Worst experience with a company I have ever had. They forced me to take a backup order even after I canceled my membership! They did not even ship it until a week later so they could easily have stopped it! Now they want me to pay $22 shipping when I refused the package.
I could never find a diswasher detergent that did not contain chlorine bleach that actually cleaned my dishes. Diamond Brite from Melaleuca not only cleans my dishes but my old glasses sparkle like new.
I've only recently become aware of this company and it is through no fault of my own. To be clearer, the laundry soap smell is overwhelming and invasive. While traveling I sat next to a person who had a distinct odor that I rightly identified as laundry soap. During my visit my host used it to wash my clothing! As a person with allergies triggered by cheap fake fragrances it is a miserable experience to be within its range. And, the label called the lavender scent "natural". It is in no way natural. And it is wrong to label it as such. This stuff is cheap, foul and allergy producing.
I purchased the cleaning products, protein powder, and hair conditioner. Happy with products and VERY happy with the customer service. So professional, friendly, and helpful. Great and amazing customer service.
I ordered some product that was damaged by UPS in the shipping. Only 1 bottle was damaged. I called up Customer Service. They answered within the first ring and spoke English, told them the situation. They said no problem I just shipped you another package. I said I haven't told you which product. The lady said she shipped out all the products again and just keep the others that aren't damaged as an apology. Incredible customer service.
