MaxSold

I have been to several Max Sold auctions. They are well organized and pickup is easy. I had a problem once and it was handled quickly and fairly. The signage is good and the people are great.

Good Experience

I would like to show my experience with MAXSOLD. I won a bid on an item, but when I picked the item, I discovered that it did not comply with the description on their site. I made a complaint and I was overwhelmed with their kind professional handling of the problem. I received an apology with a polite e-mail from Sandy Wighton (MaxSold) and even Nicole (MaxSold) helped me with filling the refund form. I will be a loyal client to MAXSOLD.

Denver Maxsold Supervisor Robert, has been caught saying rude remarks about my weight and sexual orientation. I have complained and nothing has been done.

So efficient and easy to access. I am so happy with this company overall. I have never done online auctions, this was my first time, and I will definitely be returning!

MaxSold is the best online auction site, and best yet, a couple days after the auction is over you can go pick up your "winnings", no shipping charge because you're the one picking up the items.

I love MaxSold. I have founds some items from mt childhood and love it. I always bid on the things that are harder to find and they never disappoint. Easy and I control what I pay!

I love having a chance to buy things that are well loved and cared for. I get great things for my house and sell what i dont need and make some extra money

Very good if you are just looking for random stuff that you may need at a low low price! Very thing is very clear, you bid and see if you won then go pick it up! Thats it!

My experience with Maxsold has been great all around. From an easy to use site to a simple pick-up process, I have had no issues in my experience with Maxsold.

I hired MaxSold to help me clean out my mom's large family home after she passed away. My brother and I went through the house and removed a good number of treasures we would be keeping, and were able to agree the items left were now 'stuff' to be sold. I think this realization was key and it enabled us to truly 'let go' of the items to be sold.
I found the crew to be professional and VERY good at what they do. The cataloging process was relatively simple and straight forward, and it was very interesting to learn the philosophy behind why they sort the way they do.
In the end, 80% of the goods in the house were sold, leaving only 20% for us to deal with. When we completely emptied the house (remember, with only 20% of the contents left) we still filled a single garage with donations for the Salvation Army AND filled a 20 yard dumpster. I cannot imagine what we would have done without this auction.
In the end the items were sold for $1500, and our take was just under $350 - for which I was immensely grateful. Not only did we save 80% our mom's items from going in the garbage, but we got paid for someone else to clean out the house. A complete win/win in my books.

I bid on a few lots at a few different auctions on MaxSold and one in has been bringing in money for me, as a reseller, for well over a year. I had the BEST experience at one sale in particular and I LOVE bidding and buying from this company!

Bought a high end Kitchenaid mixer for a great price! Mixer was in mint condition and I have been baking up a storm ever since! The crew is always great in pick up day! Always fun and a good deal!

First off, let me start off with a counter for some of the negative reviews for MaxSold on here. I am in no way affiliated to the company, or any of its employees, and am only leaving feedback because I have been using the site for the past 6 months or so and feel that its under-rated as such.

If you go into it with the mindset that its for 2nd hand, and used items, then you're off to a good start. It's similar to that end to eBay and other 2nd hand auction sites, with the exception that the items are as is. If you understand that "as is" means that you may get an item that is stuffy or mildew smelling not usually listed in the brief descriptions, but understandable if you think that many of these items have been in storage for decades, and even in basements), or may have blemishes and imperfections (of course listed in the descriptions), then you're more than likely not going to be negatively surprised.

I have found many great bargains on some of the less flashy items for sale, as most people on the site either don't know the value of some of the items, or are too busy to concern themselves with some of the less popular items. Most I have turned around and resold for a profit, but there are a couple of under-rated treasures that I have held onto that are just that, real treasures!

MaxSold is definitely worth a try, but be warned, you just may get hooked!

I love all of my purchases. Great value, as I don't pay over what I think it's worth. And its a green purchase, as I buy something that's a resell versus a new sell. Win-win!

I have just begun with MaxSold but have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I get what I bid on and sometimes extras-will continue doing business and recommending site to friends and family

You cant beat some of the prices you can get stuff for.
Waiting rite now for a estate sale to end to pick up bargains. I like to have bidding wars close to end of sale lol

I bid on several items and won 2 from a nearby auction. The process was simple and the people I collected from were very warm and pleasant. I would use MaxSold again.

As long as you know what you want and only bid when you are sure, those are the only rules everyone should follow. This is a great site and the people are extremely nice to deal with.

. I recently joined Maxsold and found that the whole site is very easy to navigate, and they had a lot of items that I have been looking for. The whole process of bidding was super easy, and you don't have to stay on the website to keep an eye on the auction, if you bid, and someone happens to outbid you, Maxsold instantly sends an email to you letting you know that you have been outbid, and the email has a link to bring you directly to the auction page where you can actually bid higher on the item, as well as was on option to have a max bid. I was in high heaven seeing items that I was interested in and being able to bid on them was even more awesome. And the bids did not start high, they start at $1.00. I won 4 I received an email as to the fact that I won, and information on going to pick up my items. Lots and was so excited to go pick up my items. That day, unfortunately, my vehicle broke down, and I was not able to pick up my items, and I received a phone call from Maxsold reminding me about the items that I needed to pick up, I explained my situation to them, and they completely understood, they instantly sent me a refund form in my email, and after I filled it out, they had my refund process completed before I knew it. I could not have been happier. I feel like Maxsold goes way and beyond my expectations. Keep up the great work Maxsold!

I live it and I need it. I got into MaxSold auction and can't stop. The items offering are usually great and worth much more than you get then for. Ideal for eco buying or resell. Recommend!

Maxsold is great, I've found more treasures in the auction at Max sold then in everyday stores. I love looking at the catalogues and the staff is awesome.

The MaxSold interface is so easy to use, and the updates and notifications make is very easy to track bids, the max bid option helps you not get caught up a bidding war, just set it and forget it.
