If my private area could talk it would being saying Hallelujah. Because it was always getting nicked and cut by previous trimmers. But the lawn mower is awesome no nicks or cuts and leaves a slick clean shave as well. Highly recommend this to any man who wants to stay well groomed.
I bought the version 4 model. Only use it 3-4 times and the damn thing will not turn on. When I first received the item and fully charged it, it works. The second time when I try to use it, it will not turn on. I shaked it and tab the shaver against my hand and was able to turn it on. After the third time same issue will not turn on. I repeat the same method shaking it and tab it against my hand. No luck this time. Dead fish in the water. What a freaking waste of money on product that do not last one year!

I'm giving it a one because they don't have a zero this product is a waste of money and it's the second one I buy within a year and a half in it broke. I called the company and they don't want to replace it so don't waste your money like I did.

I have purchased 3 products by Manscaped and all 3 kicked the bucket just after the warranty expired. My recent casualty, the Beard Hedger. Shows a full charge and a good, long charge and will not turn on, despite the battery meter showing full. I won't even bother reporting this one to their customer service team, as I was told "tough luck" regarding my previous 2 shavers. Stay away from this company unless you want to buy a new one every year.

Who in their right mind would hand their money over to these goons? What kind of idea of "manhood" are you trying to perpetuate? This is a joke! Yeah, I want to look like a pre-pubescent child because that's actually what I am, an invalid. And the women I seek? Also lacking. If you're supporting these goons, consider yourself an actual twat... you also probably wished you had one too.
Incredibly fraudulent company. Sent my package back without even opening it and it has been almost two months and no sign of a refund. They say they have organised it but nothing on my bank account. Don't be fooled by their heavy advertising being shoved in your face - it's all BS. "We suggest contacting your financial institution" - provide evidence that you handled the refund first. Absolute trash.

My product died in 7 months. There is a reason their warranty lasts only 90 days. What a terrible waste of money! Steer clear! You are better off with a broken brand that this worthless piece of junk!

I did receive my order on Saturday. It would have been helpful for someone to respond, or even to set the expectation that it was going to be delivered USPS.
I pleased that it has arrived, however, having a lack of communication and customer service is horrible when things do not work, or expectations are unclear.
I will update once I have used the trimmer.

I have placed an order, paid, then never received anything regarding the deliver of my device. I have gotten onto their website after a bit of aggravation, resetting passwords with my email, then coming to find that I had not registered. (Yeah, I had a hand in that irritation.) Now the website says my device is delivered. I emailed immediately. I looked for a number. Called. Laughable "service" line which says go to the website. No response. No trimmer. No nothing. I hope the product is ridiculous, because this is the worst service I believe I have ever experienced.

Tried to contact them through email and contact form and have always had to follow up before getting a response. Which is a stock, "shipping is taking longer than anticipated...". The last update to tracking number was Mar 25 and it's now May 9. Nothing is taking that long! Good ad campaign but I'm starting to wonder if there is actually a product...

Purchased product that nicked me the 1st time I used it. Decided product was not worth using. Attempted several times to contact them to no avail. They do not respond to messages left at their 800 # and to no answer letters sent via email. I gave up after sometime until they charged my card again for replacement blades. Again no response to repeated calls and emails. The only resolution was to file a dispute with my credit union. Fortunately they have guaranteed a refund of the charges and further debits from my account without having a new card reissued. I hope others who may be unhappy can do the same. Shame on you and your customer service business model. Poor form! I would certainly give you less stars if it were possible.

I'd recommend Manscaped products to just about anyone has masculine hygiene requirements. I get complemented on the scent of these products more than I have using any other brand. Now if only they had an armpit deodorant then the set would be complete!
A week after I ordered can not get shipping information. Emails and questions on the customer support page gets a canned response.

I have no issue with the product ordered which is why it got one star. They lost 4 stars by debiting my account more money and sending me product I had not requested or, to my knowledge, subscribed to.
When contacted in relation to this, they acknowledged they would stop all future debits! Already more expensive than what can be purchased at Shaver Shop plus they try locking you in for product you do not want. Plus their jocks are the most uncomfortable I've ever worn. Never again!

I bought the Lawn Mower 3.0 for my brother as that is what he requested I get him for Christmas...
Navigating the site, the upsells, confusion of what I was purchasing, and then the password reset not working plus an issue with shipping that may or may not have been their fault all ads up to a 1-star review from me.
I wish I could leave this on a more prominent platform but they have disabled reviews almost everywhere to hide how poor their company actually is.

Bought the perfect package, saw the small text and made sure not to get scammed into the perfect hygiene plan. That was a little fishy. Order was delayed, that's okay stuff happens. The package arrives and they didn't include the charger or the trimmer heads. I'm currently requesting a refund after the first day of owning it.
EDIT: Went through the return process, paid to have it shipped back. And I have still not received the money over 3 months later. May be taking legal action.
Final Update: They finally returned the money after a short back and forth with their help service through email, and a casual threat of a bank dispute!

I really wanted to like this product but after about a couple of months it is an average product. Beware, you can cut yourself so stay away from loose skin. Not much fun. Not a fan of having to purchase replacement blades, doesn't seem right.

Additionally, there is no requirement to purchase additional blades. We have a program that allows you to receive new blades every three month (which we recommend to keep your razor like new).

I like the product but their "replenish" process is shady. They emailed saying they are replenishing my products. I had not signed up. Their comment back was if you don't choose an option they will put you on the 3 month replenish program.
This turned me off. I love their advertising and like their product but I felt taken advantage of.

I bought the basic manscaped trimmer 9 months ago, followed all the instructions, and now it'll only operate for about 10 seconds before it shuts itself off. The company only warranties this product for 90 days. 90. Days. Any product that costs near $100 should have at least a one year warranty. If I wanted something that wouldn't last a year I could have just bought the cheap Chinese crap off of Amazon for $25.
02 may 2023; customer service responded to my complaint by sending me a new trimmer, but warranty is still dead and they made sure to comment that I'm only eligible for the one time replacement, so if this one does the same thing, I'm just SOL. It would be a 5 stars if it still wouldn't be cheaper to just buy a Chinese piece of crap from Amazon for literally a 3rd of the cost every 6 months.
