John Varner in the Cypress store knew exactly what I needed. Even though I wanted a plush mattress, he had me get a firm for my body's aches and pains. He was spot on! Great price with the President's Day sale. John Varner is the BEST!
I ordered a mattress and an adjustable bed frame from Mattress Firm. The delivery was scheduled for the following week, and I was told that I would be contacted the day before with a delivery window time. Well, I was never contacted, so on my scheduled delivery day, I called customer service only to be informed that both items were out of stock at the warehouse and that they themselves were not aware of that until my call. Then, they proceeded to reschedule a delivery date without confirming it and with a twelve-hour delivery window on a Monday. I am NOT happy with their service period.
The people that delivered my mattress could not understand simple directions. The young gentleman put the mattress by my front door On my Front porch light. He could not understand simple directions on taking a mattress and putting one down so I pointed to him to take the mattress and leave. The store called me a racist and told me they would not do business with me anymore. I am far from a racist but I will say one thing if they can understand me enough to take my money they should be able to understand me enough to take a mattress and leave the new 1.
Dealt with rude sales people at the store. Went online and bought the mattress. It was set to be delivered. Took off work to be able to accept the delivery and the day came and no delivery. Went online and it showed it was delivered. We called the customer service who told us the mattress was on backorder and would not be there for another month. Set up the delivery window for 3-5 pm. Get a call at 11 that they are 20 minutes away. We rush to get home. An hour and a half they arrive.
We are now trying to exchange for a more expensive mattress after getting a horrible deal on our current one. We are told it I'll cost 350 charge.
A Wonderful and accomplished trip. I expected a dreadful and long day! Buying a mattress from Chi Chi at the Bowie, MD location was anything but! A very engaging and delightful salesperson. She knew her mattresses! Thanks to Chi Chi, my daughter is now a plush type mattress girl. Delivery was offered for the next day. But had to wait for until the 2nd day because of my schedule.
The Frio cooling mattress protector to have protection for warranty should not be sold. The material does not stay on this mattress. How is this suppose to protect mattress if it does not work as intended, Do not waste $169.99 for this protector it does not stay on the mattress always falls off when bed is used.
Trying to return my purchase that was paid with cash and upon my return they want 20 for restocking the product and has to send me a check for my purchase. What the hell I pay with cash and with a return I have to wait 7-10 days to get a check. This is bull$#*!

I purchased a Tuft and Needle brand pillow from Mattress Firm online. Tuft and Needle offers a 100 Night Free Trial.
I tried the pillow for one night, and didn't like it, so I took the pillow to a brick and mortal Mattress Firm store. They can't accept returns "from people's homes."
I called Mattress Firm; they do not offer customer service via phone. Two chats with virtual assistants indicated they will not accept any returns and won't honor Tuft and Needle's warranty.
I called Tuft and Needle. Because I purchased the pillow from Mattress Firm, Tuft and Needle will not give me a refund. They suggested I donate it.
I am stuck with a pillow I can't use, and have no way to get a refund.
Tuft and Needle should not offer their product through Mattress Firm if the company doesn't honor their 100 night warranty. Mattress Firm should honor the warranty or not sell the product.

Mattress Firms tablet thinks it knows better about what we want than we do. Weird that it directed us to the most popular and most expensive bed in the store, and it was terrible! Then when I called to talk to them about the lengthy awful sales process and they directed me to a feedback link! Talk about a company that doesn't give a shxt about what the customer wants. Good luck moving your expensive uncomfortable mattresses.

I brought a bed from mattress firm Kala was the hope me. The bed arrive all the parts wasn't here Kala came saw pieces wasn't went to his told her he put frame together after I sent pictures confirming pieces it took a month after the run away they give me. I do not recommend purchasing product from mattress firm.
The Manager of the Sequim Store, where I live, asked me if I wanted to purchase Smooth Waterproof Mattress Protector for the Queen size mattress I purchased. She made out the complete sale. She was aware that I did not purchase a 14 inch mattress, yet sold me the cover which I did not receive until the next day when the bed was delivered. I called to tell her to tell her I wanted to return it and she said that accessories were not returnable. I said it does not fit properly. She said it was not returnable. She knowingly sold me an item that did not fit the mattress I purchased! The cost was $50.00. The issue is not the money. It is the intentional deceit. Do not purchase anything from this store.

I had bought the most comfortable bed and got sheets and blankets and pillows to go with it. I got my bed before the bedding. I want happy about this. I called them and let them know my experience. They reimbursed me for the inconvenience and couldn't stop apologizing. They're an amazing sales group of people who work there.
Mattress Firm will make you spend hours in the purchase process, (like buying a car) and process your payment immediately, then fail in their follow thru on delivery. And, further they lost track of where my mattress is in their system, they just lost it. Then they will be unwilling to re-imbursement you the value of your wasted time and disappointment. They just don't seem to care.

First time not was support to drop off beds they said they showed up and waited 15 minutes no one answered the door that a lie three people was home then asked I live in a looked building or hearing problems no wrong building I don't live in a looked building then it was they don't have the mattress I order third time finally got them can didn't take the old bed frames because it's broke shame on them
If you are looking for a mattress, do yourself a huge favor and go with another company. The customer service is awful. My Mattress Firm salesperson was super while I was making my purchase, and then gave me the run around when I wanted to exchange (not a return). The salesperson at the store closest to my home did the same.
Save yourself the time and stress, and go with another matttess company.

Bought a cheaper bed from Mattress Firm. I have a hill in the middle of it. I have bought from them before and was happy at that time. Over a week ago they did honor their 120 day warranty. I bought a better bed. Delivery got all messed up and they said next week. Haven't heard a thing. Still sleeping on the hill. They advertise same day delivery. Not even a week for me. MONEY spent and no bed. All the phone numbers have same message and cant reach anyone. Store does not answer phone. Yes, if i get my bed i felt the custmer service in the store was good, but please answer the phone all the way from corporate to the store. Extremely frustrated and tired.
In December 2021 I purchased a Sleepy's mattress from Mattress Firm. After about 6 months, the side had broken down making the mattress lean to one side when on it making it impossible to sleep on. When I jumped through all the hoops to file a warranty claim, they said that because I am out of their "delivery area" that they won't cover the warranty. I was told to contact the manufacturer, which after being given the wrong information by Mattress firm, I finally fould it was made by MLily. I filed a claim with them, but mattresses purchased from associated retailers that they do not cover the warranty. I offered to drive the mattress to the store for replacement and they stated that the store doesn't handle returns. What kind of scam is Mattress firm running here? Buy your mattress ANYWHERE else except Mattress Firm. I am considering taking legal action at this point. What other choice do I have?

Said they would deliver and set up bed. When delivery came they sId they would not set the bed up. We called the store and they be by on Saturday to set up the bed. Waited all day Saturday, No show.
Called the store and they said they would be out on Wednesday. Bottom line I had company coming on Tuesday. Had to set it up myself.8
Mattress Firm does not honor their warranties! They do not replace your mattress. They give you a 'credit' and if prices have gone up- then you are out of luck or you have to pay even more! My mattress (Beautyrest) was covered under a 10 year warranty. It has only been 5 years and the matress sags more than 3 inches! There are huge lumps! Neither Simmons/Beautyrest nor Mattress Firm will honor the warranty. The 'credit' I was issued did not cover a mattress in the entire store!
Since I am having major surgery for kidney cancer I thought I was use the credit for a matress topper to be more comfortable. NOPE! Only good for a mattress! So basically- it is a coupon to get a new mattress yourself!

I specifically chose Mattress Firm because they advertised (even in their YouTube video that is sent to me after I placed my order) that delivery service included haul away. As I was checking out, there was no mention of an extra charge until after my order was complete. It's not until I'm tracking my order that I find out that my delivery says "contact-less" and my mattress would be left outside my door. When I contact customer service, I got an email that I would have to sign up for their gold membership. I wish I would have known that during check out. It's DECEPTIVE. I refuse to spend another dime. I'll spend the money on local options. By the way, the only part the good reviews. Next time, I'll go with a company that accredited with the BBB.
I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in March 2017 and since I was moving I left it in it's original packaging until we were all moved in. We had the mattress in the back bedroom until April 2017. As soon as we set the mattress up we immediately started to get bitten by something. We didn't know what it was until today when my finance saw what it was and it is bedbugs. Called Mattress Firm to put in a claim and was basically told that because it was purchased two months ago that it was basically something that we did and we don't own pets and I'm a neat freak. I have NEVER in life had bedbugs until I purchased this mattress. They won't exchange it or nothing so if would avoid Mattress Firm at all cost because you might get bedbugs and they won't help you out!
I purchased a mattress online at Mattress Firm. The transaction was easy. They were very helpful with the purchase. But thats where the customer service stopper. Twice they had to reschedule the delivery because the mattress wasn't in stock. Would have been good to know that before I spent the money. You can't actually call them and talk to a real person. You can only chat online. I tried to confirm the 3rd delivery and they said it was rescheduled again. I requested it to be cancelled. I was transferred to another person that said, it can't be cancelled because its scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. So if it shows up my some miracle I can reject the delivery and then it can be cancelled. Even though I was told it was reschedule for another week delay. The company is unprofessional. They only want to sell you something but if you have a problem they can't help. They can't even agree internally about the status of an order. Please do not do business with this company
We bought a $14,000 mattress set from based on a lie that if we did not like it we could return it for a refund or a new bed. Well we opted for the refund and they did not dive a refund and said that we should of rad the paperwork. This happened at the Covington Washington Store. The sales guys name was Collin. He is a liar and a cheat and will be a recipient if a lawsuit next week. Stay away from these people! This is a horablevand dish or able business.
I bought a mattress from Mattress Firm on May 25,2021. My mattress now has deep indentions. Filing a warranty claim online, case # *******, has been a hassle. I was never able to talk to a real person. My claim was rejected. They ignored the condition of the mattress and rejected the claim because they determined that my high quality Thomasville bed frame was inadequate. I wish I had read reviews on this company. I would never have walked into their store. I made a mistake!
I bought a $1500 adjustable base from Mattress Firm in north Myrtle Beach that has broken down 3 times. I keep having to call Leggitt who has the warranty. The bed broke down again and I called Mattress Firm and told them I want a new bed that works! They said to call Leggitt. They said they only handle the repairs and that I had to go to Mattress Firm to get a replacement. I went to the website and the chat person said I had to go to Leggitt! I bought the bed from Mattress Firm, not the warranty company. With the run around I'm convinced this is a scam organization that doesn't stand behind their product and doesn't care about the customer. They told me a bed made of 100% foam was only 60% foam. This is not good (healthwise) for me. They need to tell you the truth about the makeup of the bed so you can make an. Informed descion on whether or not you want a fully toxic foam bed. That is not fair that I was not informed correctly and therefore it could possibly have adverse effects on health. They are not transparent or honest in that way. Also, they talk about you with their manager on speaker phone and think they muted you but didn't. That is tacky & unprofessional.
In December, 2021, I purchased a queen mattress, box springs, 2 twin mattress, 2 box spring. The queen set was delivered December 9. The twin sets weren't to be delivered until December 19. As I was leaving for Florida on December 20, I decided to return the twin sets and buy them when I returned home in April. No one would be sleeping on the twin sets, and by the time I got home in April, my 30 day return would be up. So I went to the Lafayette Indiana store and told them I wanted to return the twin sets. Brian and Stephen were the 2 who helped me. Well, I don't know what they did, but I have yet to receive my credit of $1444. 56 for my mattress return. I have called numerous times, and they tell me they can't help me! Call Corporate they say. So I call the number they give me, and it will not let you talk to a person! I have had it with this group! It has been since Dec 7 and now is Jan 21 and I've seen no refund on my credit card! I now have a case #******* and I"m pending!
