I heard of this brand, heard of their clothes and it seems to be quite fashionable. I recently decided to quickly get acquainted with new collections to understand whether these clothes really suited modern trends in fashion and yeah it was like that. I filled the cart with some trousers, t-shirts and other stuff and issued an order. It was delivered with a slight delays, but I received apologizes for the delay and that is ok. So, I can advise to shop here if one needs stylish apparel.
After finally deciding what I wanted to buy, I went to checkout and tried placing an order AT LEAST 20 TIMES, but it doesn't work… just keeps rerouting to the main page. How are they going to make money when they won't allow potential customers to place orders?
I have purchased in October 2022, article was wrong, they came and collect the item and when they brought the replacement it was again wrong. I have asked more than 50 collections and they just ignore them, then they have a legal agreement to collect item in 60 days, they never came and they refuse to refund. Instead, they organize more collections to my address which never happen. MANGO STEAL FROM ITS CUSTOMERS! All the crew on customer support are underdeveloped human beings whit no purpose on their existence at all, they protect the brand and give ZERO HELP TO CUSTOMERS.

I bought an item and a week later day made a discount on those products. I contacted Mango and they got back to my e-mail after over two months with a kind NO.
By far the most terrible costumer service I have ever encountered. I am not expecting sweetness, but the costumer service people talk to you like you are just plain dumb. I will admit that the items are structured well and they fit amazing, but if you need to make some kind of return or exchange, it is a painful process.
I bought a heavy coat that was $149.99 and Mango sent me the wrong size. When I called the costumer service line, Ivan G e o r g i e v, advised me that it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. In the sale industry, isn't the costumer always correct out of courtesy? Not for Mango, this guy was condescending about the whole situation. Why are you making an exchange so hard? First of all, do not blame the costumer for making the mistake. (I didn't, I verified my order with him). Second of all, if you want the costumer to return and continue being a loyal costumer, then make the return/exchange process easier. Even with the mistake being on their end, they told me that to get an exchange I would have to pay out of my pocket to send it back. It cost me $30 through USPS. I am waiting to see if I get that money back (doubt it with how terrible their reviews are). After this one ordeal, I would never shop at Mango again. I really do love their clothes, but until they are under new management, I will not go near their stores or websites. Save your energy and try other stores. It isn't worth it! Great costumer service comes with return labels, lesson learned.
I order from them several times, lately they send wrong sizes, I haven't checked it the first time they made mistake, I ripped the tag off, washed and then tried on. I had hard attack, it was so snag on me, the I looked at the label, I ordered size S, I got S in EU size so XS in US. I contact customer service, it was back in April, I let them know about the order issue, then I ordered few months later in size M as that's the only size close to mine the had, to my surprise I got S in US and that was great but again I got wrong size! I called them again, it was back in September. Now great sale, before I ordered I call customer service making sure that I am ordering the right size, not Euro but US. They assured me problem was fix to order the correct size. So finally after almost 2 weeks I am getting my order, so very excited. Guess what, F wrong size again! So I call them again, they sorry but some time happen. BS I said happens all the time! So if you order make sure to get size up. Shoes run size bigger but then you never know. I love there clothes, but it's getting frustrating...

This company is horrible, they said they are free return so I returned package to 2 different Canada Post they said they do not accepted that unless I paid the shipping fee. So I send a request for a home pick up service. I wait for A MONTH with ON one contact me, every time they said is to wait a few more days... Finally, On June 26 I received an email saying that they will pick up on June 27, but actually the driver came on June 26, which I do not have any extra time for me to arrange time to be at home. Later on June 27, the driver came again and I missed his call. So he left. I ask Mango I was tired of this and can I drop off my package to the courier company they use they said no.So the whole month dealing with returning it which is ridiculous and I have never had this problem with my entire online shopping experience. Worst online shopping experience of my life, I would highly recommend that noone should shop here. I ordered a very expensive item and not only did it arrive later than was stated but I was given someone else's order! I emailed them straight away, did not get a response from that for over a week; I've been calling them repeatedly every day for over 2 weeks now and the situation still hadn't been sorted. Every time I call they say they'll call me back but never do. Having not heard back from them in a while, I called them again and they said they needed me to confirm my address even though I've done that multiple times. After a while I got fed up and asked for my money to be returned and they said they can't because they don't know if my order is in transit or not - they literally have no idea where my order is! Extremely poor customer service and the situation has been handled very badly. Not only have they taken my money but they've caused me immense stress and anger and I haven't even got the item I bought to show for it!
I purchased 5 items on Mango.com for the specific purpose of receiving them prior to leaving for Europe on a 2-week trip. My flight leaves December 12th.
I bought my items on November 26th, thinking almost 3 weeks would be a substantial amount of time. It is now the 8th of December and they haven't even left the warehouse in Barcelona, Spain yet. I live in Canada...
Not only that, but 2 of my items have been refunded and were suddenly 'unavailable' AFTER I had bought them. I was told over the phone "some items are no longer available and given to other customers after purchase". Excuse me? If a customer has PAID for items which are clearly still in stock, they should not simply be given to other customers at random.
I will never be buying from Mango again. Such slimy methods of money-making to just give away paid-for clothing to others after they've already been bought. Disappointed and upset that now a package requiring a signature won't be possible seeing as I will be in another continent.

SCAM ALERT THIS COMPANY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR ONE ORDER (D4TJBN) AND REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY! I have sent in screenshots of my PayPal and bank account and they completely ignore me! I just want my money back! I email and call customer service daily and I'm simply ignored.
I purchased a pair of shoes on a Friday and returned them Monday morning. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry on Friday and I didn't see the scratches. I did see the sale assistants at the till looking at them though and pointing at something while whispering... Again, I was in a terrible hurry as my mother in law is visiting from New Zealand and I didn't pay attention.
When I tried them on the next day as I sat down and crossed my legs I noticed the scratches on one side and then the other side.
The Covent Garden store manager said that I can't exchange them because there is no label, but they didn't have a label when I bought them and he tried to claim that I wore them. I really wanted to, but I couldn't in their state. I ordered them again online in order to have them without the damage.
- The store manager who was very rude, abrasive and very unhelpful without even looking at the matter. Because I look extremely young (although I am a 34 year old professional running my own business providing services for luxury fashion e-commerce platforms), he was dismissive and disrespectful. Very bad customer service.
- I am a regular Mango customer because the shapes and sizing suit my petite figure. So I think it is a terrible shame to sell damaged products, see them and not warn customers... I went to the Oxford Street store and found two pairs of shoes same style as mine with the same kind of damage, no labels on them.
- Two weeks have past since I contacted Mango customer service, called them twice and still haven't got a response.

Was browsing in on mango Site during thanksgiving 2019, a bug on the site placed and order for the items in the cart without me reviewing. I called Mango customer care immediately asking to cancel the order, they said they can't cancel. Hence, I had to return it after the items arrive only(I still don't understand the problem in canceling an order before it was ready or shipped). As soon as I got the items, I went in NYC store and returned it- the lady said she'd take care of the return and refund. Two months after that and after several follow ups, there's no return email confirmation or refund. Terrrrible. Looted 120$

Place an order and paid by credit card on 05/02/2023 and by 22/02/23 I was informed that a replacement order have been processed, because there was a problem with the delivery. On 24/02/2023 received another email that they regret to inform me that four items from my order were no longer available, and the amount for these undelivered, out-of-stock items will be refunded. Because I didn't receive any refund, I conduct my credit card. On 27/02/23) received another email that the replacement order could not be canceled, were apologizing for the undelivered items that were out of stock, and I was reassured again that I have been already refunded for undelivered items (4 items), so I was advised to close the dispute. I close the case believing that the refund was arranged, which didn't happen. After several emails, on 13/03/23 I received an email that the refund for the order I placed on 05/02/23 was processed on 03/12/23. The purchase date is after the date customer service said that were processed the refund so they apologise with another email but still avoids telling me whether or not they have arranged for a refund. 16/03/23 and they still haven't resolved the refund issue. The worst online services I have ever experience.

Catestropic customer service. Genuinely would expect an audit to highlight multiple illegalites associate with the operations of this organisation. Like if it was possible to give them no stars that would be more accurate. Wish I knew this before I purchased from them. If the clothes don't come damaged you might survive but other wise any attempt at reasonable correspondence with the customer service team is futile. I know online high street fashion may not always provide quality services but Mango are like a whole different category. There were so many issues including unprofessionalism, rudeness, sarcasm, promising one thing and then withdrawing this offer after acceptance, no continuity with who you are dealing with to name but a few. I can't imagine what the customer service team actually do to be honest, it seems they would be better not to have anyone employed in that department at all, because I'd have been less annoyed if that had just left me with my damaged purchases. I can imagine the culture being simply toxic and would not want to hire someone who worked here in the past.
Below is their correspondence with me following a previous email where they offered me a discount off a future purchase, I replied his would be fine on the same day but they send me on a further email to say that they no longer offer this sort of service (4 days later-company policy must change based on their mood on any given day)

The Mango costumer service is the worst that I ever experienced. When I purchased the items site has 40% discount but I got charged more by error, and never received a reasonable explanation.
I had ordered stuff worth Rs 31,500 from Mango, Spain in November 2021 for my winter vacation starting January. First of all, the parcel did not arrive in time and there was no way to track the delivery time, it kept showing dispatched on the online portal till the date I left which is Dec 31,2021. Finally the stuff came on 8th January 2022 but funnily the app still showed dispatched. I struggled to locate the return request on the website but finally managed to do it as I had finished my vacation and I did not need those jackets anymore (the return validity is 60 days from delivery). The Delhivery person came based on my return request but refused to pick up the parcel as it was too big to be carried on a two wheeler (the company should have informed the Delhivery guys accordingly), he sad someone else will come and pick up in a van, this was around January 22,2022. However, that someone never turned up and after waiting for more than a week, I mailed Mango and told them that, if I do not receive a favourable response, I will put the whole incident up on my social media and bang, I got a response but wonder what, now they are telling me they did not receive my return request... seriously! If that be so, how come the Delhivery person was on my door step with an AWB pick up number **************. Thankfully, I had their confirmation mail of my return request which now I have mailed them again and awaiting their response. Guess what, the potal still shows my order as dispatched! Voila!

Meaning they do not want to be traced! Be wise. Take a picture of every single one of them. DO NOT CLICK THE LINKS THEY SEND TO YOU, THEY ARE TRYING HACK YOU!

Ordered a jacket, said it was being prepared and then a day later said it got cancelled and that refund and exchange time has expired. Lost 100€ that were never given back to me.
I called on August 24 regarding my return and refund the agent that answered was rude arrogant and unprofessional he was confrontational I asked him can he please share with me the last four digits of the account that was refunded he said if you don't know why would I want to give you that information this is mango I said well excuse me he said I cannot give you that information I said I gave you my address I gave you my email I gave you the items that I returned the order number why would you not give me what I'm asking you when you know that I am who I say I am this is mango I said OK well I guess I'll be writing a bad review. I really love the design of your clothes really. But the quality of your clothes is just awful. No wonder you have so many dissatisfied customers and as a result negative comments.
Overall MANGO is the worst.
Long story short, I order a fews item, paid extra to have them arrive early and they did not. I went online to check my status not only had my items not been shipped yet, they had been marked down significantly.
I was hoping to be refunded the price difference or cancel my order. When I called the woman I spoke was insanely rude and unhelpful. She was talking in circles about protocol and my order could not be canceled or the price be adjusted. I asked to speak with someone who could be more helpful and more friendly. She refused to transfer me and then hung up.
I called back and spoke with a man who provided the same level of customer service. Both representatives contradicted what the other had explained as "protocol" and refused to refund my order.
I find it appalling that a company would treat any customer this way. I emailed customer service with a clear outline of what had happened and no one responded.
Save yourself the trouble and do not order from them. Not only will your items arrive weeks later than promised you are supporting a company who has ZERO customer service

Mango launched a sale yesterday on their South African site. When we all logged.
Everyone clicked away and checked out, got the confirmation of the order. But then info started leaking that Mango Spain HQ made a mistake on their side. With no feedback and public apology from Mango clothing, the next day all South African female Mango clothing consumers received a mail:
"We are contacting you with regard to your order ****** placed in our mango.com, online store. We regret to inform you that your order could not be processed and that we had to cancel it. We advise you to check all the details provided when you placed your order and to try and place the order again at Mango.com. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
This is the worst response for the mistake made on their part. The consumer was not aware of the mistake, even worst they were never informed about the mistake. It was live on the site for over 5hours! No info banners to let us know it's a mistake, no emails after we received our confirmation mails.
If we had to the option to reply to their embarrassing cancellation mail, we would all probably say that we are actually happy with the info provided and we are happy with the order, and that they should be go ahead and fulfill the order.
They gave no reason for cancelling the order and implicated that the consumer is to blame.
