Mc D used to be a good first job for America's youth. Then time took its toll and the menu never kept up. Kids lost the ability to LISTEN to specifics. Now I can only get a Coffee with the correct mix (of Cream and Sugar) HALF the times I visit. Remember FAST service? So do I. May it rest in peace. Now, I order a "Double" and am immediately directed to the "Cell Phone Parking Lot" monument to poor planning. It's a hamburger for Pete's sake. C'mon man! Next Manager, UP! Nearly every time?

So I visited the Mcdonalds Belhar branch, only my second time coming here, and again all four menus are out of order. OK, not to worry for the second time, I google the menu and take my pick, which was the grand spicy chicken. OK, then the "we don't have" started. They don't have ice cream, they don't have orange juice, they don't have the grand spicy chicken and they don't have the crispy chicken. So I'm done and I say cancel the order please so I can just get out of here. Then I get called into a corner to talk... they cannot reimburse me now because I paid by card and there is a 48 hour waiting period. So I say, no problem, I take cash too... aaaiiii then I had to hear about their policy which they could deduce from my face that I was not interested in. Then they called the manager and asked that I talk to him... what a waste of time... again I had to hear about policy. Because it's ok for you to receive my money now but I have to wait two days to get it back. PEOPLE AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST. Eat at your houses, for real, worst experience ever.

I've gone to this location for years, and it has gotten really bad!

I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a hash brown... after waiting about 5 mins behind only 2 cars and get to the window, they ask me if I want a drink carrier. WTF... I didn't order any drinks. Then they tell me to pull around and wait for my order. It's taken so long to get to the window, they could have already made a dozen of them.

This is NOT the 1st time I've had to wait for a small order. I then told them to cancel my order and return my money... she still told me to pull around the front and wait. HELL NO... I want my money back now. She said she needed a manager, I said go get one, I want a refund. She argued with me, and I stood firm and said after I waited this long, I wasn't going to wait any longer.

She started to hand me a dollar and some change, and I asked what was this? She said that's my refund. I paid $5 for my order, and you need to get it right, and refund the correct amount. I finally get my money back, and some other girl inside said I should be more patient. I told her to watch her mouth and don't smart off to paying customers. They seem to have scraped the bottom of the barrel to get these employees, as they have NO customer service skills.

I feel sorry for the owners of that store, with the rude people they have working for them.

This was my last time at that location.

This business has no professionalism literally i ordered 5 drinks all different and all of them were the same never order from mcdonalds half of my 2 drinks were drunk by the $#*! dumass driver his name is Ansar Ali he is a fraudy driver he needs to be fired from mcdonalds this instant he is $#*! at his job and he and the drinks tasted like sewage water, Mcdonalds is $#*!

Selena a manager from the Lovingston Virginia location is of high value. The place was busy and the drive thru was loaded. I came inside as my vehicle does not fit through the drive thru. Inside, I placed my order and went to fix my drink. The second I snapped on my lid she called out my order number. There was only one cook at that time and the way she gave direction to staff in a calm and well processed manner was a blessing to see. Her patients was abundant. She is a true leader. I'm sure you here this alot but she deserves a raise. Please thank her with some kind of acknowledgement of meritocracy. Thank you Selena!

When today and the lady on the window on the phone. Bad service. Don't even ask for my reward, and them when i ask the gentelman lol said that not a think. Doing false advertising 3355 w 80 st hialeah fl.

The McDonald's in Norristown Pa on main St down the street from the court house. As much money as McDonald's has been getting over the decades you would think they hire better people to be the face of their restaurants, it embarrassing as human. To walk into this facility an have homeless & drug addicts laying all over the floors, the smell of urine an feces, no one wants to smell while thinking to order there food! Not to mention the customer service, you better not expect that at all! It's so sad that this company Continues to hire people with no integrity or people skills at all!

This is the place where you can meet the most people. I like the breakfasts here. Today we had McMuffin with egg and bacon and Americano coffee. It was delicious. Minus that they didn't give sugar and a coffee stick, had to go back.

It's a great place, even though it's unhealthy but very tasty, the biggest drawback is that there are often no seats and it takes a long walk to find a free seat, often in the KFC area. Sometimes the cutlets are dry and the coffee is either overcooked or the cheapest.

I love your food, everything is always very tasty and it lifts my spirits. I love to come to you after a hard day and relax.

I spend all my free time here all the time and always order take-out. You have the tastiest burgers and fairly reasonable prices.

Tasty food, great service. I love spending time here with family and friends. I always order myself a Big Mac.

I can NOT believe it! After my grudge with Burger King, I decided to go to Mcdonald's for lunch with my bros. I ordered one Quarter Pounder and a 10 piece of chicken nuggets and guess what happened when I took a bite out of one of my chicken nuggets! I could barely even bite it! I asked a worker for a refund, but they refused because the ice cream machine was down and they needed money! Such a greedy place! I gave my chicken nuggets to my dog, Millie, and she could not even eat it! I can't believe Mcdonalds would serve such a health hazard!

While my chicken nuggets were too hard to eat, I decided to eat my quarter pounder, but it tasted TERRIBLE! It was waaaay too greasy and cold. I decided to toss that gross burger away instantly, and I got super ill the day after the incident. I will NEVER go back here again!

OMG MY LOVEE! Ok I got my fav icecream and I go there every day! Now they give me free food on Sundays! And when it was my b-day they gave me free food and a huge cake! Also this is for the past 3 years! So glad to have my McDonald's! Love ya~

I really like McDonald's, I go there for breakfast or lunch, or take it home for dinner. The prices are nice and affordable. The staff is friendly and treats customers well. The food is delicious and always fresh.

It's a great place. I always come in for a quick meal before school. I always get burgers. I also get coffee and a pie.
