Our family loves Melaleuca products from the shampoo to the chewing gum, our whole home is converted out. My kids beg for the organic popcorn everyday! And I love knowing that all the products we use are safe for my family and for the environment and that they are going to work well and get the job done the first time. I've been a customer with this company for nearly 14 years. Great friendly customer service. All products are guaranteed and they have around 240 GLUTEN FREE products. That's one of the largest selections in one place I've ever seen.

I think the cleaning products are "safe" because they are mostly water. I don't suffer particularly from any allergies, which is what my consultant and other marketing materials from the company seems to really emphasize. I found I had to use huge quantities of their dish soap to get the same results as Dawn soap. I used the entire Melaluca laundry and line and found that my laundry was not nearly as fresh smelling as my usual Tide and Downy combo. The scent fades fast and is hardly noticeable. Melaluca charges you to ship items and charges you for return shipping. No thanks. I can make a quick trip to the store once a month or less for the same items and not manufacture a list of mediocre products that I don't really want shipped to me just to meet their monthly quotas. Honestly, if you (Melaluca) must force your members to buy items each month... are your products really that good? Not a business model I appreciate or respect. I did it as a favor for a friend and because I was curious, I should have just not even bothered. To cancel, they sent me a form that had a line for my spouse to sign... excuse me? My husband's signature wasn't required to sign up. Pretty ridiculous. It's not real estate people it's vitamins and soap, I should have been able to opt out with a single click online. Why do you need an actual wet signature? Again, if your products were that good… I say you wouldn't, and I could probably find Melaluca in stores. That's another thing they tell you… that what you buy in stores isn't as good as their stuff. It's a pyramid scheme at best. Save your hard-earned dollars.

I have been a customer now for over 7 years and absolutely love everything about the store. I love that when I'm running out of a product, I just place it in my on-line cart and it is delivered to me within 3-4 days. Clarity acne face wash line has been outstanding in helping address my adult onset of acne. The acne was severe, lots of scaring and redness that resulted from the acne. I tried several other acne products and experienced lots of redness and extreme dry skin. I found the Clarity cleared up my acne, it did not cause dryness or irritation of skin and was much more budget friendly for our family!

One of the biggest concerns I hear about Melaleuca is, "Do I have to purchase products EVERY month?" The simplest answer is NO. The truthful answer is, "Why wouldn't you?" Melaleuca is a replacement of products people regular buy anyways. Doesn't it make more sense to spend hard earned money on higher quality products that are safer and cost less than a comparable local store shelf version? I certainly think so! I work too hard to waste my money on inferior products at local stores if Melaleuca has a version of it.

And then for the company to drop over $100 into a person's shopping account just to try out the store? I can't understand why a person would not at least try it.

This company seems to have the policy if the customer is always right. My order came with a product that had exploded all over my order. I called them with my problem. They shipped out a duplicate order at No charge. I didn't even ask them for this.

Replenex extra strength has been my personal life saver. I have an extreme case of full body arthritis, especially effecting my neck, shoulders and hands. I don't want to purchase their product cos it's a waste of money. Not good at all. They keep sending me back up orders which I did not purchase. They sent you products that are not useful at all. What a waste of money they keep charging your card. It's too expensive even empty container you have to pay for it. Don't be a member of this company.
