Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
This company can CHANGE YOUR LIFE if utilized correctly. I see everyone complaining about prices and interest rates, but NO ONE is mentioning why we all came to this site to begin with... Poor credit. Of course you're going to pay more than the item is worth... How would MDG get any money out of this? Besides, the payments are so low bi-weekly/weekly, you don't even notice them coming out of your account! Just know it's going to take two-three years to pay it off if you don't put more towards your payments each time. I would recommend this site to anyone getting denied everywhere and genuinely trying to rebuild their credit... I salute MDG, was able to get my kids Nintendo Switches for Christmas. Sign up is simple and take two weeks or less to get everything setup. The faster you confirm your initial down payment (if needed) they expedite the shipping process and you get your stuff within 2-3 weeks... Recommend to any and everyone

I must say when I first saw an ad for MDG I was skeptical about applying because I have bad credit. But after talking with the reps and them describing what takes place and everything with the application it was actually really easy. It's so easy that I had ordered multiple things from them and shipping time is roughly a week. Do I recommend MDG for getting a great deal in awesome bundles? Absolutely!

A big ordeal to go through to buy anything. Just got the computer, but even with DSL high speed internet, very slow and won't load any apps hardly at all, apps it does have cost if you keep after 30 days, it can't even load it's own virus protection I had to load Firefox to get anything to work Windows 10 is no good going to ask for a return label, it does have nice big screen and was easy to set up, all in one takes no space. I'll try few more days but my Lenovo small laptop is faster and works better.
I would have to say that this is one of the worst companies ever and would definitely not waste any time ordering anything from this company! I was a MDG customer for years was given a $1500.00 credit for purchases. I paid off my order which grew with major interest to $3000.00 that was paid in full. MDG kept texting and texting me about my credit application so I called and was immediately given another credit in the amount of $1900.00 I made a purchase of $1700.00 for a washer and dryer with a pending tracking order with a few seconds thereafter, I received an email stating that MDG denied my credit with an adverse action letter my credit score was over 600 so therefore, I would definitely rate MDG a 1star!

As a customer, I found their website user friendly. The sales staff was very helpful and made my purchase easier than I had thought. I love the desktop computer and television with sound combination I have purchased. Great experience, I would purchase from them again.

Paid my balance last week, and today I was still charged a scheduled payment. Now it looks like I have to wait 5 days for that to clean before they process refund which will take another 5 days, I needed that money and now they have really left me in a bad position, all because I paid my balance off early

After this experience I would never use again. You are better off just trying to save the money, or try to borrow from gopeer, far less interest rates

Was approved for $1,000 credit. After providing my banking account # and routing #, now they need prior paycheck stubs? Information was submitted yet still no acknowledgement of it. For me MDG has been a joke. Now I have other issues with them having my banking information.
Thanks for the feedback! It looks like the agents simply required some additional information. We do this for security purposes and there is a reason behind every request. Income needs to be verified so that we can set up a customized payment plan with the customer, and our terms and conditions state that we may ask for more detail at any time. We have been in business for many years, and just recently celebrated our 28th anniversary. Information is not requested with the intent to cause such frustrations, and we do apologize. Please understand that we are an online only company and we must take precautions when lending to prospective customers as it is different from financing done physically in person.
I have been buying electronics from MDG for 5 yrs now. A laptop, 2 tablets, a home theatre an XBox One, phones and a couple of tv's. I have never had any problems with any of my purchases. The customer service is first rate. Professional, friendly and always willing to help. They are an amazing company to do business with. I will continue to do business with them in the future.
Everything that I have bought from MDG is very good quality. The products are a little expensive, but they make it possible to be happy with what you buy, and with an awesome payment plan. I like it that you can pay your balance off sooner, or defer a payment if necessary. I have bought quite a few things since 2005, and I'm very happy. I will be definitely buying again
To even get my order to ship it took almost a week they kept sending me in a circle making me send them different paperwork and by the time it actually did ship the delivery date was literally 2 weeks later and by then another payment was due two days later. I don't recommend these people
The process seemed long to get approved but once that was done I had my products very quickly. I have had to change and even move my payments and with just a quick phone call this was done so easily. I even forgot to put my payment in the account I use for them and called them right away and they did not charge me a returned check fee. Look forward to working with them again! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
For those of us with credit issues, (who doesn't have them) MDG is the best. As long as you have a job, you can pretty much get approved. I got a great laptop, a couple of years ago, and I just got another one. Payments are easy, if you get stuck in a bind, customer service (Finance) are very accommodating, and understanding. Products are great, prices are affordable, and it's all name brand. GREAT Company
Hi there my name is Ian, and I have been a long time customer of MDG. The first time I bought something from them all they sold were computers believe it or not. Now I have made several more purchases ranging from TV to a kitchen stove. I am very satisfied with their service and customer care. I would definitely and have already refer anyone who wants to build their credit or just to buy yourself a toy lol I know I plan on making several more purchases...
We bought our desktop computers from MDG about 2 years ago. We have enjoyed the service so much that we just bought a Microsoft Surface from them too! Their customer service is very good and they even held the Surface for me while I finished all of my paperwork, when it actually sold out on the site!
I've been dealing with MDG for 5 years now. I can always find what I want quickly on their website www.mdg.ca, and my sales rep has always been able to answer all of my questions. My orders have always been processed quickly, and shipped fast. I've never had any problems with any of the products that I've ordered. I've made 7 purchases from MDG, and I know that I'll be buying more stuff soon. I've recommended MDG to friends and co-workers who've made purchases without any issues.
To be a buy now pay later setup, they want entirely too much information. Also to change your address a copy of a lease is required, when I am placing an order. So I don't want to pay for something that is going to someone else. Lose the extra requirements. If I am an existing customer, why do I have to send in income verification again.

I emailed to have an external hard drive added to the order and never received a response. It would be nice to pick the game with the PlayStation bundle especially for people who don't play games like uncharted
It would also be nice to have better response time. Service was overall good but in some area's could be improved.

I have been dealing with this company for 2 months almost and still waiting for my purchase. We agreed to take the payment out of my saving account they took it and then later decided it needed to be through my checking. So they had to refund that account it took a week then changed accounts and it took another 4 days they asked for a copy of my cable bill for address verification then said it wasnt good enough then asked for another bill and we went in circles for days. Finally everything re approved took 2 weeks to get authorization and I'm just now waiting for purchase that pro ably is gonna cost me triple what it costs
