McDonald's will always be my favourite restaurant as the food is absolutely delicious, the prices are quite cheap and they have machines that make ordering easier (You can even get it delivered to your door if you order it online)

Ordered 2 Filet-o-Fish sandwiches and some fries. Didn't check order until I got home (10 minute drive). Sandwiches were grossly overcooked, bun was hard as a brick, cheese was actually brittle, fries were almost edible. No receipt was given when I bought the food. Took the order back. Dining room was locked up. Drive thru was the only option. Food was replaced after about a 15 minute wait with some that was almost edible. Total food bill for this unedible meal was over $12. Won't EVER EAT AT MCDONALD'S again. Too many other fast food restaurants that still offer properly cooked, edible food ar reasonable prices.

There are a variety of food options accessible at all times, including chicken burgers, veggie burgers, and French fries. They can also give home delivery within 30 minutes, as well as other services such as discounts and a large selection of popular foods on sale. While I booking an order I use Saveplus coupons which are suggested by one of my friends this is the best coupons site I have ever seen guys once you check and confirm this is the best site for the coupons

I used the drive through at McDonalds Boynton Beach Florida. They didn't give me what I ordered and paid for. When I got home and went to eat I called to complain and ask form a refund form the Q tr Pounder I didn't receive. I was told I had to return to their location (1/2 hour round trip) to correct the error. I asked for a $4.50 refund on my credit card. They refused and gave me a corporate number to call. The corporate number took a voice message and has not replied.

They need to fix their employees, and their service.
Their delivery service was stupid, and their customer service was stupid as well.

So it was a Tuesday and after hokey practice we wanted McDonald's so we drove 6 minutes to get McDonald's and they gave my mom a patty with ketchup but she wanted a patty with ketchup and pickles and my order a grilled chicken with ketchup came out as a grilled chicken with ketchup and pickles so we got our new orders and right this time and I drink my supposed to be sweet tea and it turns out it's unsweet so we drive to another McDonald's to get the right which was about 15 minutes away and we order a sweet tea again and we drive off 1 minute later I try the supposed to be sweet tea and its unsweetened again so I give McDonald's a 1 star they suck but their food is good

This was one of my favorate place to spend my weekends but now due to covid i am not able to visit and enjoy eating there but i eventually order burgers online through zomato and sometimes Mc donalds deliver itself. I love mc flurry.

This McDonalds has the worst service of any fast food restaurant I have ever seen. They only have one person taking orders at two drive ups as well as collecting money. Does this manager not see that they have a severe problem. Today and most days the cars were lined up out of the entrance. Hire more staff! Send the manager to other McDonalds to see how they do it. Maybe send them to Chick-fil-A. They serve customers like a true fast food restaurant.

Disrespectful staff, managers as well. Not taking orders correctly. Verbal abusive not happy at all with McDonald's anymore talking that way in front of my kids.

Recently, my wife and I went to your restaurant and ordered a couple of menus. I really liked your cutlets. So delicious that you can't pass it on. The service is just great. I recommend them for everyone!

Um I recently whent to my local mc donald's and the service was terrible the young folks was playing taking forever to bring me my order and I want all of them fired I and 1 of them had an baddi

Twice 3/13 and 3/26 I received a raw quarter pounder. Because the local number listed went to a fax machine I called corporate. Corporate suggested if the local mcdonald's doesn't resolve the problem I should reach out to my bank and dispute the charge. What a joke mcdonald's just lost a customer.

Went into the McDonalds in Cumbernauld near Asda. Ordered triple cheeseburgers and got double cheeseburgers and never got fries I ordered and paid for. Wasn't worth the journey back to return them. Very disappointed. Won't go back ever again.

No good costumer service order 90% wrong, always keep your recive with you, in tampa bay spruce and dale mabry name lakisha not good if i am the manager she will be fire in a first minute, she ignored costumer when they ask for something un profecionals they do no use mask and always are screaming in the kitchen never again, the owner should take care about this issue or somebody who will sue then
