I don't go to McDonald's much, first please don't take this as a bad review. It'll be a good one.

Bad experiences from past McDonald's trips are the reason I haven't gone in a while, but this morning I took a trip to 302 s friendswood Dr friendswood tx.

They clearly had a bad morning, their card system has to be down or something, like I said it will be a good review.
Your people not only push past the 21st century most common issue (card reader malfunctions), but had great communication skills, team work, friendliness, and more. I may not go to McDonald's a whole lot, but I know one McDonald's that for sure will have a guaranteed customer! If you don't do something for these people (if you don't already) then after today I feel they definitely do deserve something.

No stars! This McDonald's manager's attitude stinks along with all of her subordinates. I guess this is where lead by example comes in. The staff that was taking drive thru orders at around 5:30pm 08/29/2022 i commend you for doing your due diligence to ensure you updated my order to cook to order. While she was doing her job her manager was in the background asking her why she was changing the order to cook to order and giving her hell. I was asked to pull over and wait for my order which i did. When my order was brought out to me of course the fries were cold and stale. I went inside the McDonalds's to voice my concerns and was met with a attitude from the manager. She opened a bag and asked me to put the old stale fries into the bag. No one can't tell me that she didn't take the fries and refry them. She is rude and obnoxious and should not be a manager to those younger kids who are obviously following her way of dealing with customers. I will also call the corporate office and ensure she is reported and hopefully she is removed and replaced with someone who has leadership skills to show those kids an awesome work ethic. Shame on 701 Utica McDonalds!

I went to McDonald's tonight to order a quarter pounder and a quarter pounder with cheese meal. The quarter pounder was to have ketchup mustard and pickles only. There were no changes to the quarter pounder with cheese meal. The first time, and the quarter pounder came out with cheese. Took it back in and the second came out with pickles ketchup mustard and onions. By the time I got a third my fries were too cold to eat. Didn't realize But my medium Dr Pepper was actually a medium Coke until I had already left McDonald's. It makes me wonder why we try to keep the country intact when the youth of today or to freaking stupid to possibly hold it together when it's their turn. They can't even put together a damn sandwich.

I used to love McDonalds as a kid but now that I'm older I find McDonalds food to be disgusting and one of the most poorly made fast food in the world. I would say this food is about as bad as taco bell and teh only reason its popular because it is everywhere.

Its bad we asked for a 6 nugget and they gave me 4 and i asked for a small fries and they didnt give me anything

There is something seriously wrong with this mcd. The manager can't keep employees and when she knew she wouldn't have help at 3 she kept the front doors open and both lanes. We had order around 3. At 340 asked for our money back. She( the manager) then told us about being short at 3. But had she closed the doors the drive thru would have been longer especially if only one lane was open and we could have made a decision if we wanted to wait or not. Then went to north Lebanon mcd they charge more. I wanted to spend the cash we had gotten back from the south location and they said they were a franchise. They didn't know that theyall do have the same CEO. Won't be eating mcd for a while. Wasted a portion of my work day! If u had a million dollar car. Got it serviced regularly. You'd expect to get where u need to go. Right? You don't deserve the millions u make. You should be well oiled machine is more like a clunker here in Lebanon ohio.

Fry's are good burger is good and yea that's all I have to say oh and nuggets are also good to they also

Ordered frape got up to window to get it and was told it needed to be cleaned. Lazy lazy people just didn't want to make it

One thing we all now for sure, they have the best french fries ever! My friends and me, we were comparing other places when it comes to french fries with McDonald's and we can tell, no one is close. But the rest of it, it's pretty much bad, that's why I am giving 3 stars.

I have issues with this app when picking up order they are usually not able to find my order until I bug them that I was sent a code. Eventually they find it after I insist that My order should be ready for pickup. I am not able to get the 2 for 5$ on this app which is disappointing since I am trying to save money and time. It is a inconvenience to order a head of time on this app when I usually have to go in the restaurant because of this issue where they don't know how to handle on line pick up. I noticed it at a certain location where I have the must trouble. I do like how I can get rewards and deals on my purchases.

McDonald's is a well-known fast food chain in Europe. I love this fast food chain myself. Each branch is well-maintained, the staff is pleasant and helpful. The food is tasty and affordable, there is fast food for adults and a menu for children, as well as desserts. I recommend it to all fans of fast food.

Sausage McMuffin & 1 hashbrown. About as simple as it gets, yet my bag has just the poorly constructed McMuffin and no hashbrown. A rare occurrence? Nope. Happens half the time. I think I need to hold up the line while I check my bag and take apart my sandwich to make sure they included all the food.

I purchased chicken mcnuggets for my family for movie night. I hate thinking about it. Something told me to look down and there I found a roach fried to the nuggets. I don't know if I had already eaten others. My grandson threw up and the next day my son my grandson and myself were all feeling somewhat sick. I contacted health department and reported them I contacted the head quarters online because I couldn't reach anyone by phone at the store. I have not heard from the store yet. It's been a month.

Okay so I just left McDonald's first off they had no ice cream to make shakes second my Big Mac was missing the bottom bread so it had the top and the middle and no Center section absolutely ridiculous I have never seen it what is the matter with people these days he did not take pride and what you serve I mean it is insane the customer service was absolutely mean all she said is all our ice cream machine shuts off come on man you're a big business and you cannot even take care of your consumers I mean look at the picture of I'll send you the picture of the sandwich that I got and I'll send you the picture online which I know they're usually different but come on to be missing a whole piece of bread absolutely stupid you people suck and I I would like my money back

Hi I bought my first extra large coffee today and noticed that there's no sticker. So in order to get free coffee you need to download the app. Well guess what I usually buy 3 a day won't be buying anything from there again. I don't like companies that force one option for your information that is none of their business. See ya McDonald's. Unless stickers come back. There's a small business near me that has a better system than McDonald's. I will now give them my business. You lose McDonald's. McDonald's isn't good for me anyways. I'm also forced to pick a rating or I can't submit my review. I pick 0 not 1. You should put 0-5 as a rating so we have the choice. Bye.

On multiple occasions I've ordered online to arrive at the restaurant and find out they're changing the menu. Open 24 hours a day is arbitrary. Was then told to go to a different location where I found they were closed as well. After this happened to me on multiple occasions I reached out to their website. After a month I got a generic email back. I know everyone will still go to McD's after this review. Maybe decide to switch to something healthier for your mind and body whenever possible. Ba da da da da it's killing you!
