I used to love macdonals the fries the big mac but noticed it's been getting bad well today i went and wow it's not just bad it's terrible their big mac was completely bad and the fries dry just horrible wow

McDonald's parking lot smelled better that the order kiosk.
Kids snot & puke on the kiosk screen.
So I went back outside, & split.

Ordered via McDonald's app and McDelivery, it never showed up yet I've been charged. Nobody at customer service seems to care or be able to help. Just blaming Uber Eats?
Will never use again.

First While ordering the guy was on a call (probably with his soon to be ex)the whole time.

After seeing online this Store in Duquesne Pa. Was open 24hrs, I caught a Uber to this restaurant. After the Uber had left I was told dining room was closed. I am a disabled veteran and don't drive. So this is a case a discriminating against the disabled.

As if that was not enough waiting for soo long.we were told they can't give us straws since we're eating our food in the restaurant. I was experiencing that for the first time. I had to beg for my daughter's straw since she was having milkshake.service@ Landrosmare polokwane is bad,I'm never going back.

I rarely visit McDonald's, but when I do, I'm usually satisfied. The food is prepared quickly and the prices are quite reasonable. However, the quality can sometimes vary.

The menu has become disgusting. No healthy options of grilled chicken or salads. I went with my two kids and bought 1 happy meal, 1 (2) cheeseburger meals and 1 double cheeseburger with a medium drink... $32... it is awful

I visited the McDonald's in Forsyth, Illinois within the last hour. Ordered my favorite hot chocolate. The cashier took my debit card, swiped it, handed it back, and said nothing. No "would you like a receipt" or even the standard "thank you" came out of her mouth. In fact, I think she gave me the "side eye look" as I pulled away. If she's my cashier in the future I'll be sure to tell her you're welcome. And I don't have proof of purchase because I didn't receive a receipt, but my debit card was used. My name is below.

Every store Mc Donald's has I hope shuts down forever... The food is tasteless,they put their sauces on sandwiches so much it slides apart and is annoying to eat.The young adults are joke can't even talk to people or ring up order at all the kiosk are a real bad step for mankind and the way of world Boycott this horrible business and get better food and service.you lost my business and my family's too.

I was at mcdonalds on 30 in plainfield ill. I go there every day i am off work. 3 days a week.
I take my dog bcuz they used to give a pup cup to the dog. Not any more though. Now they have to add to the 14.06 tab with another 30 cent charge for a pup cup. 14.06 just wasnt or isnt enough they desparately need that 30 cents. They are using product and MUST charge lets see if not mailing the 14.06 anymore will awaken the owner to the fact the 2 cents worth of whipped cream in a 1 penny cup will not make up the difference. If all the stores in my town charge then i guess the dog wont get whipped cream from mcds anymore. And Mcds wont get the 42.06 anymore.

I ordered a burger with everything on it, the smell of that tomatoe was odd kinda rotten.
Will never order it again.

I went to three different McDonald's for a shamrock shake and every single one said their machine was broken, and since there's only like a month to get it I really want to but every time I go they say the exact same thing. Step up your game McDonald's!

My wife and I ordered breakfast, we got a bagel sandwich breakfast meal. The bottom of the bagels are as hard as an man whole cover. Come on McDonald's do better with your bagel and biscuits. The biscuits are as dry as the dessert... You'll chock to death.

Will never go to a McDonald's again overpriced slow service and I can't understand what the employees are saying when I talk to them and to many order mistakes
