My daughter was playing and they got upset with her. She is only 6 year old baby. They have their own staff kids playing and sitting inside as if this is a day care. They are kind of them
Why be 'rude to children.

Went to mcdonalds in fruitland md and ordered the steak bagel and got a egg mcmuffin.
Now had it been crowded i could understand but there were only two cars and i understand things happen but i'm a regular at mcdonalds and this has happened to me at least 3 times in as many months not at the same retaurant but still mcdonalds

I don't think I've been in a worst Mac Donald's than this one. The door was gross the floor was very, very slippery with grease and almost all of the tables were dirty. None of the counter people even acknowledged us when we were at the counter to order.

More folks leave drive thru then use it as service is unbelievably slowwwwwwww.Wait time is about 20 minutes or more

For me, it may be counterproductive to say that Mcdonalds is the most fastest delivery service ever, knowing that i have cheap and fast food. But I must say, the customer service on the other line is very helpful and should be given a wonderful applause, not only they guranteed my order would come in 20 minutes, that if it wasn't given by the 20 minute time, they would give me a special promo! Looking back, I used to hate this franchise and all the other fast foods, but that one phone call really furrowed my eyebrows backward and forward and made me really rethink some stuff! 5/5 recommend, changed my life.

These folks that are suppose to be employees don't even act human worse place to ever visit calera Alabama is by far the worst store to visit their rude lazy no good for nothing especially a business to have them employed don't act human complete jerks everytime u visit they are rude dashers refuse to dash from this store I don't eat their nasty food but my son did notice I did say did not anymore they will never get a dime of my money again hire some real humans get rid of these no good skanks

I tried Mcdonalds breakfast and ordered their chicken muffin. I loved the apple juice and hashbrowns but OMG! I am not sure what you guys did to your muffins, but they were dryer than the Sahara desert!

I want free food for the hair in my food and I got two twenty chicken piece and two large fries so.yea

This steak and bagel sandwich I've purchased it before McDonald's stop selling it. So it came back, terribly, it's extremely small, not worth the money, and definitely not the same, it came back terrible. Whatever McDonald's call themselves trying to sell this so call steak and bagel. Please return the original sandwich. I purchased it today totally totally disappointed. I'll never purchase it again, never. It's extremely small, nothing was basically on it, dry and very salty. Stop it McDonald's, y'all are falling apart. This steak is very processed..

Drove thru to get 2 egg McMuffin meals. Nobody in line. Guy at pick up window told me to go around & park. I declined. The manager quickly came over & asked me to go park. I declined-there was nobody in line. He told me he will issue me a refund then. Didn't understand what big deal was, so went & parked. There's what seemed to be their solution to the extremely long waits in drive thru lines for past year or so. They make u go park & wait now! So you're not waiting in line anymore, but now you have to go find a parking place and wait! This makes no sense! McDonald brothers designed McDonald's to get food out fast-that was the whole point! I'm never going back!

The combo pack I ordered was ok. It was very regular, the taste was not as told and the quantity was very less.

Twice I tried to use my reward for a big Mac and said it had been removed, how was it removed. I use this App once or twice a week, never had any problems till the other day at Taylorsville store. Thank you

I went to McDonald's located at 103 street in3 avenue in Manhattan and they remodel the place looks nice but the serice was horrible. I placed an order by the new machine myself and I had to wait about 25 to 30 min for fries and a cheeseburger. The workers seems very rude and I feel they shouldn't be working there cause they act like children. Not a friendly environment to enjoy food. I gave a one star cause ot new remodeling job
