John Varner in the Cypress store knew exactly what I needed. Even though I wanted a plush mattress, he had me get a firm for my body's aches and pains. He was spot on! Great price with the President's Day sale. John Varner is the BEST!
I ordered a mattress and an adjustable bed frame from Mattress Firm. The delivery was scheduled for the following week, and I was told that I would be contacted the day before with a delivery window time. Well, I was never contacted, so on my scheduled delivery day, I called customer service only to be informed that both items were out of stock at the warehouse and that they themselves were not aware of that until my call. Then, they proceeded to reschedule a delivery date without confirming it and with a twelve-hour delivery window on a Monday. I am NOT happy with their service period.
We have a mattress and box springs that we bought from Mattress Firm. While I was rotating the mattress as instructed, the stitching on the underside of the mattress broke and left a 6" gaping hole, When I called the warranty people, they want to charge me $25 to do a "self Inspection" or $50 if they come to do an "inspection" of my mattress. They also will charge $80 me to have them come and pick up our defective mattress. Of course, these charges were not explained to us when we purchased the set.
I purchased a queen size mattress from peru il store for 658.00 dollars well anyway after 6 months the material on the mattress starting sagging and the next morning when you woke up u had welts, on or body from the sagging material so I go in there store and show the my paperwork from the sale and they laughed at me saying I should of left that stupid tag that says do not remove under penalty of law cause that will cause u to get rejected from the warranty. I wonder why they dont tell u that put it I'm writing in the paperwork when you buy from them take a guess why? Anyway the majority of people take the tag off I should of went to Sherman's or don furniture so everyone out there stay away from $#*!ing mattress firm and the review I right on here there is many who had the same experience shame on you mattress firm for taking advantage of a elder preson
I'm one hour Luca in Biddeford ME got me a great deal on a guest bed for our home with delivery in a week. He was the best. We bought our king size bed from mattress firm last year and love it. I will always buy from them

Ordered a mattress online through Mattress Firm website. Asked if we wanted "Gold Service" service - they set up mattress and take away old mattress. We said yes. Mattress was shipped from manufacturer by FedEx. The day before we arrived we scheduled the service to set up and take away old one. All has to be done via chat. Can't speak to anyone. Said it was scheduled. When no one showed up, was told via chat they did not set up mattresses or take away when delivered by FedEx. Asked to speak to supervisor. Said it would take 48 hours. Asked what I should do. They said I could call Fed Ex and have them take it back. Still charged me $69 for Gold Service and I dragged the mattress up two flights from where FedEx dropped it - and have to figure out how to get the old one taken away. Will sell you things online and not deliver. Customer service does not exist - only chat with people who say different things.
I went in Mattress Firm at Marinette WI store with a terrible back ache. I spoke with the sales gal Alicia May and told her all my medical conditions and my financial situation. She directed me to two different mattress's to try laying on. Second one I tried was the perfect mattress for me! She filled out financial application for me, within 5 minutes I was approved and I was able to get a delivery 2 days later. I so much appreciated having a sales gal that knew what she was doing, had a great personality and was so efficient. I would highly recommend this store and ask for Alicia.
No one calls you back, and they are a rip off! Shop online for the same mattress from somewhere else! They try to give you a hard time about the price match gaurentee even if you're eligible so fight for it. Don't shop here.
I purchased a "Sleepy" queen size mattress, frame and box springs from Mattress Firm. It was fine when it was delivered. Within 3 months there was a huge dip in the middle of the mattress. It was more like a giant hole. I contacted Mattress Firm and they said file a Warranty Claim which includes sending pictures, etc.
They said that they could not do anything for me due to the fact the mattress was used. I have never heard of such a crazy thing. I have to go buy another mattress and I would stay away from this company.
I had a fabulous experience with John from the Colma Store. He made it a point to return my call even after closing and took the time to look up and get the information needed to fix my issue with my remote. He was friendly and understanding. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. It's been a very long time since I've gotten that level of service, Thank you John! 1#
My wife and I bought a pair of twin size purple mattresses on labor day. After 7 months the top on the mattresses are starting to separate and shift. I called the store and was directed to the purple website. My wife entered all the information for a warranty claim and talk to the manager at the mattress firm store and so far after 2 weeks of her nothing whatsoever. I would never go back to mattress firm ever again. I would definitely not recommend this store.
My son has been trying for a week to exchange the mattress. He got the darn mattress online never again. He can tell this is not a new mattress its broken in the middle. However if they communicate soon to exchange then I will change my review..
Purchased a mattress and an adjustable base. Took approximately a month to deliver item. The adjustable base stopped working a few weeks after delivery. Try to contact about return, we were only able to text a chatbot because live support is not available for purchase issues for Mattress Firm. The chatbot responded that they do not take returns on adjustable bases and must contact Serta for issues. The bed has been stuck in an upright position and still waiting on a technician to contact me for repair.

While we love the bed we purchased from mattress firm, we had to deal with a dishonest sales man. Make sure you go to a couple of Mattress Firms when buying a bed from them. We were shocked at the sales man, Jeremy's dishonesty.

I was scheduled to have a mattress delivered today and watched the delivery truck go to the wrong house. I double-checked my receipt to make sure I had not made an error in typing my address. My address was indeed correct and they went to the wrong house and drove away as I stood outside of my house waiting. The driver even looked at me as he drove away, and no one bothered to call me to check the address. To make matters worse, it is impossible to reach a customer service representative. When you call Mattress Firm, an automated message tells you all inquiries are handled through the online chat. When you go to the online chat, you get a robot and a message saying there are no available agents. So I am out $184, with no way to get a refund, sleeping on the floor. And I'm a single mom. I am furious and will absolutely never shop here again and I would not recommend Mattress Firm to my worst enemy.
I went to store w pictures of Mattress on sale tried what they had in store mason was very patient n I decided on the sale one on pic it looked like smooth top he agreed n was to be ultra plush when it came it was not very tight hard n tufted went to store spoke w mason he was very helpful took care of everything made my exchange n my new Mattress will be here soon if you need good advice n a helpful sales person go to mason

They remove nothing. There's no way to communicate with them via phone to resolve matters. They send you to an online chat. Overall the feeling is once they get your money, you are on your own. There are much better companies that can be dealt with. The extra money that you pay for setup means nothing.
I purchased a king size Sealy posturepedic mattress 5 years ago and after many trips to the chiropractor over the years we took a look at our bed due to the many body aches and lack of sleep. We notice the mattress has sagging and is not even. With a 20 year warranty we submitted a claim however Mattress Firm is stating that this is normal wear and will not offer us anything other than a coupon for 20% off.

Don't waste your money on a company that does not stand by their warranty policy. We are out of 1300.00+ dollars and they don't care.

I purchased a mattress from Mattress firm in the Richmond Indiana store, 1st delivery did not have the mattress, just box springs. 2nd delivery brought us a different mattress due to our purchased one was not available in warehouse, we were told this was an upgrade from what we purchased. We tried it for 30 days and hated it. They finally supposedly had the one we tried out and purchased. Was to be delivered on 07/22/23 between 3-6pm. Mattress still not delivered and have not heard anything from customer service or the warehouse regarding the delivery. With the cost of the purchase, I truly expected better service. Why are you selling mattresses you don't have in the warehouse? Very poor customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Very unhappy with the service. If I could get my money back and go somewhere else I would definitely have done it.

I was just going in to price mattress. Instead I ended up buying. Scott A. Was a wonderful salesman. Showed me what I was looking for in 3 different prices. Didn't push me to buy, took his time letting me lay on each bed to test them and was just so nice and friendly. It was like buying from a friend. Purchased xtra firm Queen mattress and it's awful can't be a new mattress has dips and sags in the mattress. Want refund all I'm getting is the run around sales person is Elissa on chat. I've been trying to reach her and it's been 2 weeks and she still hasn't returned my call. I want my $828.00 refund. Elissa popped up in chat on Gardner White website. I want a refund so I can purchase a real mattress. Entire sales Dept etc is a joke NEVER AGAIN!

I purchased a mattress and 6 months later it sank in the middle. I called and was told to file a claim and it was denied because they wanted pictures of different angles and underneath the mattress which was too heavy for me to pick up. I keep calling and complaining with no response. I eventually decided to just purchase another mattress from another store (Not Mattress Firm) Nectar Mattress which is awesome. When they came to deliver my new mattress. There was mold under the mattress from a hole. We looked inside and determined my mattress from Mattress Firm had been recycled. Disgusting, I was having respiratory problems and now I know why.
We brought a bed from queens creek arizona mattress firm and we love our king size bed the guy who helped us bryan I think that was his name was a big help and the delivery guys were outstanding very professional I forgot the names but it was 2 Latino guys. Our experience was amazing. Thank you mattress firm and the people who delivered it.
About 2 years ago i went to mattress firm to purchase 4 mattress and 2 boxes almost 4000 in purchase after getting the mattress didn't even sleep on it for like a months or so it started to dip and another of my mattress the same i did make a complaint but apparently warranty didn't cover because they where on the wrong bed frame i was very upset but at the time i was dealing with the lost of my dad and didn't go forward with the issue but at this point i still owe 2500 and i'm sleeping on a damage bed i want a different mattress thats all customers beware. This is not normal i had a mattress for 10 years before this one and its still in better condition then this they are selling damage product and then they want to go by there warranty yeah ok they know what they are doing and it's not fair don't be scammed don't waste your money.
