Very poor service food was barley warm. The service was long. Housekeeping was poor. Working 3 people on a Saturday night with inadequate training no one peer checking and very unorganized at least have someone there with there A game helping. Or just close it down when you don't have adequately trained personnel working. Start training and retrain personnel call it just in time training. Not sure if this store is a franchise or corporate someone need to check this place out. Not just during the day but at night. I do not want my money back because i did not get a receipt like always Kiosk out of paper every time the manager busy trying to make food and put orders together. It's really not their issues it the personnel doing the training. Management. They should have a 2-minute pre job brief when they start there shift and communication would be helpful when making orders. I watch them work none of the 3 are communicating or calling orders. And if your short staff and only have 3 people working close the drive thru or the dining room because the quality of the product is bad. Or close the store at 4 until you get personnel organized and trained.
My order was a fish filet and double cheeseburger med coke and a child's coke. Between 8:45 pm 9:30 Pm In this day in age you should be able to track it with what was sold that day. Also, I now places are short people. But you have to hire people.

This is regards my my order placed to Khushal tower ghatkopar east mcdonalds at 1.30am approx after making 5 calls and multiple attempts my order was later cancelled at 2.50 am after making me wat for my order for more then 2 hours. They kept saying me on call i made that order will reach in next 10 min however it failed to do so.

Restaurant didn't even had courtesy so inform it it was going to get delayed and on top of it had an audacity to cancel the order after making it delayed for so long.

Such a pathetic experience I wasn't expecting from brand like mcdonalds.

If u can't deliver please dont make apps to make people place order and they delay and cancel that finally.

This is not at all customer service you guys are delivering what mcdonalds is known for

I went to this McDonald's I was told to first order from the kiosk instead of the counter. Then I put that I was eating in and instead of bringing the food to is like there suppose to they just called us to the counter. Then I was done eating I asked for a refill and they wouldn't give it to me.

Went in for a meal with the double peels we won, got our meals, qent back later that day ans they said we xouldnr get a mcdlury with it bc wr are under 18, so you saying because we under 18 we cant get a mcflury vut we can go get a full meal being under 18 makes sense don't it

When I went to mcdonalds I saw poop all over the floor the workers were kissing my food and taking poops on it I really never want to go back there and the food was really bad too I feel like I could get food like this shipped from amazon 10 years after I actually oredrerd please never come here uwu

In the morning I buy a big breakfast and cremal mucha cofee and when i cane home coffe was normal black coffe and breakfast haven't a hot cake

I've been eating McFlurry for along here and everytime I get a different look on the McFlurry for the last 2 weeks, this is ridiculous ice cream in cup with crumbles on top. They told me it's always fixed like this? Where is the McFlurry!?

There was a cockroach in my son's happy meal box. It came out while my son was eating his cheeseburger.
We bought it from 44 John MacDowell street, st Catharines.

So the apple pie was to small the drink was kinda warm and the fries lost their flavor in a few seconds and it the fries where not hot

You need to close McDonald's down they have bad service and the workers are rude you need to fire them.

I ordered an Ice coffee yesterday that has a strong chemical taste located at McDonald's in Silver Spring, Maryland at Four Corners University Blvd and Colesville Rd. I was watching the McDonald's employee lady prepare the coffee, and after she was done it looked as if she took it to a different counter to the opposite side of the prep table, and poured something in it. I had diarrhea all day after drinking it and felt so weak and tired.

The mcdonalds on Cumberland Ave needs to get a hold of there self leaving people food out store manager talking rude to workers and workers touching there hair then touch food not washing there hands lobby needs clean.don't do orders right

I want the classic buns back for the small hamburger. The new buns ruined the taste. The classic buns helped make the small hamburger a delightful treat. I won't order it again unless the classic buns returns.

A very bad experience, I asked for a delivery and they only stole my money, because the food never arrived.

Served cold food they would not give me a refund or replacement… I got assaulted by an employee, who threw a full cup of soda at me while in my car and caused $5000 worth of damage to my AC system, I have the repair receipts

Used to go there because it was affordable now it's the same old stuff for twice as much. For the money you can go to a restaurant and get a good burger and fries and a drink for the price of a small mcdouble and fries. O let's not forget just about every single time I go to McDonald's the over payed employees still can't get the order right. Iv been all over the USA and it's not just one it's more like 98/100. Don't wast your time go to a real restaurant.

I went to the McDonalds in Fountain Inn SC 300 MCCARTER Road Fountain Inn, SC ******* around 8:00pm EST. It was a little busy, however, this was an extremely smooth running shift. Everyone was in place and did their job accordingly. My order was an online order and my food was very fresh. While I was waiting for my food, I had the opportunity to watch everything and everyone. I would like to recognize the manager Lakindra, Qua and the rest of her team. Her back line (cook area) was very structured and kept the food fresh and coming through so there wasn't a long wait time. Qua (back line) was very calm, cool and collective and didn't break under pressure. I'm not sure if he is in a leadership position but it would benefit if he was, so he could demonstrate to other employees what it takes to keep the ball rolling in a very fast pace area in McDonalds. I have visited several McDonalds and was once a manager myself in a different location, and this, by far, was a VERY good experience. Even though it was a rush time everyone had a positive and pleasant attitude. I was Very impressed!
