I heard of this brand, heard of their clothes and it seems to be quite fashionable. I recently decided to quickly get acquainted with new collections to understand whether these clothes really suited modern trends in fashion and yeah it was like that. I filled the cart with some trousers, t-shirts and other stuff and issued an order. It was delivered with a slight delays, but I received apologizes for the delay and that is ok. So, I can advise to shop here if one needs stylish apparel.
After finally deciding what I wanted to buy, I went to checkout and tried placing an order AT LEAST 20 TIMES, but it doesn't work… just keeps rerouting to the main page. How are they going to make money when they won't allow potential customers to place orders?
I did not get my order. It's been over a month now. I wrote the custumer service several times, but they did not even answer me. My advice is never pay before you get your order! Never again!
I wish I can rate this company a zero! This was my first time ever ordering from them which ended up being my last! I got my jacket but was missing a belt... Really! Instead of shipping me a belt they said ship the whole order, they said they will ship me a new one couple days later I called just to make sure but found out they never did anything, the lady she will order a new one to ship it again to my house next day I got a email saying they cancelled it because its not in stock WTF its been in stock for so long, I check the website its still in stock! I called again they said I have to buy another one, I got it on sale, they said they cant honor the price... DONT $#*!ING ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Ordered two pair of identical trousers (Dublin) on sale and they arrived with the security tags attached. Ummmm. Okay! Advised by customer 'service' to return them and explicitly stated I did not want the pants returned/credited, but instead to have the tags removed and sent back to me. Assured that would happen. Sent them back with GIANT note stating: do not return to stock/credit, MAIL BACK TO ME after removing tags. Just received an email saying the 'defective' items were credited back to my account. WHo cannot read? Who cannot follow instructions. Customer service (in Spain) basically useless and reading from their corporate 'script'... SO if I want the same pants I need to re-order them but now for the regular, NOT SALE price... Is this a scam to get people to pay more. DO they claim great sales, $#*! up everyone's orders, and then say, 'now sale is over, but you can 're-order' for regular price'. I asked them to please supply me with same pants, but because of their mistake they should 'comp' the new pants. Same cost to me, but comp the difference. So now I've paid $100 more just to have the EXACT SAME pants returned to me. Am I a sucker? THey claim they will contact the supervisor for compensatory action. FAT CHANCE. I have a plan though...

I placed an order since 6 days and regarding their website there is a link should lead me to their courier website with the shipment number to follow up on that shipment however the link for the first 3 days wasn't working then after sending many emails they sent to me a link but when I clicked on that link it alway gave me failure and the shipment doesn't exist when I emailed the courier they replied that they didn't receive any thing and I should contact the seller (mango) and when I returned back to mango they sent to me the same email with the same link which lead me to the same result and till now I don't know any thing about my paid order!
Tried shopping online but it always say payment is not processed even if I've tried several types of payment and I know for a fact that it's not a problem with my credit card. Tried it for about 3 days thinking there was just technical problem with the site... but to no avail. So I called customer service to order over the phone. Waits for more than 10 minutes then it sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung it up! Tried again, this time at night at 7:45pm as the website says customer service hours is till 8pm. Waited till 8pm because the prompt says to hold for the next available representative. Same thing happened, phone rang, got picked up and hung it up! That was 8:02. I called again and of course... the prompt now says, they are closed and to call back during their business hours!
I was putting in an order and that was the option I selected over the phone. And yet they couldn't even accommodate it... it's business, it's sales for them! Now imagine if you are having a real issue and selects the phone option other than new order... go figure!
I placed an order over a month ago. Several hours after placing the order, I received an email notifying me that the order is ready to shipped with tracking number. Since then, the tracking number kept showing that the order is ready to shipped, meaning it never actually was shipped. I called the Customer Service a week after getting the tracking number to find out what happened. A lady told me that my order was still at the their distribution because someone forget to ship. She sent a message to the manager there to process my order.
A week passed by, nothing happened. The tracking number was still showing that my order is ready to ship. I called Customer Service again and was told that same story with a promise that my order would be processed soon.
A week later, I sent an email with all the detail of my order number and tracking number, and requested my order to be cancelled because I had no hope that my order would ever get shipped. They emailed me back saying that they cannot cancel my order now because it was processed by a completely automated system. The only thing I could do is to request a refund or exchange. How am I supposed to request refund or exchange when I never get the order?
It is not to mentioned that they took the money immediately after I placed the order.
Lesson learned, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM! If you keep reading reviews online, you will see that this has happened to a lot of people, not just me.

The worst fashion store online! I ordered over a month ago. After 10days I sent a request asking where the order was... Ha! They blamed COVID however I ordered from the GAP and H&M and got my orders in less than 5 days( mango online offered the same thing delivery within 5 days) however, they contacted me to send them a copy of my passport because the delivery company couldn't find me or my address. I am an avid online shopper with over 12 years of buying online. I have been having an issue with Mango that I've reported NUMEROUS times to customer service. I make an online purchase and when I get the shipping confirmation suddenly my order is shipping to a completely different address. My address is totally correct on my end and through some glitch in their system my order is suddenly shipping to a completely different person. When I call to report it they contact their shipping company and request a return to sender and its gets delivered anyway. I called Mango and they are unwilling to refund me because "IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM". I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent refused and then told me to just go steal the package off someone's porch. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! There is a very long history of me documenting this glitch with my packages going to the wrong address, I called and told them it was going to the wrong address, they couldn't cancel the order and apparently couldn't return it to sender. So now I'm out the $$ and I'm returning everything else I've purchased from them because I will not deal with a retailer who's best solution to a customers issue is to tell the customer to go steal it. DO NOT BUY *******@MANGO
I placed an order on the evening of 8/12/23 through my Mango account and put it under my current address (which is my "default address" in my account) and their system changed the shipping address to an old address that I had 3 years ago. I noticed right away and submitted a form through Mango.com asking if my address could be changed. The next day I hadn't received a response so I called customer service. I was told by a man that he could not change my address but could cancel my order. I agreed to this and said I'd repurchase with my correct address. He told me that he was able to cancel by order and that I'd receive confirmation in an hour or so as well as a refund in a few business days. Immediately after hanging up I received an email from OnTrac with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number saying that my order would be shipped on 8/17/23 (4 days away). So I called back an hour later and spoke with a woman who told me that I misunderstood the first call and that my order was packaged up and ready to be sent so they could not cancel the order. I asked her why I was lied to and she told me that there was a mistake. They did nothing to help. I called an hour later and went through the automated person on the phone to see if my cancellation request was still present and they had denied it. My tracking number says that the package has not been processed or received and it says that it was be shipped in a few days. I went searching more info about this business and come to find out their reviews are awful because of their poor customer service and unethical practices. I have no idea what I will do because I'm not able to get the package at my old address. Mango was absolutely no help and they strung me along. I they need to make this right!

I ordered in August of 2019 and I still have never received my order. I emailed them numerous times and they just won't reply.
Honestly the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I ordered some trousers on 6th Jan as I needed them by 11th so when I selected 2-4 days shipping I thought this would be sufficient. It's now 16th Jan, and despite having an order confirmation email saying they had been shipped on 8th, they are still not here. I have emailed customer service about 5 times and they never reply. I phoned them on Friday 11th asking for an update as the courier tracking is still saying the courier is yet to receive the item from MANGO, and they said I need to wait and they would look into it and would contact me. I have heard nothing from them, and phoned today and they said they still don't know what's going on. I demanded a refund, and they keep saying I need to wait until they have found out what's happened. I asked for a time frame as it has taken them a week to contact Hermes and find out what's happening, and they say they don't know. Incredibly frustrating. I contacted Hermes myself and had an answer straight away saying MANGO hasn't given them the item and it hasn't left heir warehouse. How is it that I can find this out straight away and it's taken MANGO a week, and they still can't give me an answer!?
I should not be having to do this! I will never shop here again. And I don't know how this business will survive much longer if they treat customers like this!
