“Stylish apparel”

I heard of this brand, heard of their clothes and it seems to be quite fashionable. I recently decided to quickly get acquainted with new collections to understand whether these clothes really suited modern trends in fashion and yeah it was like that. I filled the cart with some trousers, t-shirts and other stuff and issued an order. It was delivered with a slight delays, but I received apologizes for the delay and that is ok. So, I can advise to shop here if one needs stylish apparel.

After finally deciding what I wanted to buy, I went to checkout and tried placing an order AT LEAST 20 TIMES, but it doesn't work… just keeps rerouting to the main page. How are they going to make money when they won't allow potential customers to place orders?

They never ship when they promise too and when you call to cancel... sorry we can't cancel your order! I suggest you save your money!

MY ORDER WAS CHARGE TWICE, I CANCEL ONE OF THE ORDERS AND I SAW BOTH OF THEM WAS SHIPPED.CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERICE AND THERE WAS NO HELP. I WOULD NOT ORDERED FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN

I implore you to not buy online from this retailer! I was a first time customer and I read a ton of horrible reviews about their customer service but I ignored it and took a chance. Not a mistake I will make again. I placed an order on 10/10/20. On 10/16/20 my tracking showed that my package was delivered but there was nothing at my door. I contacted USPS who let me know that the postal worker had marked it delivered then realized he was at the wrong address and then marked it undelivered and that my package was being resent to the sender (mango). All myself and mango.com reps could see was that it was delivered as all other details are only viewable by the postal service. USPS immediately admitted fault and told me to go ahead and make a claim. Unfortunately there was only $50 worth of insurance and my package was worth $250 so I didn't want to go that route. I explained this to many mango reps but they just kept saying that since it was showing as delivered on their end there was nothing they could do. They also said they would keep in touch throughout the process via email every time I spoke to them (over 20 times at this point) but have yet to receive any emails from them. I decided to just file a claim with my credit card since mango was of no help (and I had proof from USPS that the package was being resent to the sender from USPS). Once the credit card company reached out to mango I received an email from mango on 11/07/20 saying my return was being accepted and that I would be receiving an refund to my original form of payment. Now 16 days later and 3 more phone calls later I have still yet to receive a refund. On my last phone call on 11/23/20 I was told it should "hopefully" be refunded by 11/27/20 and that the credit card dispute has complicated the process. If they would have just handled this correctly in the first place there wouldn't have been a dispute. I am beginning to feel like this could go on forever and I am not hopeful it will ever be resolved. I really think the return process is a scam. Has anyone ever been successfully refunded? I can't be the only one this has happened to. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have been charged 2 for postage. ( 2.99 when a have received the package and 7.99 when I sent it back). Never again

Awful, awful, awful. Avoid! There is no reason to do business or give money who won't respond to issue. A joke of a company.

I had the bad luck to shop online and wanted to return the items (wrong size they came in bigger size that the other Spanish brands). I should have been suspected that something is wrong with them as they charge you when you return back their products. I paid 3,5 euros to return them with speedex and delivered them promptly. That happened on January 21st, 2019. The amount of the order was 46euros. I called at the local customer service in Greece to ensure the good receipt of my package and inquire about the return of my money (a credit to my visa account). They said that they were going to forward the package to Spain and they should pay me back. They reassured me that the hole process would not exceed 10 working days. I have called them repeatedly and still until today 15 of February, 2019, they haven't credited the amount. I am also facing an issue with my visa balance, I communicated with my bank and disputed the transaction. In few words: STAY AWAY FROM SHOPPING ONLINE THEY ARE FRAUDS AND PROVIDE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Shipping can be very slow at Mango. I ordered one dress from Mango, it says will ship in 10-18 business days. It finally shipped out on the 18th business day. And Mango use Fedex Smartpost. So USPS will do the final delivery, but Fedex Smartpost is SUPER SLOW. Why not just use USPS or just use regular Fedex or UPS? I dislike Smartpost. Mango shipped out on the 18th business day, and Fedex Smartpost took another whole week to deliver. So I didn't receive the item for nearly 4 weeks. I have NEVER experienced online order took that long until I shop at Mango.
So when I order from Mango again, if I see it says " will be ready to ship in 10-18 business days", I usually will reconsider my decision to order. Because I just worried it will take another 3 to 4 weeks to receive my order.
Quality is not that great either. The sizing of their clothes is not consistent. It is either super small, or super big, or super sloppy. I mainly shop for work clothes, and a lot of Mango's work clothes is NOT petite friendly. Dresses are pass the knee, pant are super long, and sleeves can run long as well. And quality is really bad. I got one shirt that the stitching already falls apart, and I haven't even try it yet. Mango offers tons of super thin material dresses that sometime you can't tell from the picture online. But once you receive it, you will be disappointed.
I returned my online order's twice. Both time were fine. It was smooth, pretty quick. I have no issues with return service. But, it is not free. They did deduct return fee from me.
I've been shopping at Mango for two and half years, I can say ONLY ONE item that I own from Mango is good enough. It was a sweater dress. The rest of them is just garbage.

I am buying online clothes from Mango and their Mango outlet since 2017 and Mango became my favorite online shop. The site is very user frendly, with detailed pictures and size indication WITH THE LENGHT of the item, which is quite important for me. The most of the clothes wich I am choosing are for office work and they are on up to date fashion, well tailored, no ajustments needed and the fabrics are durable and the most important - on very good prices. My son's transportation is usually his bike, so I give 10 from 10 to their chinos! I also both some men underwear, quite satisfactory. The delivering packets are strong cartoon, every item is absolutely clean, untouched and placed in a plastic sealed bag, the bottoms are coming in a suite plastic protector and a hanger, inside there are the voucher and the return adress if you want to use it. And the "THANKS " for shopping from them, which I did not received from much more expensive online boutique. Last, I am using three different delivering adresses - one to Greece and two to Bulgaria and the services were all the time acurate. And yes, I did use the return, without any problem. Mango is saving me from lots of troubles, time and money, so here is my top rated review and I hope I was on a help.

I can't even begin to describe my frustration with this joke of a company. I have never written one of these reviews before but had to come here to see if I was alone in this situation or if others have had similar awful experiences. Clearly I am not alone. I ordered $350 worth of clothing online. After about a week and no email confirmation, I began to wonder about the order and called customer service. Although they CHARGED me $350, they said my order never actually processed so I was never going to receive anything. They claimed "internet fluke." The rep sent me the item numbers via email if I wanted to try to re-order. He was friendly but very flippant--not apologetic. Unfortunately about half my order was now sold out and as this left me feeling a bit distrusting, I didn't want to spend my money here. I then receive an email that several of the items still available would be shipping and I was only receiving partial refund. This was frustrating as I was told this was done with. I was already disappointed and really didn't appreciate being told I was getting a full refund only to then be told I'd get some, because now they plan to ship a few things. I called again and asked to get a legitimate update since clearly there was miscommunication. I also emailed them and expressed the frustration. The reps are never the same--I received a response from good old "Pier," who told me that I can't go and "make changes once an order is placed" and that I should read their policy. UH WHAT? They messed up and charged me $350 for something they never were going to send, I bring light to it, am told no order and a full refund coming, THEY change the status with ZERO notification again, and then tell me it's my fault for "changing" the order which I never even had access to? He then goes ahead and BLOCKS the order from being delivered altogether. I never said STOP it in TRANSIT. I just had wanted it to cancel as I was told it would. Since it was too late, I would have appreciated at least seeing the items but this rep just cancelled it without my consent. I then get an email they "regret to inform me" that the items "cannot be delivered" and will be sent back to their warehouse. WTF! My lord I hate this company. I am still owed $250... no follow up, no apology. Just a "we are very sorry" would have gone a long way. NEVER EVER shopping here again.

I wish I checked these online reviews prior to making an online order. I have always been a fan of Mango and never had any complaints about the quality of clothing received. This of course was when I did in-store shopping. I placed an online order for a wedding I was attending and did not notice that I had an old delivery address stored. I contacted both Mango and the shipping company, On Trac, prior to the delivery of the package to make the address change. The Mango rep I spoke to claimed to have requested the address change with the shipping company. I also contacted On Trac to make sure I had all sides covered. On Trac created a case and said they have to wait for approval from Mango for the address change. The next day, I still did not receive any confirmation email from Mango and decided to call for the second time. This second agent, Catherine, then tells me they cannot change the shipping address. Not only that, there was no supervisor for me to speak to and to take it a step further, she would not give me another phone#, email address or anything for me to reach out to a supervisor. WOW. She said the package would be returned and I would need to reorder everything. As upset as I was, I placed another order due to my time constraints - wedding and all. Today, I see that although I did allll of this, the PACKAGE WAS STILL DELIVERED TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS! HOW? I spoke to another Mango agent today who was just as unhelpful as the first two. What is boils down to is, the address not only could not be changed, but I am still responsible to pay for a package I never received. How this company can continue to operate like this is beyond me. I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM MANGO AGAIN. Excuse me while I go take a 2 hr trip to an old address to find my $500 package.

Tip for consumers:
Sad that due to the poor customer service I will be shopping elsewhere.

Terrível! Comprei um casaco, veio estragado, pedi uma solução, demoraram imenso a responder, compus o casaco às minhas custas, pedi a devolução ao menos desse valor (30 em 99 da compra) e não deram.

A julgar pelos comentários aqui, a Mango.com claramente é uma empresa pouco credível e com suporte ao cliente terrível.
