This is a complaint about the Mc Donalds in Lemont, Il. I'm so tired of this place. Ask for a chocolate malt. Get chocolate milk. When I bring this to there attention. No I'm wrong I have to pay more money. OK, I've gotten two chocolate shakes recently both looked and tasted vanilla. I really think their machine needs to be fixed. Mc Donald's in homer comes out looking chocolate. And they are nice there. I have repeatedly complained to both managers. They need to both go to management school. Rude. Look at you like ok were sorry. Well fix it fix your personal problems starting at the top. I'm going to complain to the corporate office. Get with it. It's worth the drive to Homer Glen. And you pay exorbitant prices for this.

I made an order for (2) of the 2 for $6 with the orders both being quarter pounders with 10 piece mcnuggets and fries. Before we got home we realized the only things in the bag were the burgers. When I reached out to corporate to file a formal complaint the only thing I got back was "thank you for your feedback"... no "we apologize and will refund your purchase or send coupons" or anything like that. Absolutely horrible, no wonder I haven't been there in 10 years.

I love Mc D's and don't usually have any issues, but the last time I went was not so good. I had a late night at work and stopped to grab some dinner on the way home. It was almost closing time, but no one was around except the workers goofing off inside.

I waited 23 mins AFTER ordering until the food came to the window and it was cold already. I didn't get to eat anything until getting home and microwaving it, which isn't as good as when its freshly made. The pickles get rubbery, so i had to pick apart the sandwiches first, before heating them. So much for 'fast food', i could have just cooked for all the time i spent .

Tip for consumers:
Don't go close to closing time.....

Served cold food they would not give me a refund or replacement… I got assaulted by an employee, who threw a full cup of soda at me while in my car and caused $5000 worth of damage to my AC system, I have the repair receipts

How is this place open?!
It was 1230p.m. And I was impressed how fast the drive thru was moving, with 2 order stations for 1 drive thru. That's where my good impression ended! I ordered a Big Mac combo because they don't have a double bacon cheeseburger combo. The fries were tasteless and the Big Mac was like eating cardboard with wilted lettuce and sloppy with tasteless special sauce! It had been years since I had a eaten at a McDonald's and after today, NEVER AGAIN!
Plus no napkins in the bag added to my displeasure!

The McDonald's in Whitley City, KY is very very slow. They don't have the help they need and the help that they do have...well let's just say it's not the best. I know it's hard to get ppl to work but come on guys. 15 minutes on a drink only order...no call for that.

Well my ex boyfriend works there and he started dating his store manager... she came to our home and it was a complete mess... my ex does drugs and i was like wow... mcdonalds will hire anyone i suppose... there was even a huge fight there between my ex and the store managers childs father... i believe they should start taking drug test and better background checks before hiring theyre employees... so service sucks

McDonald's - Food service
The McDonalds in Newport News Virginia has a terrible general manager. She has an condescending attitude, a loud squeaky voice, she is rude and likes to argue. That combined with a Puerto Rican sounding accent is scary. She also discusses problems out loud with the employees so the customers can hear her yacking like an uncontrolled mad rooster.

I am sure she has had many complaints and i cannot understand why she is still working there. She reminds me of the female DMV examiners of years gone by with tall combat boots and a whip...

Food is terrible. Service is even worse. 1 weak $#*! watered down tomato was half way off the burger. Not to mention I asked for tomato and lettuce to be added. Fries we're obviously cold and watered down also. Have a great damn day Mcdonlads because you all made sure we didn't. Also I have to put a rating in order to submit my review Is give you guys a -0 over all rating but I can't so..

McD used to be delicious. Mc D used to offer incentives to return ($1.00 Cokes)
Mc D used to be a good first job for America's youth. Then time took its toll and the menu never kept up. Kids lost the ability to LISTEN to specifics. Now I can only get a Coffee with the correct mix (of Cream and Sugar) HALF the times I visit. Remember FAST service? So do I. May it rest in peace. Now, I order a "Double" and am immediately directed to the "Cell Phone Parking Lot" monument to poor planning. It's a hamburger for Pete's sake. C'mon man! Next Manager, UP! Nearly every time?

Tip for consumers:
Service has been on a descent path for a long time. Now the waiting area has become a crutch for poor planning.

Products used:
Double Burger. Didn't want to spend lunch hour waiting for ALWAYS slow service in the "Cell Phone Parking Lot." Got a refund.

Froze in McDonald's in Eatontown. Elderly also freezing. All with coats on. They are now looking for another place to eat breakfast. The staff said they are not to permitted to turn up heat. It was 64 degrees in the dining room.
No screening at urinal. You are literally urinating in full view of the dining room if door is opened while you are doing your business! Horrible

Burgers are half the size they once were along with their breakfast sandwiches. Meat patties are paper thin on burgers and biscuits. Was a regular customers for decades and now haven't stopped by a McDonald's for over a year

Every time I come to this place it's always a great experience. I've come across a few different people and all of them are very friendly and helpful. They all go out of their way to make sure you are being helped to the fullest.

Never received my breakfast order, app. Went to wrong restaurant and app. Location was 15 minutes from proper restaurant. $22.45 was taken for my purchase and NOTHING resolved. Would like my refund, been 2 weeks and over an hour of phone calls.

I just came from the McDonalds in Highland, CA. It was busy and I waited in the line for 16 minutes to order. When I ordered 3 McGriddle breakfast meals at 10:33 they said they stopped taking breakfast orders at 10:30.3 minutes! After I waited on them for 16 minutes! This location has got my order wrong so many times and I've had missing items several times. My grandchildren won't be happy but I am NOT going to McDonalds any more. This was the last time!

Tip for consumers:
Don't go to McDonalds!

This is the only review I have ever given!
The first time they were rude was when the girl taking the order made me repeat my order 4 times because she was talking to other employees. When I told the man manager he just shoved my food to me in my hand and said ok.
3 days later I used my appt and the amount did not change on the screen. When I ask her why she said" it will" when I paid it charged the regular price.
I went in and ask for a manager, a lady said her name is Maria said she was one of the managers. She was very rude and irate with me I ask her why she was so rude and she got worse. I took a pic of her and I said I will give a review. It was about 9:45 Sunday October 22,2023 if you want to look at the counter cameras.

I regret that I have been doing business with McDonalds for all these years when this establishment supports the only colonial state in our modern time (Israel) in its genocidal war against Palestinians (the indigenous people). I am disgusted with your company providing free meals to Israel defense forces and the blatant disregard for Palestinians' rights and struggle for freedom, while children are dying because Israel shut off water, oil, gas and food. Your support to a brutal regime which subjugates innocent people, dehumanizes the entire race, stealing their homes and continues committing an ethnic cleansing since 1948 is aiding their aggression. I will not spend a penny at your place anymore. Shame on you. We will communicate your stand on the genocide against Gaza civilians with our affiliation and family members overseas as well..

My order was ready and it was hot and employees was respectful and helpful however I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get sum sweet tea, instead of one tha employees taking my cup and giving me some from behind tha counter I wait on sum to b brewed and brought to tha lobby, so much for tha hot food

The drive-thru often gets my order wrong so I am forced to go inside, wait again for however many customers are ahead of me, and then am "helped" without so much as an apology. I go through the drive-thru because I specifically don't want to go inside. It sucks when I'm forced to do this because of their error and they aren't considerate of my time. Taco Bell often gets orders wrong as well, but at least they are apologetic and give me coupons for free tacos, etc.

Food here is amazing! A little on the pricey side, but totally worth it! If you're a fan of just mustard and tomato on your burger this may not be the place for you. But if you like trying new things this is definitely a must -see!

This place was not clean they had bad service they also said the play place was closed at seven when the sign clearly said it closes at 8 we arrived a seven the bathrooms are pure nasty there is no reason for there to be feces on the floor. There are homeless people watching the kids

I frequent stores in the Paris, Marshall, and Casey Illinois area. These stores are owned by the same person. The shortage of employees at these stores is causing a vast separation from the fast food norm as we know it. The long waits for twice the price and less service is one thing but along with that the employees taking money at all 3 stores are about the last thing I want to see before eating. The filthy hand at Casey that reached for my money was only distracting until I looked past it at the shirt. That person was absolutely filthy with large oil stains all over the shirt. And that wasn't the first incident with the mentioned stores. Yesterday at the Paris store things went relatively smooth but when I unwrapped the hamburgers the meat was hot but the bread was very stale. I ordered a 1/4 with cheese and thats all they put on the bun. A pattie and cheese. Nothing else. I would say if your in the area keep going.

Faith the employee there was extremely rude and unprofessional every time I've been to this location they mess up

My order and give you a headache to fix what they screwed up! Hawkspraire mcdonalds is not the place to go eat unless u don't want what u order. Their staff is a bunch of unprofessional uneducated children who take no concern to doing their jobs correctly!

The quality of Mcdonalds with time is seriously going down with time and seriously not happy with this. It used to be one of my favorite place to eat. Now whenever I go the taste and service always seems so bad. You could do better seriously!
