McDonald's

In all or most mcdonalds locations that ive been to over the last year have discontinued the CHOCOLATE CHIP FRAPPE. I live in virginia and all the mcdonalds around my home dont sell the frappe anymore. Ive been to north carolina and they do sell it there so im wondering why its only gone in some places. It could possibly be because of money problems or other issues but i really wish mcdonalds would sell them everywhere again. It was the only coffee i would ever drink so bringing it back would most likely satisfy other customers as well

Went to mcdonalds in fruitland md and ordered the steak bagel and got a egg mcmuffin.
Now had it been crowded i could understand but there were only two cars and i understand things happen but i'm a regular at mcdonalds and this has happened to me at least 3 times in as many months not at the same retaurant but still mcdonalds

Special orders do upset them, you will not have it your way at this location! Be very cautious when ordering from the McPick 2 for $5 menu! You will be overcharged, not receive what you ordered and the food will be cold. Most times you will be inconvenienced and asked to pull forward and your food will be brought out to you at their convenience! If you review them at mcdvoice, ask to be contacted, they do not! I went inside McDonald's in avondale. Asked 4 different employees could someone plz come clean the table I was sitting at with my grandaughter. Only to see no one was coming to clean off tables. I cleaned the table off myself after I had purchased $14.00 worth of food and drinks for my grandaughter. When I contacted the corporate office they sent me a free meal coupon. WOW after paying $14.00 for me and my granddaughter something to eat and had to clean my own table off. This is pothetic! Will take my money and business elsewhere!

I found a toenail in my burger and it was in my mouth I chewed it and spat it out, I am having a mental break down it was over 20 bucks I asked for a refund and this emo girl said "no your a scammer".

I was going on a walk with my cat John Jr and I was going to the front door to get a McRib cause they were back and it's once and a lifetime. When I exited the restaurant my cat got loose and was run over. When I proceeded to crumble to the floor I heard some workers laughing. To be fair the McRib was really good but my cat died.

Because of health reasons I don't do McDonalds very often anymore but the last 2 visits were a disappointment for sure. The French Fries were limp as well as soggy with a gross oily taste, were as before they were crisp with a meaty potato flavor. Also had the Fish Filette Sandwich which was pretty much the same. A month or so ago I had the Quarter Pounder which grossly lacked flavor. Went to the McDonalds by Los Coches in El Cajon Ca. *******.

Went to Mac Donalds to get a big mac combo for my husband brought home to him he opens the package asked me what I had bought. A big mac comb there were no hamburger patties it was just lettuce and buns I went back and the dining room it was closed because it was after 11pm. I had to knock on the window to get employees attention. He came to the door, I told him what happened, he said it could not of happened and he could not let me in I asked to speak to the manager he said he would get her. He came back said she was busy and could not come and talk to me and that they would get me another combo and make sure the meat was on it this time. I said fine then I had to wait 25 minutes to get the new combo you would think that I would of had my order first ting. NO. And all I got was sorry and have a good night

This was one of my favorate place to spend my weekends but now due to covid i am not able to visit and enjoy eating there but i eventually order burgers online through zomato and sometimes Mc donalds deliver itself. I love mc flurry.

This is regards my my order placed to Khushal tower ghatkopar east mcdonalds at 1.30am approx after making 5 calls and multiple attempts my order was later cancelled at 2.50 am after making me wat for my order for more then 2 hours. They kept saying me on call i made that order will reach in next 10 min however it failed to do so.

Restaurant didn't even had courtesy so inform it it was going to get delayed and on top of it had an audacity to cancel the order after making it delayed for so long.

Such a pathetic experience I wasn't expecting from brand like mcdonalds.

If u can't deliver please dont make apps to make people place order and they delay and cancel that finally.

This is not at all customer service you guys are delivering what mcdonalds is known for

Order three cheese burgers, 20 piece nugget and fries I asked for 1 bbq 2 ranch and 5 of the new Big Mac sauces to cover all the products with enough sauce and was told they can't give me as many as I asked for so I was told I got one of each. If I'm spending money and getting that much food I should be allowed more than 3 sauces, this makes me so angry that I now have to have dry food because I was allowed to get what I asked for!

Let's face it, the sauce is what makes a Big Mac, and if all you have is just a little dab, than it's really just another burger. Hard, stall, bread didn't help things either.

Like their burgers with double cheese and ice cream. My favourite one is chocolate. OH, why do I love this food? I want to say that the prices they offer are quite good.

Disrespectful staff, managers as well. Not taking orders correctly. Verbal abusive not happy at all with McDonald's anymore talking that way in front of my kids.

McDonald's is the best like it's amazing but there's just one problem every time I try to get some fries or something they are not fresh or they don't have salt on them so please put salt.

I used a McDonald's app where if you earn enough points you can get certain thing for free using the points. So one day me and my friend went to eat McDonald's, I used the McDonald's app and used my points to get a free large fries and I brought an choco ice cream. I used my card to pay but they made me pay for the large fries when it's supposed to be for free because I used my points to pay. I went to the counter with my friend and explained the incident. The manager there said they would return me $5 and I had to give him $1 (for the ice cream so he is only refunding money for my fries) 15 mins passed by and he hasn't gave me anything. Only after my friend reminded the manager he went to the cashier part and gave us a recipe and we gave him $1. At first I was confused, but my friend said that they were going to give us another set of fries in return not the $5. Another 15 mins went by,my friend went to ask where the refunded fries were and the worker told her that there is no additional fries (which means the fries that I was not supposed to pay for BC I used my points were the "refund") after processing I realised that McDonald's scammed me and I payed $6+ for one large french fries. McDonald's in tempe, AZ. #******* Rural and baseline. Have one of the greatest services in morning hours. The girls are friendly fast and accurate on orders. Keep it up!

Apalling service bad attitude by staff underpressure waited for 1 hr for order to be completed priority given to drive through, dileviry people and small orders. Never going to mcdonalds again. Payed 27 pounds for a meal...

Doesn't matter what Mc Donald's we go to in California or Florida their machines for shake is broken and ice cream is broken. The girl told me to go to burger King. This needs to be fixed.

They are sort of OK some days I don't want to be rude at all only honest they barley have speedy service going for them now I love my double cheese burgers but I always have a issue when I go to McDonalds they always forget something or take do long or a machines down always some kind of petty yet aggravating problems and when you complain the ghetto managers always make you out like your a liar and they never make mistakes I'm just so over McDonald's on general.

We stopped at the McDonalds in Bryson City NC on our way back from Waynesville. We was getting the Mcrib combo with an extra one for $1.49. Well we got our food and we asked for no onions for all six mcribs and a couple of them had onions on them but the sauce was way too much. I went to eat mine and there was so much sauce on my sandwich that my mouth was burning and it was all in the boxes as well. All 3 of us had so much sauce on our sandwich and in our boxes that it could probably been enough for two to three more sandwiches. Im glad yal have the McRib that i wish yal could keep it. But maybe the next one i get i will ask for lite sauce and see what the results is.

A medium size Orange Juice which the size has changed to be small! Is $2.99! I can buy a whole gallon for that! And they forgot half my order and I had to drive all the way back from work!
