I switched my shopping here for everyday stuff a few years ago now and haven't regretted it at all. Thier products are amazing. 3 reasons to switch - 1. Healthier - the products are all natural and no chemicals. 2. All made in the USA not China! 3. Economical. Better pricing than the big box stores across the 450 products! Try them today!
Sign up with a very convincing agent that told me I wouldn't need to pay any monthly fee, that I would ONLY pay $19.99 and pay to sample their products. Only to find out they are scammers. They go in your account and withdraw funds unauthorized fee for monthly payment. Contact them several times and all I got was them beating around the bush. Contact my bank so I would get back my money. Scammers! Stay away!
My family had shopped and saved money for years. I would never go back to to products work harmful chemicals. This shopping club makes sense.

Before I enrolled in 2019, I was skeptical like many who think this is another one of those BUT my opinion changed when I enrolled. Before I made the decision to enroll, I was informed that this was like a "loyalty shopping club" with lots of perks. They tell you there is a back up order if you ever forget to shop. Everyone who enrolls another one has to explain and do the complete overview of the store/manufacturer before they enroll. This is imperative so the enrollee is informed. I read complaints about getting products they didn't order but if they were not informed of this before or they forgot to shop in the month, the company sends a back up order. It is in the agreement! This is part of being a member. The products are excellent and most of them unique. For the quality, you get great discount plus other perks like loyalty shopping dollars, etc. You save on quality products. Most products are natural and some are organic. They are mostly non-toxic or biodegradable. There are many people who are just customers and there are others who want to go the extra mile to build a business from home. Whatever the decision of the customer, everyone can refer someone to shop at the store and everyone can earn by referring others without even thinking on building a business. Always check with your enroller or team about Melaleuca's business side. I love to shop at a good price. Is it all perfect? No, neither I am. Did I get a bad customer service experience? Not at all. They are the friendliest people and they will do whatever they can to accommodate you. Products are 90-day guaranteed. #happycustomer

Buyer beware….
I contacted Melaleuca on behalf of a friend of mine who is in the hospital and had ordered from this company since 2001 to canceled his membership. The customer representative I initially spoke to advised he canceled the account and provided a refund to my friend since he was in the hospital. Two weeks later I discovered the Melaleuca charged my friends account which was supposed to be closed $73.00. I recontacted the company and spoke to a new customer representative who stated that the account had not been closed and that my friend owed the money and if we wanted a refund we would have to pay $10. I advised her that was unacceptable since the account was already closed several weeks ago. The representative advised me they had no idea who close the account or who the representative was that spoke with me even though I gave them his name n email. She then said as a courtesy she would deduct the $10 and not charge that. She then stated that I needed to send a letter canceling the account to a supervisor. Per the representative I sent the requested letter to her supervisor *******@melaluca.com and was told that a refund would be issued. I got an email later stating that they would not refund the money because he had received a 50% refund previously.
What a terrible company!

I just had to post a review because of some of the absolutely ridiculous statements I've read, all of which had to make me wonder who is posting these things? For example, EXPENSIVE? Are you KIDDING!?! I could go on and on here, but let's just use cleaning products as an example. A bottle of window cleaner or tile cleaner typically costs $3 - $4 a bottle in local stores. Melaleuca's replacement version cost under $1.00. How does THAT translate as expensive? Oh, some will say you have to pay for shipping. Yep, that's right, and it's 5.4% of the cost. Even WITH shipping, the cost is still 1/3 of the price.
Another thing I've read was ingredients. Melaleuca is very open about ingredients they use. They certainly won't reveal what combinations of safer ingredients are used within a product for obvious reasons so that competing companies don't try to duplicate them. Here is a great link to ingredients used: https://ca.melaleuca.com/about/ingredients-philosophy
Another complaint is about having make MONTHLY orders. NOT TRUE! What amazes me is that people shop monthly for the very products Melaleuca offers. In other words, they are already shopping MONTHLY and then they complain about shopping MONTHLY at Melaleuca? Simply switch stores, people. Why spend more at local stores than on Melaleuca's less costly products that are even better anyways. There are literally 100's of products to choose from, and then when you consider that there are some 2,000 online stores partnered with Melaleuca for cash back discounts, why shop anywhere else than at Melaleuca? If by chance Melaleuca does not offer something needed, use a portal for cash discounts at some 2,000 stores like Walmart, Best Buy, Macy's, Target, Sam's club, etc., etc.
I could write a book about the benefits of shopping at Melaleuca. I have saved THOUSANDS over the years, not to mention the obvious health benefits from keeping toxic products out of my home.
Tip for consumers:
Try shopping at the store for 3 months and then discover for yourself how great the store is. You can get all your money back within 90 days if not happy, AND you receive $100 as a new customer for just trying it out.
Simply call *******913 and ask to open an account.

I have not tried even half of the products yet after 7 years of shopping. There simply far too many to choose from.

Even though they are not bad products, they are not the best either. I have been using the line for more than a year, and I have to be calling constantly because I was getting my order plus an extra box that is charged automatically. They are supposed to work by month and you agree to receive monthly pack of merchandise, but sometimes you actually spend more money on extra new items and try it out and they still send the monthly box that you add at the beginning of your enrollment with them, even when you try to cancel it itsssss impossible. I try to cancel in the pandemic and it was a waste of time, customer services will tell you to send a FAX... Who the hell use a fax in 2021... Please update your companyyyy... so after few calls and email and email and calls and calls. Today October 12,2021, I called again and customer service representative Hannah ask me for another email letter to be sent to a new email that is not even in the customer service list. So here it is just in case they don't answer your petitions. Send the email to this person *******@melaleuca.com that is supposed to be the manager that by the way she at the moment of my call was all the time at the bathroom... But Hannah was able to wait for her and call me back indicating they received my email asking to cancel my account. HOPE this is true this time, Sorry for the mix speling but this is not my first language. Hope this help anyone out there having my same problem...

Hello, this is my experience with Melaleuca.com.
I've been a MELALEUCA preferred customer for over 10 years, actually since 2012.
When I go to the stores in my neighborhood, I do not like everything in every store. I have not used or tried all the products in my local stores. Everyone has favorite stores and brand-name preferences.
Hands down I prefer Melaleuca products. Melaleuca has the best nutritional supplements I have ever used. I use only Melaleuca's Peak Performance Total Health vitamin pack and Vitality Calcium Complete supplements. I also have used their shampoos, coffee, snacks, laundry products, toothpaste, dish-soap, Etc.
I have not tried all the products the Melaleuca website offers (their online store), but the products I have tried are very good and reasonably priced in my opinion.
I Read the product descriptions, and I always read the ingredient lists too of any product I buy online or in my local "brick & mortar" stores.
Some people are allergic to certain chemicals, but the majority aren't. My daughter is allergic to tea-tree oil, but she loves Melaleuca shampoos and vitamins. Read the labels and ingredients lists.
As for customer service, I find their customer service to be excellent. A lot better service than you will get at any physical store.
For the people who complain about the preferred member backup order, they signed up for it to get the 30-50% member discounts. They need to read and understand the membership contract that they signed.
I have Called the customer service number several times and they were always kind and helpful. If you want to cancel your preferred member back-up order and membership, call customer service at Melaleuca. Then do what is required to cancel. Do your due diligence and be patient, and you can find the answers to your questions and get it done.
Also, People tend to vilify what they do not understand. Many legitimate companies are MLMs.
*** Only Pyramid schemes are illegal. ***
Look up MLM at consumer.ftc.gov, a US Federal government website. That will help clear up some of the confusion for most people hopefully.
PS, nobody and no business is perfect. Some companies are better than others.
Melaleuca products work for me. I happen to like and trust the Melaleuca company and their products & services.
Tip for consumers:
Read the Melaleuca website literature and know what you are getting.

It’s often said that Melaleuca is a different kind of company. But what makes it different? What is it that sets Melaleuca apart from—and above—the rest?
Well, it all starts with Melaleuca’s mission statement: “Enhancing the lives of those we touch by helping people reach their goals℠.” That’s not just some fancy yet hollow phrase a copywriter came up with on a whim. It’s a deliberate and thoughtful statement, and the guiding principle behind everything Melaleuca does, down to the smallest act by the last employee.
Melaleuca’s goal is to help people achieve total wellness. To do that, it has created over 350 exceptional products that people use and rely on every day. The company with the best product wins, and Melaleuca has worked with some of the world’s top researchers to create better, safer products using a balance of science and nature.
These products are not only better for your body and the environment, they’re also a better value. Since it opened it 1985, Melaleuca’s founding axiom has been “Exceptional products at reasonable prices.”
Melaleuca’s products are affordable thanks to its unique business model called Consumer Direct Marketing®. Melaleuca manufactures its own products and ships them directly to its customers; those customers then earn commissions through word-of-mouth referrals. There are no middlemen or advertisers taking a portion of the revenues. The result? Millions of satisfied customers who enjoy higher-quality products at a better value—and over $3.6 billion in paid commissions to date.
Helping other people. Enhancing their lives. To so many companies, where it’s every man for himself, those ideals are an afterthought at best. But to Melaleuca, it’s a mission. Learn more about The Wellness Company at Melaleuca.com.
