McDonald's

The McDonald's in northern lights is sorry. They rush to make your food, then you get it and everything is wrong. They need to slow down and take their time because it's ridiculous that almost every time you go to that location they get your order wrong.

Customer service is awful terrible experience every time tve same restaurant. At the servi car they don't answer to people today i was there alone someone else came after me and took their order and i say hello hello and the lady responded hello nothing else Wow

So i was just getting back from a long day of work and i wanted to get some micky d's to make me feel better and so i walked into the store and ordered my food and sat down to wait because thankfully that government made virus is no longer roaming and after a few minutes this clown came from the back and came up to me. "Hey there friend, do you want a free cheeseburger?' he asked me that in a sultry sus tone and because i like free stuff i said yeah. And then he told me to follow him so i decided to and he brought me outside into his van.
Anyway, I gave this review a one because they forgot my large fry and the cheeseburger that was promised didnt have cheeeese.

I want to thank McDonald's for having large handicap bathrooms for people in wheelchairs. Some Wheelchairs are bigger than others and I no longer worry if I will be able to get into the bathroom and up next to the toilet the way I need to when in McDonald's. The only problem is the grab bars are actually in the way when I try to lift the arm of the wheelchair up so that I can slide over onto the seat I can't without hitting the grab bar so I have to move my wheelchair up which makes it harder for me to transfer. Thank you for giving wheelchair users and others a safe place to go.;-)

The McDonald's in Norristown Pa on main St down the street from the court house. As much money as McDonald's has been getting over the decades you would think they hire better people to be the face of their restaurants, it embarrassing as human. To walk into this facility an have homeless & drug addicts laying all over the floors, the smell of urine an feces, no one wants to smell while thinking to order there food! Not to mention the customer service, you better not expect that at all! It's so sad that this company Continues to hire people with no integrity or people skills at all!

Chips are almost always cold and soggy. Fish burger is always tasty but staff NEVER put the fish, cheese and sauce in the middle of the bun. Like why is only the corner of my fish in the bun? Even when it's empty and I'm the only person in the shop, you can't assemble a burger properly.

This McDonald's on ******* Seminole Blvd largo, FL *******. The employee do not know how to talk to customers at the window very disrespectful I will not come back. To much attitude in the morning like they do not want to be there. They need to learn customers service skills because they do not have none. They get a " zero from me "

The McDonald's apple fritter f-far less-than-expected. The apple fritter is not much better than the store-bought Pillsbury biscuit. 7-Eleven has them beat by 75 percent. This apple fritter is not much larger than a Pillsbury biscuit one of those buttermilk biscuits very poor try McDonald's I'll stick to my 7-Eleven. Full-size apple Fritters.

My family and me, we love McDonald's! Our kids especially, when it comes to restoraunts and fast food places, McDonald's is their favorite. Us grown ups, we know that there are more places with maybe better food our service, but kids are the happiest in McDonald's, they love playing with there toys and they adore french fries and ice cream

Took my grandkids to McDonald's yesterday and the tables and high chairs were so filthy it was disgusting! I literally had to clean everything and wipe everything down bc it was so covered with food and residue from the past uses.
I live in a small town and our McDonald's is Directly by a interstate exit in Van Buren, AR. I am embarrassed now that I know people who see that mess will associate it with our town.

I was upset with the fact that McDonalds treats American workers so unfairly. They can pay workers in another country 15.hr but only pay our own USA people min. Wage! I make over 37,000 a year and I struggle. I can not imagine how hard it is for a min. Wage employee. McDonalds had it's start here in USA. My children and I used to Love McDonalds! It was as American to us as apple pie, but not anymore. My children and I both agree that they are CUT THROATS in the worst way! We will never walk in a McDONALDS again! SHAME ON THEM! My family and friends feel the same way!

Waited for my food for a hour, then food thrown at me, did not even get the right food, and did not get a refund like everyone else even though I got there before everyone else's and they still did not care

I TikTok we saw the dirty supplies that they use and the dirty stuff. The soda comes out of a box. The fire that fries the fries are disgusting they're not cleaned out The grease doesn't look like it been changed the oil doesn't look like I've been changed that's in the fryer and it looks like it's been there for like two years and it looks disgusting

I want the classic buns back for the small hamburger. The new buns ruined the taste. The classic buns helped make the small hamburger a delightful treat. I won't order it again unless the classic buns returns.

I can NOT believe it! After my grudge with Burger King, I decided to go to Mcdonald's for lunch with my bros. I ordered one Quarter Pounder and a 10 piece of chicken nuggets and guess what happened when I took a bite out of one of my chicken nuggets! I could barely even bite it! I asked a worker for a refund, but they refused because the ice cream machine was down and they needed money! Such a greedy place! I gave my chicken nuggets to my dog, Millie, and she could not even eat it! I can't believe Mcdonalds would serve such a health hazard!

While my chicken nuggets were too hard to eat, I decided to eat my quarter pounder, but it tasted TERRIBLE! It was waaaay too greasy and cold. I decided to toss that gross burger away instantly, and I got super ill the day after the incident. I will NEVER go back here again!

I am a sweet tooth and love vanilla milk shakes. I usually get my vanilla milk shakes from Chick-fil-A. Which are nice and thick and taste very yummy. But, today I bought a vanilla milk shake from Mac Donald's. Seriously folks, This milk shake is WAY TOO SWEET! I will not buy Mac Donald's milk shakes, anymore. Corporate, should buy these shakes and sit around the meeting table and taste them. Lol.

Its good when you are too lazy to make food yourself. Its best to just get some burgers without the fries and drinks. The fries are good, but the drinks are just mostly ice and quite pricey so just get something for somewhere else.

I go to the McDonald's on Randolph st thomasville n.c. Every day.so this morning I used my mobile app and ordered my 2 French vanilla lattes instead of the long line I got in mobile order 6 spot and waited on my order...and waited and waited and waited for 30 minutes, finally walked Inside and they were just making my order. 30 minutes for real? That's crazy.now it's 3 pm and I look at my banking and see they charged me twice this morning wow...

Mcdonalds yall need to do better. I mean we all know that your ice cream machines do work your just lazy. Like yall icecream machines are ALWAYS BROKEN. Like please take the time to just make icecream for little kids. Its unfair why they can't have icecream because of yalls lazy butts. I give yall a 2 star rating
