each time the customer service has given me wrong information or have straight out lied. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD.
Customer service and services have been a disaster recently. So disappointed, lost my money, some items were cancelled without notice … so disappointed. To avoid!
