There is something seriously wrong with this mcd. The manager can't keep employees and when she knew she wouldn't have help at 3 she kept the front doors open and both lanes. We had order around 3. At 340 asked for our money back. She( the manager) then told us about being short at 3. But had she closed the doors the drive thru would have been longer especially if only one lane was open and we could have made a decision if we wanted to wait or not. Then went to north Lebanon mcd they charge more. I wanted to spend the cash we had gotten back from the south location and they said they were a franchise. They didn't know that theyall do have the same CEO. Won't be eating mcd for a while. Wasted a portion of my work day! If u had a million dollar car. Got it serviced regularly. You'd expect to get where u need to go. Right? You don't deserve the millions u make. You should be well oiled machine is more like a clunker here in Lebanon ohio.

Bad service

Waited for my food for a hour, then food thrown at me, did not even get the right food, and did not get a refund like everyone else even though I got there before everyone else's and they still did not care

Great french fries!

One thing we all now for sure, they have the best french fries ever! My friends and me, we were comparing other places when it comes to french fries with McDonald's and we can tell, no one is close. But the rest of it, it's pretty much bad, that's why I am giving 3 stars.

Mc Donald's app

I have issues with this app when picking up order they are usually not able to find my order until I bug them that I was sent a code. Eventually they find it after I insist that My order should be ready for pickup. I am not able to get the 2 for 5$ on this app which is disappointing since I am trying to save money and time. It is a inconvenience to order a head of time on this app when I usually have to go in the restaurant because of this issue where they don't know how to handle on line pick up. I noticed it at a certain location where I have the must trouble. I do like how I can get rewards and deals on my purchases.

McDonald's is a well-known fast food chain in Europe. I love this fast food chain myself. Each branch is well-maintained, the staff is pleasant and helpful. The food is tasty and affordable, there is fast food for adults and a menu for children, as well as desserts. I recommend it to all fans of fast food.

Sausage McMuffin & 1 hashbrown. About as simple as it gets, yet my bag has just the poorly constructed McMuffin and no hashbrown. A rare occurrence? Nope. Happens half the time. I think I need to hold up the line while I check my bag and take apart my sandwich to make sure they included all the food.

I purchased chicken mcnuggets for my family for movie night. I hate thinking about it. Something told me to look down and there I found a roach fried to the nuggets. I don't know if I had already eaten others. My grandson threw up and the next day my son my grandson and myself were all feeling somewhat sick. I contacted health department and reported them I contacted the head quarters online because I couldn't reach anyone by phone at the store. I have not heard from the store yet. It's been a month.

Okay so I just left McDonald's first off they had no ice cream to make shakes second my Big Mac was missing the bottom bread so it had the top and the middle and no Center section absolutely ridiculous I have never seen it what is the matter with people these days he did not take pride and what you serve I mean it is insane the customer service was absolutely mean all she said is all our ice cream machine shuts off come on man you're a big business and you cannot even take care of your consumers I mean look at the picture of I'll send you the picture of the sandwich that I got and I'll send you the picture online which I know they're usually different but come on to be missing a whole piece of bread absolutely stupid you people suck and I I would like my money back

Hi I bought my first extra large coffee today and noticed that there's no sticker. So in order to get free coffee you need to download the app. Well guess what I usually buy 3 a day won't be buying anything from there again. I don't like companies that force one option for your information that is none of their business. See ya McDonald's. Unless stickers come back. There's a small business near me that has a better system than McDonald's. I will now give them my business. You lose McDonald's. McDonald's isn't good for me anyways. I'm also forced to pick a rating or I can't submit my review. I pick 0 not 1. You should put 0-5 as a rating so we have the choice. Bye.

On multiple occasions I've ordered online to arrive at the restaurant and find out they're changing the menu. Open 24 hours a day is arbitrary. Was then told to go to a different location where I found they were closed as well. After this happened to me on multiple occasions I reached out to their website. After a month I got a generic email back. I know everyone will still go to McD's after this review. Maybe decide to switch to something healthier for your mind and body whenever possible. Ba da da da da it's killing you!

This McDonald's on ******* Seminole Blvd largo, FL *******. The employee do not know how to talk to customers at the window very disrespectful I will not come back. To much attitude in the morning like they do not want to be there. They need to learn customers service skills because they do not have none. They get a " zero from me "

McD used to be delicious. Mc D used to offer incentives to return ($1.00 Cokes)
Mc D used to be a good first job for America's youth. Then time took its toll and the menu never kept up. Kids lost the ability to LISTEN to specifics. Now I can only get a Coffee with the correct mix (of Cream and Sugar) HALF the times I visit. Remember FAST service? So do I. May it rest in peace. Now, I order a "Double" and am immediately directed to the "Cell Phone Parking Lot" monument to poor planning. It's a hamburger for Pete's sake. C'mon man! Next Manager, UP! Nearly every time?

So I visited the Mcdonalds Belhar branch, only my second time coming here, and again all four menus are out of order. OK, not to worry for the second time, I google the menu and take my pick, which was the grand spicy chicken. OK, then the "we don't have" started. They don't have ice cream, they don't have orange juice, they don't have the grand spicy chicken and they don't have the crispy chicken. So I'm done and I say cancel the order please so I can just get out of here. Then I get called into a corner to talk... they cannot reimburse me now because I paid by card and there is a 48 hour waiting period. So I say, no problem, I take cash too... aaaiiii then I had to hear about their policy which they could deduce from my face that I was not interested in. Then they called the manager and asked that I talk to him... what a waste of time... again I had to hear about policy. Because it's ok for you to receive my money now but I have to wait two days to get it back. PEOPLE AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST. Eat at your houses, for real, worst experience ever.

At 6:20 pm whoever was taking the order at bpt ct park Ave McDonald's on 7/22/22 was so freaking snotty no thank you no please can I help you? Rediculous then no sauce with chicken nuggets when we asked her gives us one smfh the guy at drive up window was so snotty not ever going back
