I ordered The Performance Package 3.0 on July 15th, and it is still in processing, how it takes that long to process an order? I write to the contact support and they do not respond anything.

Worst experience ordering something online by far. Most likely when I get a response they will say that is COVID-19 fault... But honestly, how can take more than 15 days to just processing an order, or more than 3 days to answer an email...

I bought this for my boyfriend as a gift and he loves it! He was using the old school method and it was not pretty lol He uses ALL of the tools to keep up with looking sharp as well as feeling better! I personally love the deodorant that comes with the kit! Highly recommend for any man!

The lawnmower 3.0 is the best razor I've ever used, and ontop of that the customer support was extremely helpful with diagnosing an issue I ran into with it after having used it for quite a while. After walking me through the issue with the razor they were kind enough to send me a new one free of charge for good measure.

The product isn't for me since it isn't that great of a shave so I tried to get a return process going through email.
I've been trying to get a return going for over 2 weeks now but I have only received one response after my second email to their support team. I've sent multiple emails to follow up but I still have not received a response. I've also reached out on social media with no response.
Not quite sure why this is the case as the holiday season is over.

I honestly don't think I've ever been more disappointed in my life. I received it today thinking it wouldn't mutilate my sack but nah, half way through it looked like my balls were in a Saw movie between the blood and constantly feeling the pulling of my pubes. I'd stick with a normal Gillette razor. Their huge advertisement scheme is a load of crap. Worst purchase I've ever made in my life.

I've been looking at the ad to buy this for months. I was hesitant to buy it not sure it was going to work as well as they said … then one day I went ahead and ordered it … To my surprise it does everything they say it does. No nick no bumps just the best smooth shave ever. I also love the fact I can use it in the shower….

I bought the 3.0 Package as a gift for husband... he absolutely LOVE IT! Something just for men! The body products smell amazing and perfect for men AND the clippers are nice quality! We will definitely be purchasing more!

I purchased this item for my boyfriend for Christmas. He was actually surprised for a change and loves it! He tells me that proper grooming increases sensitivity and you should always have the right tools for the job. Winning!

I ve purchased almost all of there products and lovr them all. I have had so many compliments from random women on how great i smell with the cologne. Ball saver works awesome as i work construction. The underwear are amazing its like wearing nothing. Like i said great products recommend to everyone. Well worth the money.

Manscaped has a great selection of excellent products for male grooming. I have used several of their products and have really liked them. Especially great items include their clear shave gel and ball toner spray. The shipping and communication were great and I look forward to buying Manscaped products when my current stash runs out.

Bought Manscaped 4.0 at Target 10/17/2021. Tuesday morning (7/12/2022) was my last shave. I finished up, put it on the charger, and the next day when I went to fix a small spot I missed, it only ran for about 1 second then stopped. I thought maybe it didn't charge so I put it on the charger and watched the lights to make sure it was charging up. Next day I tried again. Same result. The warranty on the product is 90 days! What?!? I paid about $90 for a trimmer to last only 90 days?!? If you're a Target customer who uses their red card Target will take it back for 120 days. How is it that the retailer will take the product back longer than the manufacturer. Pathetic Manscaped!

I was good to this trimmer too. I only used it about 1-2 times per week, I kept it very clean, never dropped it, etc.

I have been using this razor for about 2 weeks and have little problem with using it. One must always be careful when trimming around ones jewels. I have had a couple of nicks, but not from a hardware problem. I have problems with my sight, because of my age, so seeing upclose is hard to do. I have been able to get a mostly close shave. Love the lotion that comes with the maintenance plan.

I have been in the business of keeping my boys clean for the ladies since I joined the Army in 1995. That's a lot of years of mirrors, razors and weird bending and praying. I was saying for years we need a product like this and the 3.0 did not disappoint. My wife loves it so much, for her use too. We're getting her one as well. Words I would use to describe this product. Safe, effective, and high quality products. I really enjoy the close shave without getting cut. The ball toner and deodorant work as intended and smell very manly. Not some pugnant overbearing smell.

One of my sons bought his brother a lawnmower 2.0 last year for Christmas. I saw it and had to have one. The 3.0 came out right before I bought myself one alone with the weed Wacker, boxers, lotions and shears. I love them all. I bought the shears as adult stocking staffers this year. They were a hit. Quality is great. No one has had any negative issues with any products. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Everything that the package came with worked great, from the trimmer itself to the disposable shave mats. I love this thing it has made my life so much easier and overall my self confidence is higher then it ever has been with the help of this package and I highly recommend anyone get this thing, its awesome!

I recently ordered the performance package, which comes with many quality items. Originally I only ordered the Crop Preserver (the best on the market), the bag and boxers were added and both are very well made. I have only used the Lawn Mower once but was pleased with its performance and really like the waterproof build. Would recommend Manscaped products to anyone looking for a hygienic and trimmed look.

I want to be upfront first and say that I typically love this company and will still recommend their products. However, when my lawnmower 3.0 just stopped working, I emailed in for tips or a replacement, they said to charge it and it's out of warranty so no replacement will be sent. They did give me a discount code to use for a newer model. I purchased the newer model and waited about 3 weeks for it to come in. While I was waiting the old lawnmower 3.0 (still not working even after troubleshooting) randomly turned on at 2am waking me in a panic. On top of that it WASNT TURNING OFF. I quickly put it on the charging mount and it turned off but after being off the charging mount for 5 mins it happened again! I emailed them again for more troubleshooting and they said to let it drain its battery. I thought that to be an unsafe resolve, and now throwing it out is also unsafe as a wireless hair trimmer could randomly turn on in the garbage can, heating up and cutting into anything near by.

Now as my new lawnmower 5.0 arrive the packaging was done so lazily it gave me the motivation to leave this review. Again, I still like this product even after this, but the lack of consideration to safety and the customers experience is severally lacking. It's disappointing.

Great razor does a fantastic job.
This thing does a great job on my man parts love the guild halps get a nice shave and you feel comfortable knowing your not going to cut yourself.
The nose hair trimmer is amazing never felt a tug or anything.

I am a member of the thick and curly community. I had given up on neat, clean, groomed looks because of all the irritation afterwards, and during regrowth. I can not recommend the ENTIRE Manscaped line enough! The ball deodorant stops ALL after shave itch, razor bumps, and everything else. I've recommended their stuff to every man I know!
