Absolutely love MaxSold and the customer service. Always able to find some really great deals! I love it!
I have been able to verify the effectiveness of maxsold. Very good service and attention. I did not have problems, all my doubts were solved.
Have been a loyal customer for over 5 months with a many satisfied purchases. Last week I've purchased three lots, unfortunately in 3 different location Lilburn, Marietta, Austell and I live in buckhead. The day before I've received a message from my bank about fradulent activity on my account so I confirmed fraudulent charge and due to it bank canceled my card and scheduled to send a new. Didn't think much about and on the next day went to all three locations and picked up my purchases paying for them at the spot, there is no way those auctioneers will release the items with out the payment, two payments in cash and one by Zelle.
After checking my Max sold account two days later I noticed the three lots still marked as unpaid. I called Max Sold representative and after explaining her the issue she assured me to relate my concern to the supervisor and I will hear back from them in 48 hrs Two days later after not receiving any promised reply from the company and after trying to checking my online MaxSold account I realised that I'm being suspended/ blocked from any future transactions. Keep in mind the entire bill was less then $100 and I got no call or explanation for that action. I'm sure Max Sold received my payments from local auctioneers who received the payments from me before releasing the items. Very strange behavior by the company who punished the costumer and not the employee who violated their "rules" and not trying to resolve the issue. I'm still hoping they will come to their senses and will reach out to me.
I am more than satisfied with Mr, Fernando vega from service department, how well handled with my on-going issues with my purchased from maxsold seller managed sale.
I made a many phone calls and sent out so many emails to maxsold, no one at service members, seems to care enough, with customer service, my issue been bumped around all over without taken care of.
Than when I got connected with Mr. Fernando, he started to listen my issue with polite/ professional manner, explained how system works, what is my options and what I can expect from outcomes.
All through chatting, shown me patience and sincerity, providing care service.
Plus all the above, take his time to make following up with my issue, is most amazing customer service I had received in all 15 years online shopping experiences.
MR, FERNANDO, is what customers service all about and exactly what we're as a customer deserves.
Service member, like such as MR. FERNANDO, makes Maxsold

THANK YOU, MAXSOLD HAVING MR. FERNANDO AS YOUR SERVICE PERSON!
For the past year I have bought lots of items from various Maxsold sales. As a prolific buyer I have been able to experience both good and bad sale days. All of the Maxsold run sales I have been to have been fantastic. Not only are the workers fantastic but they are helpful in making sure you get all of your purchased items. However, if you buy big or heavy items you need to know ahead of time that the Maxsold workers are not allowed to help you with them whether taking them apart or moving them so bring your own help. Additionally, for any Maxsold sales you need to ensure that you get there at the time they have allotted for pickups because they will only be there for that period of time so plan ahead and don't be late. Sometimes the parking at the sales is very limited and difficult with how many buyers may be showing up at one time. So, make sure to factor that into the time frame you need to have in order to pick up your items for a sale when signing up for a time slot. Also, it never hurts to look at google maps beforehand to get an idea of what kind of parking may be available. Additionally, pay attention to whether or not the sale is Maxsold run, or seller managed as that can make quite the difference in the time it may take you to pick up your items especially in the case of seller managed sales. If the seller managed sale is run by a repeat seller than many times the pickup is extremely efficient, however, on some of the seller managed sales run by a first-time seller on Maxsold it can take them an extremely long time to get you your items. So, factor in these aspects especially if you have multiple pickups on the same day. All in all, Maxsold is an amazing site to get items cheaper whether for resale or for yourself. I hope this helps anyone curious about buying from Maxsold.
I have really enjoyed bidding on items through MaxSold auctions. I am always satisfied with my purchase.
Thank you for being a MaxSold customer!
As a buyer I love scrolling through the different auctions in and around my area, finding great antiques, framed art and much much more...
I always have a good experience with Maxsold auctions. Their team is nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you and keep up the good work!
I like this tool, because it helps me as a guide in my daily life and gives me solutions that I have not seen.
I love bidding on line, like a garage sale from home! Every sale brings something new. People are always pleasent.

With maxsold I have found articles that I never imagined I would get, they have good prices, efficiency and professionalism I recommend it 100 percent

I recently bought a bunch of old wooden crates for $23 and sold them for over $400 locally WTG! Maxsold thanks
I love using MaxSold. I have won some great items over the years at fantastic prices. My only complaint is that there aren't more of these in my area
This is my 3rd sale... Great service to use... I recommend it to all our friends and clients... Easy process
I had to liquidate a house of antiques and quality items and things literally sold for a dollar. I think they just don't have the reach because there is no way that the items could sold for what they did if they did any type of outreach or marketing. I had a brand new hospital bed that I just spent $1,000 on two months prior sell for $8, A vintage Singer sewing machine in perfect working condition sold for $5, and Weber gas grill with two full propane bottles sell for $4. To make matters worse, I had one item that sold for $400 but the buyer never paid so I got $0. What's the point of prequalifying someone if they can just back out and not pay?
On top of that, it took 2 months to complete the auction because the first time they came out to catalog, 1/3 of the items were not listed in the auction. Whole rooms were excluded so we date to stop the auction, re-catalog the items, and then start it again. It was a time consuming and wasteful effort.
I even understand that the point may be to rid the house of the large items so you don't have to move them. Unfortunately, the larger items like bedroom sets, couches, and tables didn't sell so I still have to move them.
In the end, after the fees, the buyers that didn't pay, and the commissions paid to MaxSold, I made $140. Just a joke for the time and effort that went into it. I live in Los Angeles so it's not like I'm in some rural area with no interest. To summarize, if you are a buyer, probably great, but if you are a seller, don't bother, it will be quicker and the outcome will be the same if you just have an open house and give everything away. The MaxSold idea is great in theory but terrible in execution.
I bought a 9ft by 12 ft rug in perfect condition for $1. The people at the house were professional and organized. It was a great experience.
I went through my closets and garage and cleaned out using MaxSold. Simple process and made money for the holidays!
I participated in an on line auction for an estate sale. I bid against several other bidders over several days. I won the item and paid MAXSOLD. I went to the pick up location before the end of the pick up time only to be told that they sold my item I paid $! 89 dollars for to someone that came with $100 cash. I told them that they made a contract with me the moment I paid on line that the item belonged to me and they could not sell the item. They sold the item 20 minutes before I got there. They made no attempt to help or figure out how to get the item back. They said they would refund the money. My receipt on line shows that they refunded the purchase. But my credit card still shows Over 10 days later I do not have a refund and they will not talk to me on the phone. They email only and they are very very blatant that they can not help. This was fraud. They did not have any record of who they gave my item to and just took cash and did not collect sales tax. This was just illegal. They are supposed to be an Auction Company with rules and follow all state guidelines. The customer service representative was rude and horribly ineffective. They did not care that I paid for the item and was told to drive to a location to pick up the item and when I showed up it was gone and someone paid half what I did in the auction. They offered to give me a starbucks card for my trouble. The really thought that buying me a cup of coffee would make up for a 50 mile drive and not refunding my money. The woman handling the auction could have cared less and kept no records. The office staff and follow up would not talk to me on the telephone. They did everything possible to get me to go away and not correct the situation.

Answer: The site states clearly that you must pick up your article at the specific time and place. If you cannot do that or arrange for someone to do it for you... then don't bid.
Answer: Definitely not on their youtube channel as they've removed the ability to comment. This alone was enough for me to steer clear.
Answer: Please see our past auction results at http://maxsold.com/past-auctions/ - every auction we've done is listed for public viewing. You will see the sell through rate for each auction, and you can calculate the percent sold. Our average sell through is 98.7%.
Answer: Winning bids are charged to the credit card on file right AFTER each auction ends, along with 10% buyers premium and the applicable retail sales tax for your region. The first time you bid at any of our auctions, your card will be pre-authorized for $1.00. However, it is only a bank authorization for validation, not a charge, and it is usually removed in about a week by your bank.
Answer: Hi Peter, We found that when minimum bids or reserves are put on items, they typically go unsold. For more information on why we start our items at $1 check out this link: http://maxsold.com/reserve Here are some Seller FAQ's https://support.maxsold.com/hc/en-us/sections/200632154-Seller-FAQs You may also reach out to our sales team directly at our toll-free number 1-877-257-7799 ext 2. Answer: $700 + 30% if they do the photos and pick-up. If you do the work on your side it is $300 or 30% whatever is higher. It is near the bottom of this link. https://get.maxsold.com/sell-with-maxsold/
