We canceled our account with them last year, and then they charge my wife's card with $41.99. They say it will take up to 10 days to get the refund. It didn't take them 10 days to take it from us. They have put a very bad taste in our mouth. This is wrong. We will NOT recommend them to anybody. I would not rate them a one star, but that is the worst they will let me rate them. This is very wrong.
This is the worst company on the face of the earth. I cancelled my monthly shipments the morning after I received a notice of a monthly auto shipment they scheduled, due to me not filling out an order. I could not keep spending the money each month (due to loss of income/Covid), but planned to resume when things got back to normal. Not only would they not stop the shipment (it hadn't left their warehouse), they refused to give me my money back when they received the shipment back from me, as I refused it at the door once it had arrived. UPS shows they received it back, but no refund to me. Don't ever get connected with this company. It is unbelievable in today's world that their are still companies that treat customers like this. Not Costco, Sams, or Amazon... they'd never treat their customers like that. Hopefully very soon Melaleuca will be NO MORE!
I called in to place an order for Access Bars prior to a trip, short notice and the phone service were able to finish my order in a short enough time to get the order out before the closing of shipping so I receivedy product before my trip!

Did you know they force you to buy things you didn't order? They charge you every month even if you didn't want any new products. Furthermore, if you don't sign in and specify which products you want, they'll choose random ones for you instead of at least choosing more of what you purchased in the past. My wife called twice and asked them to cancel our "subscription". They said you had to mail a printed letter! Instead of accepting our cancelation over the phone?! Then I called and said plenty of people don't have printers and they don't realize how inconsiderate and inconvenient that policy is. They said I can send an email (again, instead of simply verifying it's me over the phone and canceling). I asked if a new customer could sign up with them over the phone and they said yes! Lol. I sent that email last month to cancel and they just charged us again. I'm disgusted with their customer service.
I have been using the Melapower laundry detergent and have seen that my skin is not itchy anymore, but it cleans my clothes just as well as the harsh detergent I switched from. I love it and have saved money besides.
I have been taking the Peak Performance Total Pack for three weeks now and for the first time in ages I am sleeping through the night, wake up without any stiffness and no leg aches when I am in bed. I will never be without these vitamins.
I have been a consumer of Maleleuca products on and off for about 4 years. In the past when I needed to cancel service there wasn't a headache. You just had to scan your form in via email (DO NOT FAX. IT WILL NOT WORK), and then your services will be canceled.
This last time I received a box I didn't need. I paid 10 for return shipping label and returned. I was told I would get my money back.
A week later I call and ask where is my money. They tell me it's a credit.
WHY WOULD YOU CREDIT A CANCELLED ACCOUNT?
I ask, they tell me it's policy. I tell them I wasn't made aware. They apologize and say it will take up to 7-10 days for my credit back to my debit card.
2 weeks later I call back. I still haven't received my money.
They apologize and tell me it's still a credit. I'm in tears at this point. Too tired to be angry. I am disappointed however. I tell the young man. He tells me I will get my credit on my card it will take 5 days.
No offer of retribution.
No offer of free products.
Just an I'm sorry you have no money, no gas and are running out of food.

Company did not offer to exchange products instead wanted to sell me more. I was highly disappointed. I only made one order, and then dropped out of the program
My overall review is: the cost for these products are overpriced, when trying to return my order, which I tried to return 20 minutes after I ordered my products I was unable to. I was not able todo my return because the returns deptartment was closed. So the next day my order already went out, even though I emailed Melaleuca that I wanted the order cancelled right away. Since the order had gone out, I ended up paying for 13$ of return, for the return label. I would never order again from this company for the following reasons: you cannot return late in the evening b/c they are closed, they do not cover the return cost and the products are overpriced for things you can get anywhere else.
Answer: All these negative responses are from people who either don't listen or can't read how this company is set up, I have been a customer now for 18 years and counting last month I ordered Hot Chocolate when I opened the box about half of the single serve containers were missing I call customer service and my next months order there was my full box at no charge, anybody can fine things wrong with any company, these days I don't push this on anyone I may say how I like there products but that's it. You know in 18 yrs I have earned over 18 thousand dollar no other place I shop give me one red cent.
Answer: Yes, there are several supplements specifically for Brain Health Support. And there is a Peak Performance pack that is for brain health (that includes the omegas plus the 2 brain specific blends).
Answer: Very unlikely will it keep you from sleeping. It doesn't provide the "jitters" like competing type products. Just give it a try on a night that you don't have too much happening the next day just to be safe. Really doubt you'll have any issues though.
Answer: What she said. Your Doctor needs to evaluate your condition, he might decide to take them off, or to change them. If you can keep track of your medical numbers, like blood Pressure, blood levels for many things, then he will see, along with you, that the supplements maybe/are changing things.
