Omg. Such a very terrible experience over the phone today. The finance department is so very unprofessional. They speak over you continuously and because you choose not to provide a DOB over the phone. They disconnect the call twice. Agents are extremely rude. I requested a supervisor or manager and the guy keep on saying there's non. Am the only one here. Like really? I just want to pay off my account and never deal with them again

Then when I called to address it, customer service gave me an answer that was less than succinct with little detail. Then to top it ALL off, IVANA says "Well sucks to be you" to me. There's no google my business listing, obviously because they treat their customers like this. Their facebook reviews goes to a broken page. This is OBVIOUSLY because of this HORRENDUS customer service.

This company no doubt takes advantage of the poor like michael mosley did. They operate out of greed. They do not care that you are trying to better your financial situation after making a HORRIBLE mistake by using them to begin with. The % of interest you pay is ungodly. When i purchased a laptop they didnt have a chart that laid it all out for you. I had no idea i would be paying almost tripple what the item actually cost on the market. I believe this is unfair and would like to talk to a class action lawyer. Although they are happy to defer, they will not let $100 out of almost $3000 go. The laptop was $900 retail, ive paid them almost $3000 and they will not let me pay only $200 of the remainder $300. I am uneducated financially and didnt realize the mistake i was making. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you are only doing it to build credit, then its just a price you pay. These people are amongst the most greedy.

I've been paying $89.00 for 4-5 years now, on an $1100. 00 laptop.
That's thousands more than it's worth.
What they do, they try to take money out whenever they feel like it.
Instead of agreed upon day.
Oh don't worry, they take money on that day too!
They told me they will send it to the collection bureau if I don't keep paying.
Whenever I call them, they offer me a "buy out", for more thousands of dollars.
One day I'm gonna find a way to make the shareholders pay!
What else can I do?
On a scale of 1-10, the stress they have caused over the many years is about 1000!
Their like a bully who steals your lunch money. They just took it again!
What am I gonna do? Open for ideas.

I would love not to have to even click a star. I was more interested in rebuilding my credit, of course, I could buy a tv off a truck for a couple of hundred bucks why pay 2000 after it said and done with MDG.
I send in all kinds of documents, I'd, they were taking all kinds of money for 6 weeks, and then I find out I don't qualify, why waste my time, giving messed up excuses asking for documents and more stuff, this should be done at the beginning, if u qualify u qualify. Done deal. And the first payment higher then the rest...

I purchased a tv and a Nintendo switch my first tv quit after 3 months they did not have the tv brand I ordered so they sent me another which was 600 dollars cheaper than the one I had but will not credit me for the difference. I made another purchase all totaled about 2400 dollars I have paid in 3,923 dollars and they say I owe 1200 yet. Called to discuss and got no where also was told that I can't get a credit for a 3 month old tv that was defective. Don't buy anything from these people they are a rip off and trust me I am not done

I have been dealing with mdg for a little over a year now and since my account balance has never changed, when asked about this they say I've missed 8 payments. Not true. This whole time that I've done business with them my account balance has never ever differed. Not to mention if you do the math for a game console with their interest rate you'll be paying for two consoles after your done. If they're going to charge that much interest for their items it should at least be helping build your credit rating but it isn't.

I've been waiting for over two weeks to receive my item and they are about to take my first payment. I have had to go to the BBB. Never have I had this experience with shopping or delivery with any establishment. Various calls are getting no where. They act as if they could care less as long they get their payment. Received a credit of 1900$ pre-qualification. I have an account specified for bills. He wanted another account. I assured him it would be paid on time and because I have already given access to this one I didn't want to give access to another. What should matter is me paying my bills on time not which one my checks go too. Seems scammish. Never had an issue before, this is a sign to jus forget the interest and just buy it in full.

I've been seeing on TV and other places not to log onto your banking app if they ask you to because then then can see everything and take control of your bank so as soon as I got to that part I stopped. Which really sucked because I really wanted that tv and soundbar... it also says you can upload a photo of your bank statement but hello it still has all my banking info on it. I tried to call customer support and haven't received anything back. Other places that help people with low credit don't ask for this information. I really wanted these items but it don't seem like I'm getting them and I'm going to let other people know what happened to me... so much for legit companies and companies trying to help people. First things first, most of not every single one of these positive reviews are fake as hell. This company is basically the payday or flex loan equivalent of a retail store. The interest you will pay on the recommended monthly payment will exceed your purchase amount by double if you don't catch it and pay down the principle yourself. Whenever you call them or trying to make sense of what is going on they are vague or misleading and pretend like what they are doing is just normal business. I implore anyone reading this to try anything else to find their purchase and this shouldn't even be a last resort. Check out services like Klarna, Afterpay, QuadPay, Fingerhut and Sezzle to name a few. If you are trapped by this so called business into endless payments check out BMG money and Kashable for an allotment personal loan with a low apr. I expect them to add their crappy comment hear about how sorry they are but don't buy the hype. Void at all cost.

Well, I wish I got in-depth with the reviews before going to bed with these guys cause all I have is regrets for even getting myself involved with this company that will scam the heck outta you, blindsided.
So I was getting concerned about my balance being so much besides me religiously paying 49.65 biweekly. Well to be precise my initial cost was $2109. 04 on 09/07/2019. People, it's 01/05/2021 why is my balance $1127. 80 you wonder? Well I got really curious too because my efforts of trying to get them to send me a statement with all my payment was impossible well until yesterday when I decided to make it my life goal to let everybody out there know to STAY TF AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
I got my statements, finally & the hidden charges almost made me barf. Like wouldn't you think that if you're stipulated to pay a certain amount that was agreed between y'all that it would be inclusive of everything like every other normal company then you're mistaken, every week I have an extra $19-28 in interest charges oh oh, and as if that's not enough you're paying $8.95 biweekly for ‘CLUB SUBSCRIPTION' that nobody thought of mentioning.
Well, I made my bed. Signed a contract with these daylight scammers & like I said I'm making it my goal to reach out to hopefully lots of people out there to avoid this company. Go to that mainstream company because at the LEAST they're somewhat noble & upfront with such important detail. The customer service is awful
The customer service is awful, you say you're having trouble with COVID they don't care. It took me 4 months to get on a payment plan. After reporting it late and apparently they can't do anything. Bunch of crooks don't recommend using them. No one speaks English well and it's just awful. I'm so close to saying come pick up your stuff and get off my account. And I hope you guys read this I'll be posting it on fb to. Terrible service if I could give it a zero star I would.

Lol been approved for almost a year, I tried to buy a TV first, they lost that sale because they just asked for way too much information, ended up buying a 65" Sony at best buy paid cash $ 2300
But they have kept sending texts and emails and calling to use my approval, so I decided to order a $650. Item less than half of what I'm apparently approved for
At the last stage of the online agreement it says we'll take 6 payments before we ship. Lol. I think not if I wanted a layaway service I'd go to best buy or Walmart and pay zero interest, to top it off I offer the deposit in full they have refused it,

They are carp paid for a TV today and after paying having to go through another verification process... which literally every step of the way is been like this... I had to pay 299 for shipping and handling and having to wait 9 days maybe longer on my TV. On top of that it could take 3-5 business days before the verification department will contact me its a complete scam I feel like at this point all this after taking the money out of my account.
