I have recently ordered from the MK global website, the bag didn't even come with a dust bag or a MK box/bag. I'm just surprised that it had a tag on! At least they thought of that. It was just simply wrapped around a blastic bag. The packaging doesn't feel exclusive or authentic at all. I have previously purchased MK bags from other trusted websites in the past and their packing was way better. It seriously feels like I have purchased a replica or a second hand bag. Never again.

I bought an expensive MK cross body purse & have hardly used & the bottons are opening. It is risky to use bec anytime the two bottons keep opening.
Michael Kors company cant do anything. It is not worth to spend money

I recently purchased a man bag from the Michael Kors collection for a man bag. I was very surprised at the lack of outside pockets. I don't want to reach in a deep pocket every time I'm going for my keys, phone, hand sanitizer, wallet. There should be zipper pouches snap pockets all on the outside of his man bags to make them more functionable and usable. The bag is very durable. I just wish it was a better design.

Me and my girlfriend went in the Michael kors boutique in Charlotte NC at southpark mall. I noticed the handbags in the boutique was $268 and it was purple. So my girlfriend went to Macy's to see if they had the same handbag and they did. It was $268 also but was on sale at 20% off plus if u was a Macy's cardholder u got an additional 10% off or something like that. My girlfriend went back to the MK boutique to see if they could match the offer. The woman at the boutique said they don't do sales or match other store prices. So the same handbag that was in the MK boutique that was $268 she got the same one in Macy's for $198 or 188 I can't remember. But why would a MK boutique be in a mall with belk and Macy's and expect to get any business if they never discount there handbags? Just seems odd to me even though the money still goes to MK.

I recieved a beautiful MK purse for Christmas 2016 and while it is stylish & functional, the quality is not what I expect for a $200+ purse. The straps started fraying after only 8 months and when I took it to the store to find out about the warranty, the sales clerk stated "they will probably warranty it but it will happen again, all of our straps do that"
Um, ok... Apparantly they finish the straps with a vinyl paint and over time the paint peels away from the leather.
MK team, you have to find a better way to finish the straps of your handbags. Vinyl paint on leather? Of course it is going to peel away eventually.
My colleague has an MK bag as well, and her straps have done the same thing.
Very dissapointing for a high end handbag. I have $20 purses that have held up better & longer than this $200+ bag.
