This is a complaint about the Mc Donalds in Lemont, Il. I'm so tired of this place. Ask for a chocolate malt. Get chocolate milk. When I bring this to there attention. No I'm wrong I have to pay more money. OK, I've gotten two chocolate shakes recently both looked and tasted vanilla. I really think their machine needs to be fixed. Mc Donald's in homer comes out looking chocolate. And they are nice there. I have repeatedly complained to both managers. They need to both go to management school. Rude. Look at you like ok were sorry. Well fix it fix your personal problems starting at the top. I'm going to complain to the corporate office. Get with it. It's worth the drive to Homer Glen. And you pay exorbitant prices for this.

As if that was not enough waiting for soo long.we were told they can't give us straws since we're eating our food in the restaurant. I was experiencing that for the first time. I had to beg for my daughter's straw since she was having milkshake.service@ Landrosmare polokwane is bad,I'm never going back.

What's wrong with fish filet…not crispy, appeared and tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamps, cheese was about 1/3 size it used to be. If this is to be on menu, GET IT RIGHT. No where near as good as they once were! Won't get again

I rarely visit McDonald's, but when I do, I'm usually satisfied. The food is prepared quickly and the prices are quite reasonable. However, the quality can sometimes vary.

I went to three different McDonald's for a shamrock shake and every single one said their machine was broken, and since there's only like a month to get it I really want to but every time I go they say the exact same thing. Step up your game McDonald's!

The tables, floor, obstacle course and chairs were dirty. At one time, McDonalds prided themselves on cleanliness. No longer is that the case. The Happy Meals were missing items (apple slices). As a grandparent I would be hard pressed to visit McDonalds again

I realize businesses are going up in price because of the economy but these places like McDonald's need to remember that there are so many places to get a hamburger and the price won't break the bank.
They are now asking for 3 dollars for a hash brown, tea is 2 dollars, big breakfast has skyrocketed. These prices are ridiculous and eventually McDonald's will LOSE business because of it.

I absolutely love most of the staff at the local McDonald's. We eat there all the time, we'll use to… to say we wait d word ver 30 mins for our food. After getting bio wand opening, I was served a breakfast burrito that had a cut off piece of rib let glove in it. We won't be eating McDonald's anymore. Time for more meals at home.

One of the managers, at the store is rude disrespectful and down right mean and controlling. The employees seem either scared of her or can't make a move without her permission. Does not honor specials and acts like she doesn't know what you are talking about. I've seen her do this several times to customers as well as to us. Please know that not all stores are like this I get excellent food and service at other stores but this Hispanic woman is awful!

I was in the restaurant yesterday and Jerry waited on me. The store number on my receipt says store # 2205 on 4801 N. Academy Blvd. Jerry was courteous, conscientious, efficient, expedient and capable. He prepared my order as if he was doing so for himself or a family member. I was very impressed. He far exceeded any expectations and gave me the best customer service that I have ever received at any establishment! Not only is McDonald's my go to, preferred above all else, but I am willing to drive to this specific location, because of the great service I received from Jerry! Someone should know and promote him, give him a raise, and definitely applaud him for what a great job he did for the company! I will return to that store over and over again because of his attitude and great service that he provided for me! Great job, Jerry. This was a walk off grand slam, for anyone who knows anything about baseball – it's the best of the best!

I was very surprised that I was treated with so much respect and appreciated as a customer even though my vehicle broke down. I needed a jump and had a little electrical short. Over the next several hours I had a couple of meals at McDonald's... I've always loved their food. And it's always nice to be treated this kindly in troubled Waters. I don't go to McDonald's much, first please don't take this as a bad review. It'll be a good one.

Bad experiences from past McDonald's trips are the reason I haven't gone in a while, but this morning I took a trip to 302 s friendswood Dr friendswood tx.

They clearly had a bad morning, their card system has to be down or something, like I said it will be a good review.
Your people not only push past the 21st century most common issue (card reader malfunctions), but had great communication skills, team work, friendliness, and more. I may not go to McDonald's a whole lot, but I know one McDonald's that for sure will have a guaranteed customer! If you don't do something for these people (if you don't already) then after today I feel they definitely do deserve something.

I recently purchased something with the app reward points. It turns out while looking for a transaction on my credit card bill. I stumbled on a McDonald's charge. It was on the same day and the same dollar amount for a purchase I made with my points. The app even deducted those points and yet I was charged on my credit card. Not a big dollar amount but I'm still disputing the charge.
Moral of the story... all these apps that ask you enter your credit card information for easy future transactions may be stealing from us all along, if we are not meticulous about checking our credit card bills monthly.
I also found Amazon charged me for 4 months of music service when I was supposed to on a free trial. I called them ad got those charges reversed. It is truly scary out there when you consider how many of these websites and apps have our credit card information.

They are raising prices more and more, don't offer the one good thing which was the $1 pop so why go? Food is awful, service is awful and they NEVER get my order right. This is the McDonalds on Owen Rd. In Fenton, MI. Just better to go find other fast food as this one has gone down hill in every way!

I received poor service and horrible food my kids can't stop complaining about the burgers there I was really disappointed, fries we better but without catching up and there was no explanation about it. I think they must just close the drive through service as it's just a waist of one's time

They absolutely gave me kid the happy meal without the drink paid extra money for no reason and I'm pissed off and the old lady in the drive thru takes her time and wastes peoples time do not go there.

Why do McDonald's only serve cinnamon pies with apple when so many other choices such apricot and blueberry could be made?
Strawberry pies are a welcome change for the short time that they're available!

McDonald's will always be my favourite restaurant as the food is absolutely delicious, the prices are quite cheap and they have machines that make ordering easier (You can even get it delivered to your door if you order it online)

Hi I bought my first extra large coffee today and noticed that there's no sticker. So in order to get free coffee you need to download the app. Well guess what I usually buy 3 a day won't be buying anything from there again. I don't like companies that force one option for your information that is none of their business. See ya McDonald's. Unless stickers come back. There's a small business near me that has a better system than McDonald's. I will now give them my business. You lose McDonald's. McDonald's isn't good for me anyways. I'm also forced to pick a rating or I can't submit my review. I pick 0 not 1. You should put 0-5 as a rating so we have the choice. Bye.

I occasionally eat at my local restaurant when I need to grab a quick bite while out running errands. I choose McDonald's specifically because I know exactly what I'm going to get when I order.

I love the consistency in the taste and quality of their products. I also love how spotlessly clean their restaurant is. I have grown accustomed to this over the years. My only issue is that the prices are never consistent. But hey! It won't stop me from ordering a double cheeseburger if that's what I'm craving. Their French Fries are still the best anywhere on the market!

Lines move along quickly and efficiently, cashiers are friendly and efficient. Dine-in or take-out, doesn't matter. The quality is the same. Wish the pricing was equally consistent.

I normally don't write reviews about fast food restaurants, but this experience was so bad that I had to share it. They took 20 minutes to prepare my order, the Coke from the freestyle machine tasted awful I'm not exaggerating it's actually bad, and they gave me 9 chicken nuggets instead of 10. And

Stopped at a McDonald's Donald's inside Loves truck stop in Iowa. Was told they are no longer using registers, use the kiosk. It was a complete $#*! show pain in the $#*!! Took forever. What's worse is this McDs is paying their people 17 an hour! To not do a thing! It's time to boycott McDs, the food was not good at all either. And I laughed as several people walked away and told the worker no, they will go elsewhere.

Drove thru to get 2 egg McMuffin meals. Nobody in line. Guy at pick up window told me to go around & park. I declined. The manager quickly came over & asked me to go park. I declined-there was nobody in line. He told me he will issue me a refund then. Didn't understand what big deal was, so went & parked. There's what seemed to be their solution to the extremely long waits in drive thru lines for past year or so. They make u go park & wait now! So you're not waiting in line anymore, but now you have to go find a parking place and wait! This makes no sense! McDonald brothers designed McDonald's to get food out fast-that was the whole point! I'm never going back!

McDonald's has always been one of my favorites for fast food. But as of lately it's declined so much on my list. The horrible service you get at windows or inside or simply trying to get an order right. I've had employees try to legit fight me at the window before simply because they got a part of an order wrong. In my whole opinion McDonald's really needs to do some reshaping of their company. They really need to learn how to treat their customers again and also learn what it means to be a company.
